This place does amazing work! The workers are very accurate. The work is done correctly the first time. Staff is very friendly and they know what there doing. Got a tire rotation and now my car feels a lot better. Valvoline takes care of your car. Go to this location to get an oil change or any other services. They do so much!!!!!!

I got an oil change and when I left my gears were shifting wrong and I took it back and they turned the light off told me it was a bad start left my car still wasn t driving right. Went to work the next morning my car STILL wasn t driving right and the engine light turned back on. Spent 80 on a O2 sensor after finding out what was wrong that didn t work then my airflow sensor code came on which is next to the oil hole. Did my research and it said contaminating the sensors with oil will mess it up. I spent 100 on an air flow sensor. My oil change was 111. In all 300 spent for an oil change. The wouldn t give me my money back because I was so mad and I didn t have proof they messed my car up but my car. They damaged the air flow tub they didn t fasten it correctly while manhandling it. I came in around 10am and walked in to ask if they were doing emissions. Sam (I believe that was her name) was very friendly and quick to assist me. I was in there for less than 10 minutes. Only bad thing I did try to call twice before I came in and no one picked up, but other than that I had a very positive and pleasant experience.

Pulled up today no line or wait Have had numerous oil changes no problem ever fast and quick usually no wait so today went to get my usual and a lady comes out couldn t even take her cell phone out her hand immediately opens my door and looks at the sticker tells me I m overweight for their lift which is a ramp, wanted to flat out ask if she was just too lazy to do the job proceeds on her cellphone as she walked back, explained before she left how did I get 10 plus oil changes here if I m overweight was told to drive 30 mins to Racine to get one there probably due to her being lazy and impertinent. Waste of my time drove out of my way to visit this location. Customers are the ones paying the bills not her

These technicians are wonderful individuals. We had a serious emergency as huge gash in our tire from individuals doing construction work not seeing how bad the roads actually are in Kenosha. They paid it forward to my family and placed our spare on our tire so we can safely get to the dealership. They truly could have charged us but I appreciate what they did to keep my family safe as lots of issues could have arose. We were willing to pay although they asked for nothing. This was wonderful customer service or just being a great business there to help individuals in their community.

Went for an oil change. They got me in immediately. The car is one of those European ones where you have to take stuff apart to get to the oil pan and to the filter. It is significantly more work. Many places charge extra for such vehicles but not at this place. They even honored a $15 off coupon that I found online. The worker was thorough, explained everything and various options without any pressure or obligation to buy anything extra. Showed me manufacturer's recommendations. Then did the work that I authorized. Great service, helpful staff and a happy car. BTW, they also offer WI state auto emission inspection service in cooperation with WI Department of Transportation at no cost to the customers.

John runs a tight ship. Been going here for 7 here s; four different cars. You wanna make sure you get your cabin and exterior air filter actually gets changed they will show you the used one mine was horrid for being five years old, should change it every year so also learned somthing new coming here. Get my tires rotated, use the best valvoline full synthetic oil they got and there premium filters. Give em a 5 star after the oil change they deserve it for the services they do.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Oil change

Best place around Kenosha to get your state emissions test! The leftmost of their 3 Bays is reserved just for that.

Wish I could have given no stars! I went in for a routine oil change and tire rotation within 100 miles my front driver side tire CAME off and I was stuck in the middle of the street while driving. They offer no solution and say they did everything right. This place is horrible do not go here!!!

Service is great! Just drive in, no appointment needed. My oil change was done quickly and the technicians were polite and professional.They asked if I wanted any of the suggested services done to my car, and they were not pushy when I declined at this time. I was in and out in about 10 minutes.I had my emissions test done here a few months ago, and was able to renew my license sticker at the same time. Very convenient and easy.

I pulled in 15 minutes before they were closing, I absolutely hate doing that to people. Normally I'm not that person, I'll go back another day, but my oil was so low and I work in Milwaukee. I never get back into town before 6pm.I totally understand how aggravating that can be because we all want to get off at our scheduled times. They treated me so kindly, didn't even try to oversell or overcharge me, which I definitely appreciate. It was a lady and her daughter (it looked like maybe she had gotten outta school and got dropped off to wait, while her mom finished working) and 2 younger guys.I wish I knew their names because they all deserve to be mentioned.

I came here with my mom at the end of April or begging of May to get a oil change and it has been sound ING weird with a slight vibration and finally today we went to a place we trust and we found out it was incredibly low on oil. Thing is none if the dash lights were on and after the check engine light and oil light were on.

