Waukegan Tire has always been my Go to for tires and recommend them to all my friends and family. All the major tire manufacturers and not so major can be ordered here at Waukegan Tire. With competitive pricing and professional customer service support, where else would you go. Mr Robert Smith has always helped me on all my tire needs from wheel alignment to brake services to tires for my summer only car. You guys are the BEST!

Highly recommended! We were quoted for four new tires and an alignment which we had accepted, and when I picked up the truck, we were told that the alignment wasn t needed, saving us $200. I very much appreciate the honesty!! Will be back and will recommend to others!

I drive a 20 JL wrangler we all know it s got a straight axle in the front rear and we all know that we like to mess around with these things. It s a fun thing to do. It s not like a SUV out there so along with all the things I ve done to it And I needed something done on the front end Mike, in the service department Does the alignment issues. I thought I did a good job on my own with a tape measuring and all, but Mike brought it down to a fine tuning and it drives down the road very nicely have not had a problem with Waukegan Tire in Kenosha at all. I think they re a great asset to our town.

I have used Waukegan tire since my first vehicle. 30 years later .Glad to see they opened a new shop in Kenosha. I brought in a set of tires to get put on right before closing on a Friday evening. I was fully expecting them to take them in and I would pick up the next day, as it was almost closing time. However, they said they would have them done quickly for me. Within 25 minutes I was out of there and everything was good to go. Keep up the good work guys.

I set up an appointment for my wife to bring her car in for rear brakes and she was very happy with the very clean and new facility and friendly people. They were able to perform the repair in the time frame they said and all is good.

Robert was a pleasure to work with. I am very pleased with my new Michelin tires and they were competitively priced to boot! I ve worked with the Waukegan location in the past and I ve always had a good experience there. I m glad to see they made their way to Kenosha. I plan to use them going forward for all of my tire needs.

The guys in the back are really nice and let me know if an issue with my cars cradle/frame. Bit expensive though. $150 for an alignment versus only $50 at the location in Waukegan.

Waukegan Tire takes GREAT care of their customers. I used to go to the Grayslake location when I lived in IL, but now visit the Kenosha location after moving to WI. Same amazing service with great prices. Staff is friendly, helpful & informative!

Got an oil change..Don't think it'll be a quick oil change. It won't and make sure you get all your pricing up front and once they have your car in the shop, if they come in and say something else is wrong.. Make sure you verify & get a cost before hand. Apparently they "found" a screw in a tire, charged 30$ to plug it. Took an hour & 15 minutes

Always a great experience with Waukegan Tire. Robert at the Kenosha loc saved the day for my sons vehicle that became disabled due to a tire issue in a parking area not far away. Always handled with care there and the other stores. Thank you for always taking care of the families vehicles needs

I have already recommended Waukegan tire to all my friends and family. They are friendly, professional and take good care of their customers. I am grateful there s now a location in Kenosha! Nathan was the tech that worked on my car and did an excellent job of explaining what was wrong with my tire and explained that in the near future what other maintenance should be done on my car. Very polite and pleasant to deal with

Kenosha store is open!I've been using Waukegan Tire since 1980.1st in Waukegan and then, for the last 25 years, in Grayslake.Now that I moved to Kenosha, I have them local again!Waukegan Tire has everything you want in a tire shop, and I highly recommend their new location in Kenosha.Oil changes; after market wheels; great deals on tires.Use or get a Goodyear credit card for deep discounts and same-as-cash deals.

Mechanics are incompetent young kids. Took 2 "mechanics" an hour to fix a leak in a tire with no other customer vehicles in the service bays. Many other tire stores around, I will not be going back.

Just brought my car in here to change out all 4 tires. Arrived at 1:20 left at 3:50. I also paid double of what I was expecting.
