I ve gotten my car serviced multiple times since purchasing it last December. I have nothing but amazing things to say about the service department. I am always greeted with a friendly smile, ensured efficient but thorough services, and always kept in the loop throughout the whole experience. I will continue to recommend Kenosha Toyota to my friends, family, and acquaintances.

Very disappointed. I went to the website to book an oil change appointment (1st one for our new car), the web-page rants about how "no appointment is necessary". I was happily surprised and loved the thought of this flexibility. *Unfortunitley, this is completely false. We Drove 40 minutes to get there and arrived at 2:25pm, we were promptly told that they were closed "compressors were turned off". I'm not sure why they needed a compressor for an oil change, but I quickly got the feeling that the repair rep was ready to say anything to get out of work early. They were supposed to be open until 3:00pm and even though there was only one other car there, the rep stated that "you would have waited 2 hours to just get your car in if you didn't make an appointment". They lost a service customer even before I could become one.

Today was my first regular maintenance appointment since purchasing my car from Kenosha Toyota. The process was easy and my Service Rep was informative and friendly. I couldn t be more pleased. Bottom line Shop Kenosha Toyota to purchase or maintain your car.

Kenosha Toyota is a great place to have your car serviced. They explain what they re doing and don t try to sell you services you don t need. During my first visit they earned my confidence and are now the Go To service provider for my Prius Prime.

I REALLY wish I could leave five stars. The people that work here are the nicest people ever and they walk you through the process every step of the way. It really is the simplest and most pleasant experience. I even previously left a five-star review, but now I have to change it.I took my car in around 8 months ago, and when I got it back it I got in it, started it, and drove off. A couple minutes later on the drive home I decided to check the tire pressure (I have a 2019 Camry SE - you can check on the dash interface while driving). Turns out the service person didn't put air in my tires to even them out to 35psi each. I got home about 20 minutes later and manually checked tire pressure. Sure enough they were something like 31/33/33/34. No big deal, they probably just forgot (even though they marked it down on the paper). So I filled them up myself and went on my way.Then this month I took my car in again. Decided to go back to Kenosha Toyota because of the great customer service. Same exact thing happens. I get in my car to drive home after the service, and the tires are at 28/30/31/31 (starting to get cold so low pressure). Dash interface says those readings, I get home to manually check and it says the same. Look at the post-service paper, and the service tech marked that they filled each tire to 35psi.It's really not the biggest deal in the world, I'm capable of filling up my own tires. But when it's part of the service "package" that I'm paying for I would really expect them to do it. It also makes me wonder - if the tech is willing to lie about filling up my tires when me checking is as easy as pressing two buttons on my steering wheel, what else are they lying about doing that I'm not capable of checking?Service: General repairs & maintenance

To my experience; I always call the place before I drive there, when I arrive they always waited for me I gave the keys and waited in the waiting area where they have free coffee that I , but they don't take to long to maintenance and give me the service. This place is very good to me.

This appointment was for tire rotation. It was done within an hour. They washed my vehicle however, I wish they would dried the vehicle. Other than my vehicle not dried, they kept me informed as The status of my vehicle. Maybe they should have a porter dry the vehicle, or possibly change their car washing station to have some type of dryer.

I bought my car not even 2 months ago.I was there for the 2nd time about a noise I heard when I would brake. The first time I really came to have the Resist All (Paint protection) applied so they said I'd needed to schedule an appt to have a tech check the brakes for me. However they did have a tech drove with me for a little but we couldn't hear the noise that day. For this reason I scheduled the appt. For this past Tuesday (A week later).When I got there the service advisor was a little condescending and rude (Big tall guy) and he wanted me to drive again with the tech, to which I told him we did that the first time and this time I really needed them to check out the brakes to make sure it wasn't a risk for me to keep driving the car like that.They "checked" my brakes this time and said they didn't find any issues with the brakes or the car in general. In the repair order they put they did a multi-point inspection and checked the brakes but the next day and until now, I keep hearing that noise when I brake. I think I will need to take the car to my regular mechanic so he really checks the brakes and then I'll take it back to Toyota so they pay me back for that extra expense.I was going to give you a 2 Star but everyone else was really nice to us, specially Nancy, the cashier, Tony the tech and another short Hispanic service guy, he is always nice as well.Please advise.

I had an amazing experience with Toyota Kenosha. I visited them for 10K mile servicing. Entire process was really smooth and quick. They considered my personal situation and urgency and adjusted my appointment as per my need.Mr. Gabe at Toyota Kenosha was very friendly and warm welcoming. He kept me informed about the work that needs to be done, any charges etc. Hence there was no surprise for me after the servicing is completed. Servicing was completed within an hour.I really appreciate Mr. Gabe and his team for such a smooth and quick servicing.Based on my experience with them, I would definitely recommend Toyota Kenosha for servicing needs.

Went in and was given a time estimate of 1-1/2 hours for the service - It was midday on the weekend and it was busy. I figured, okay I ll get to some emails I don t think it was 15-20 minutes and got a text asking if I want the air and cabin filters changed (something I d normally do but time is tight these days) so I agreed. Maybe another 20 minutes later Hans is in front of me with the invoice and walking me up to the counter to pay. I really don t think I was there 45-50 minutes and I was driving away! This is why I go to Kenosha and not the other Toyota dealer that is closer to home! Downside??? Still had emails I had to deal with! ;-)Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

One of the best places I have had my vehicle serviced. Customer Service is amazing, especially Jeff. Vehicle service has been awesome as well. Curtesy transport if you leave your vehicle. Detailed in what they are servicing & inform you of any issues they observe.