I came to this location yesterday to get my emissions test done a female employee with red hair motioned to an employee throwing out the trash as if to get rid of me he walks over and say we re closed!!!I look at the sign that says 8 to 6 and he goes O we stop doing test at 4 So I reply I ll be back tomorrow Today I go there and the same lady walks over and say they update my machine and I can t do your test This is unacceptable not only was she rude but seriously I was just here yesterday and again today you can do my best .I will never. Patronize any of your location and I will be sure to share this with anyone willing to listen to go elsewhere Thank you for your service and with all the businesses closing you would think they would at least offer better costumer service but asI see it s always no car there and the business my not be there any longer you you keep this up Good Luck

Every time i go for emissions they have some reason to not be doing emissions that day. Either the cpu is updating, three person is on break, or they're just not doing it that day is the 3 excuses I've been given on 4 different days now.

Super fast service! It would be better if they can do the emissions test until 6 pm. But other than that looks good.

I came to valvoline so I would be quickly in and out, I was the second cat and on the building it advertised no need to get out the car, Quick 15 mins which is normal to valvoline. However I am still sitting her 30 mins later after getting here and I'm in a waiting room.

Went here a couple months ago and I am truly disgusted with this location. I had a tire rotation and an oil change done here. A couple weeks later after they rotated my tires I had 2 issues with my tires, one being a blowout and the other the tire was not put back on properly. I have called time and time again about this and they said they would bring it to the attention of management and that they would get back to me. They never got back to me. I will be contacting a lawyer on this issue.

I stopped in today (12-7-21) for an emissions test going off everyone's positive experience. I showed up around 8:20am (20 mins after open) and there is no other customers than then two employees. After asking for an emission's test they said they where not doing emissions tests due to low staffing. Mind you... there are no other customers in queue and it's the beginning of the day and likely I was the first person in the door. They also did even ask if I was looking for an oil change, which I was considering before being turned away. As a business owner, I totally appreciate staffing issues and if there where many customers in queue I would have an no issues, but it's a horrible business practice to turn away customers with no visible rational. I'm sure the guys are technically fine and seems like a clean shop, too bad about the customer service. I normally don't write reviews but was thrown by the lack of service.

My husband went to have the emissions done before work on Monday. The sign read 8:30 to 5:00 Monday through Thursday and 10 to 2 on Sunday. Well apparently the times were changed to 9 - 5 and he was unable to have it done. He asked if emissions were done on Sunday because that was the only other time he could go. The technician said yes from 10 - 2.He went on Saturday to have an oil change and also to confirm sundays emissions time. He was told yes from 10 to 2 on Sunday. My husband showed up at 10 only to find that emissions was closed. Apparently they did have enough staff. For emissions they are unreliable. They will take your money for an oil change but for emissions you can not count on them. They are poorly managed and should not offer a service if they can not provide it.Service: Oil change

They didn't install the oil filter correctly. Engine started smoking. No oil. Had to buy oil myself and put it in. When I put the oil in it would drop right out the bottom. Took it to Hartnell Chevy. They charged me very little to diagnose and fix what this place didn't do correctly. Hartnell put a new oil filter on and said the old one was barely attached. I let this Valvoline place know and they said the cameras showed their guy put everything on correctly. No. He didn't. As if someone else messed with my car immediately after they changed the oil. My car is super low to the ground. Unless they train these guys all over again, and get them to stay off their phones at the workplace this place will eventually close. Not sure why the employees seem so unfocused on the job there.

Usually their oil changes are fine whenever I go. Never had an issue, always would accept my coupons. Writing this review to let the public know thet I called today and they said their emission bay is going to be closed for probably another month or so. I went to Merlin 200,000 mile shop on 75th st and they got me in and out pretty quick. Just had to wait for the two people in-front of me. Highly recommend Merlin for their emissions now!

Expensive, get a coupon or just go to the dealer. Too much for oilchange, but the people were nice. Should offer free water or coffee for the price!!

Ex tried to go there for an oil change. When the the lady seen a stripped screw on skid plate. 2020 Nissan. Then she went on the phone and was cussing and very upset about this skidplate. I asked if i should go somewhere else and she said yes. . i went across street to 5 min oil change and i was in and out in 15 minutes. Unbelievable that people take a job and when a issue comes up it is handled where all can hear and then, well, not handeled at all. Awesome management skills.

I took my Land Rover there and while taking the skid plate off they stripped out three bolts and then gave up and said that they were unable to change the oil after an hour and a half. This is not a rusted out old Land Rover this is like new underneath. I've never had a problem with any of the cars of mine but high-end vehicles is out of their league

With the 25 dollar off it was competitively priced and I got my oil changed quickly.full synthetic only took about 15 minutes which I think is pretty darn quick for one of these places.

Have went here 5 times. Was treated extremely rude each time. And there emissions testing Bay seems to always have a emissions test bay closed. Will not go there for any oil change, etc. Would not recommend. Customers expect good customer service either way. I didn't find it here.Also daughter took her first car to be tested. The car shut of during the test and would not restart. Employees would not even help her push the car out and then asked her what she planned on doing with the car. Find out emissions was hooked up improperly and fries out her electrical system. What a winning business.
