I called the shop with intentions of having a repair done. The mechanic answered and was rude when answering a few questions regarding scheduling. When I politely declined continuing the conversation because of such poor customer service. I was hung up on. Customer service and professionalism go along way especially to possible long-term customers.

They have worked on my cars for a few years at this point. They are honest and upfront about all issues and they do solid work. After going to many different shops in Kenosha I have to say that Uttech is among the best in town.I really value attention to detail and Eddie has always made me feel like he's doing his best to make sure that my car is repaired with care.- He's honest about what the car needs and up front about things that can wait if I'm tight on money.- He uses quality parts and has competitive prices.- He's great at answering any questions I've had.- I always get my car back nice and clean with no oil smears on the steering wheel or door handles.- Alignments are done in house if you need suspension work done which is really convenient.Overall a great experience. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this shop to anyone!

Not sure who runs this place if it's just one guy or what but was not happy with service rendered. Stopped one problem only for another to appear.
