Got a flat tire; Jeffrey and the team took great care of me. They were generous enough to stay open past their usual closing time to help me out. Phenomenal customer service and competitive pricing. 10/10 recommend not only because of the great job they did but because of the second-to-none customer service.

Honestly just don t do business with them! They are Privately owned so they basically do what they want. We got a battery 2 months ago and another tires plus told us the battery needs to be replaced. Same day we go to this stupid place and they are like o your battery is fine. They never want to back the warranties they give you. O and also said they don t trust what is on the paperwork from 1 of there counter parts but wanted to make sure I bring the paperwork when I come . SMFH Bottom line is they suck. Don t recommend! Will never recommend this location ever in life.

The service and time frame of installation was good but I did a rotation after 5000 miles on my tires. What usually takes me about 45 minutes took me about 4 hrs. The lug nuts were definitely not torqued at 76ft lbs. as required.I ended up breaking 2 lug nuts trying too take them off. I needed a breaker bar on each lug nut. Thank God I didn t get a flat on the side of the road !!

We have always gone here for our tires. The last 15 yrs. They are professional and honest.Adding to my post from a few months ago. Jan. 25,2024 took our 2009 car in to get the tires checked, Dan got us in right away, fixed our flat tire, resealed them all. They are still under warranty. He got us in and out with in 40mins. Dan and his staff are very thorough, professional and knowledgeable about the products. We will never go anywhere else for our tires.

I take my car there all the time. First choice for all basic needs. Trustworthy. Great service. It is first come first serve so there will be a wait but it's worth it.

This place is wonderful! I m always treated with respect and they re kind when giving you knowledge on your car without being condensing or rude (like some garages can be) I ll always go here with my tire needs. Quick and reasonably priced work!

This place does not care about their customers, consider shopping around instead. Manager said they don't have to follow corporate rules. I would not recommend these type of people.

Went in for emissions which Got rejected they had to replace a fuse they tried again got a pass I had a good experience with them and would recommend them

Got 4 new tires, paid $999.97 and came out to this the next morning. Tire was not properly mounted and is completely off the rim. Unfortunately I don t have a spare and you say it s my responsibility to get it back to you when your technician messed up. No thanks I ll take my money elsewhere to a more reliable company

These guys saved my butt - 4th of July and I called over bc we re getting vibration at hwy speeds and maps shows they re open. They actually closed 5 min before I called but still picked up and were extremely nice and told me to come in. Dan is awesome and super friendly! We discussed services but he was not pushy at all and very helpful and taught me a few things. Give them a call - they offer a lot more than just tire services!

best place on earth if you want to sit and wait 4 hours in the hot sun while they just stand around and chill instead of patching a tire and replacing it. Truly beyond me how I can arrive before 15 other cars yet they leave before me for a simple tire repair. *edit* additionally thank you for wasting another 30 minutes of my time again to just let me know it s not repairable and the cost of ONE tire will cost me the same as a set of 4 from Walmart. Absolutely ridiculous if I could give 0 stars I would.

We ve come to tires plus for all of our vehicles needs for about 3 years now. I don t know much about cars and they have been so helpful explaining things for me. They are very kind and I appreciate the patience they show me for not having much car knowledge. As a woman I feel comfortable coming into this place alone and happy knowing I won t be up charged or given any unnecessary extra recommendations. I highly recommend this place.

Friendly service. I went in for an oil change. I do fully synthetic and it was a great price. The cheapest I ve ever paid. Also, I forgot that I needed to replace the oil pan plug. They had the part within minutes and all was good! While I waited I was checking the prices. Very reasonable! I was in and out with a total bill cheaper than any other place that I ve gone to, including the purchase of a new part. I will be coming back for more maintenance needs soon. Thank you for your excellent service!

I came in without my paperwork for emissions testing. Not a big deal, right? A stranger could get my emissions done without the paperwork as the VIN is visible through my windshield...I came in and told them I didn't have my paperwork. They asked if I had something with the VIN number. I go out and look. Find an old registration but it's for the old temp tags. They say that won't work. Do I have anything else? I say I don't think so but I can check. I figure if I don't have it, I can't waste their time anymore, right? So, after I look but don't find anything, I leave.I called the DMV to find out how I could get my test done and the dmv was far more helpful. My husband insisted I didn't need any paperwork. I came in with the only paper I had but it was a temp record that wouldn't work. No one offered the other form! I've always had it before. This is the first time I haven't had it so I didn't know about the substitute renewal. It would have been extremely nice if anyone of these guys had offered that information. I even said that my life has been a bit difficult lately and I am just trying to get everything up to date. WITH ALL THAT INFO no one offered. Thanks a lot for nothing!I see the manager likes to call people out for stuff on reviews so I'll offer this. I called in a griped to the guys. I cursed and hung up bc the guy was only interested in justifying their bad customer service. I volunteered that I didn't have the paperwork in my car. One guy raised his eyebrows and began to warn me when I interrupted him to say that I knew if I got pulled over I'd be screwed. He says, yeah, exactly right. So there was that condescension. Who knows if they would have treated a man the same way.They weren't rude, just not good with their customer service. If I had my paperwork, I'm sure the whole thing would have gone swimmingly and they would have a different review from me. My VIN is visible through my windshield. A stranger could get my emissions done without the paperwork. SMH

I recently needed a tire put on a wheel in a hurry and Tires Plus didn't let me down.They got me in and out in a matter of 20 minutes within an hour of closing time and they even took the spare off and threw the wheel back on.I will likely be using this shop in the future for jobs I can't tackle.

I noticed a nail in my tire this morning and pressure was super low. I got here at 7:00 am and was out by 7:25 am. All fixed up. The man at the counter was very nice and the price was fair. Thanks for fixing my tire! Highly recommend!

Got a flat at 6:45am on the way to work. My car doesn't come with a spare. Called for a tow, then called Tires Plus who opened at 7am to see if they could fit me in. They said yes, so I had my car towed there. They had me in and out within the hour, successfully repairing my tire for a reasonable price. Customer service was great! I'd definitely recommend them for your tire needs!

Everyone was very polite. I didn't get the man's name that assisted me at the front desk when I came in panicked, but I'm so grateful for him stepping out and helping me.
