This place is awesome! We just had an oil change, tire rotation and car detailing completed. After being cleaned and detailed, our Crosstrek looks like the day we bought it. Also, everyone here is very friendly and knowledgeable. We wouldn't take our Subaru anywhere else for service or detailing. Great job!

I would not recommend this dealership to anybody who value their money and time. Any concerns about the vehicle condition you want addressed I would advise having wrote down in some legal retaining documents. Back in November of last year I was in a rushed situation of needing transportation to and from work commuting, so I took the advice of a loan specialist through my bank, to check out the used vehicle inventory at Zeigler and was referred to Lori. I made the mistake of taking their word on fixing preexisting damage to the vehicle (as shown in the pictures). Lori had expressed that it was a newer trade in and that they have not completed fully restoring or detailing the vehicle at my time of inquiry, but that their body shop would completely take care of my concerns with the preexisting damage to the vehicle. Only half of the vehicle body damage was repaired and after noticing shortly after closing and picking up the vehicle, I was given a complete run around with completing the rest of the bodywork damage still left on the vehicle. I really do not see the point of bringing the vehicle in for their "paint protection warranty" when the vehicle was not completely repaired of preexisting damage. I also found out several months later during my first flat received for this vehicle that apparently my spare tire was "safe enough" to pass State inspection parameters (as seen in the attached picture).

We purchased a new Crosstrek from Zeigler Subaru in Kenosha and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The staff from sales to finance and even our 2 week check in were very accommodating. We appreciated that all of the financing was ready to go when we came in for delivery making the process smooth and painless. Nobody likes waiting around the dealership for hours. We were even able to come in 2 weeks after we bought our car to make sure everything was good and answer any questions that may have come up after the purchase. I would recommend Zeigler Subaru to anyone looking to buy a car.

The staff and our sales consultant Stephanie H. have been absolutely amazing!! We've purchased three new Subaru's in the last six months kind of unplanned. It has been the utmost pleasure working with Stephanie and the team! Communicative, honest, fun, informative, punctual thru every step from ordering to delivery. The nearly two hour drive away was worth it. I definitely recommend them!

The people at Zeigler are friendly and professional, but unfortunately I have to caution folks about purchasing or servicing with Zeigler. While the sales rep and manager worked with us to negotiate a price that fit our budget when we purchased our 2020 Forester, we were fairly disappointed that Zeigler failed to mention to us a major 30k mile service interval was approaching which can cost in the range of $300-$500 (we purchased the car at 25k). So when we were notified we had to bring the car in for this servicing to maintain the warranty, I was slightly annoyed to find we would have to spend (what I thought) would be around $300 on a vehicle we purchased only a few months prior for a required service. After my wife scheduled the service appointment (no indication of cost was provided), I brought the vehicle to be dropped off and asked the service tech what the cost would be before they did the work. I was astounded to find out it would be nearly $700 after tax for the 30k service.I told him we would need to reconsider and would be in touch if we changed our minds. I contacted a few other Subaru dealerships in the Wisconsin and Illinois areas and all of them charged at a minimum 20% less than Zeigler for the same service. In fact, a dealership in a suburb of Chicago quoted about $530 for the same exact service, which is ridiculous considering that dealership operates in a much more expensive area than Zeigler's Pleasant Prairie location.We ended up having our vehicle serviced by Liberty Auto City for a much more reasonable price, and unfortunately will not be going back to Zeigler for our vehicle.Can you get a great car from Zeigler? Sure. Do they provide good service? I think they probably do. Will they fleece you if you are uninformed? From my experience, absolutely. Make sure to do your research and compare prices with other dealers.

Had an emergency breakdown during a holiday road trip and this was the nearest Subaru service shop. We worked with Jeff Vedder in the service area and were well taken care, going above and beyond to work with us over the holidays and around our schedule. The dealership is not that far from our home so we will be returning for service here again!

Stopped by to talk about the extended warranty plan and Anthony came and got my keys while I was talking to Kim, who is so nice and respectful, I think they washed my car, put on the bumper cover I'd wanted and the bars across the top and when Kim and I were done Anthony surprised me by saying your car is all done! I didn't even realize that was what was going on! No appointment just taken care of! It was so nice! Thanks so much guys! And thanks so much for your help too, Kim! I appreciate everything.

Stephanie could not have been more helpful in the process of getting my new car! She was attentive and proactive, and she kept me updated as my car was being shipped. My low tire pressure light come on and I just purchased 4 new tires earlier this year. I called them and they told me that I could come in but it may be a wait because I had no appointment.So I stopped in and they took me right away NO waiting. I ended up having a nail in one of my tires and they fixed it at no charge and I was out within an hour.I like Zeigler Subaru. The Team is awesome.

Jeff in the service dpartment kept me informed throughout our service time there. Although we had a minor issue and had to return the car for a quick adjustment the next day, Jeff was quick to say he could provide me a ride home or a rental car if needed.Fortunately, it was a quick fix and I was on my way home with my car. Everyone in the service department was very friendly.

Lori was very easy to work with and it was nice having a women. It felt different then when I previously worked with men in the past at other dealerships. She went out of her way to be sure I picked the right car for me. Everything was upfront and smooth. Finance process was also smooth and quick. Communication when getting the car was good.

I've purchased a few cars in my time but I have to say Stephanie and Jeff at Zeigler Subaru in Kenosha were the best folks I've ever dealt with. They went further than the "extra mile". They dealt fairly and worked hard to locate the car that I was looking for ... finding it ultimately in Indiana. I'm not a patient person. They were very patient with me when I pestered them about the approaching deadline for special financing. Couldn't be happier!

We just purchased our new Forester Wilderness last week and we love it! Our Sales Rep Stephanie and Finance manager were awesome to work with! Reid helped assist me in getting the color I wanted. He also made sure accessories I wanted were installed and the vehicle was prepped for delivery. Reid picked me up from hertz 12 miles away since I had to return a rental for the 4 hour trip. We did try to get the vehicle tinted but scheduling didn t allow time and he let me know that would not be completed upon pickup which I appreciated.

They will offer a deal and then the eventual cost will be different. The financing team will deny the offer you were presented with initially after you sign all the papers and they won t tell you until you see how much you owe

Definitely a great dealership if you re planning to purchase a vehicle from. Stephanie who was my sales consultant was on top with every, quick to help you and was very welcoming. I rate this a 4/5 because I did notice a 2 inch crack on the car I purchased a day after I brought it home. But overall it was a great experience!

Rude, zero desire to try and work with us. I told them my baseline and they just said they couldn t work with me. I wouldn t recommend this place to anyone. Felt judged upon arrival. There are better Subaru dealerships out there.
