Sebena Automotive truly sets the bar high for auto service excellence. I recently took my car there for a wheel alignment after getting new tires at Costco, and I was thoroughly impressed with their service. Not only was their pricing fair, but the quality of work they performed was exceptional. What stood out most was their transparency they provided detailed documentation of the alignment results, a practice I haven't always seen with other service centers. Refreshingly, at no point did they attempt to upsell services I didn't need, a testament to their honesty and customer-focused approach. In all my experiences with auto service centers, I've never felt compelled to give a five-star review, but Sebena Automotive unquestionably deserves this top rating for their outstanding service and professionalism. It's rare to find such a trustworthy and efficient auto service provider, and I highly recommend them to anyone seeking reliable car care.

Mike is an experienced Master Mechanic that was able to diagnose & repair all of the problems (engine electrical, emission, ignition, fuel & steering/suspension) with my grandsons 2001 GMC Jimmy. It runs and drives great now. He will do the work that many shops won't take on. He is fair and reasonable! I give his shop my most strongest recommendation!!Services: Exhaust, Electrical, Engine repair

Owner is super friendly... was referred over due to an exhaust issue. He took a quick look, gave me a quote (incredibly reasonable!) And scheduled a date. He said it would take an hour, max, if there were issues. I was driving away in 40 mins! Will ABSOLUTELY go here again for car repair!

Was told I needed a new radiator, took to Sebena's and was informed that the radiator is fine, it was a hose. They saved me over $500! Very honest and overall good people at this shop. I will be taking all my car's needs to Sebena's from now on.

My car had a number of issues over the course of a month. Mike was able to get me in at a reasonable time and he did great work on each occasion. He explained the problems, what he was going to do to fix them, and told me the price upfront. Mike is straight up and will do great work at a great price. Best automotive shop in town. The company I work for has been bringing our trucks here since they opened, the prices are always fair and Mike always makes sure the diagnosis is correct, repaired in a timely manner, and he's willing to go the extra mile to identify the root of every problem so we can prevent it from happening again. I would argue, one of the most honest shops in Kenosha

This is where you take your vehicle to be repaired, not just fixed! Mike and his team are setting the bar with their extensive knowledge and experience in the automotive repair industry.I used to be one of those people that kept taking my car back to other shops because they didn't fix it right, or now something else has crept up resulting in more money. Since I've been a Sebena's customer, I don't need to do that because Mike knows to look at the whole issue, not just that squeaking wheel! I highly recommend you stop in for the best customer service experience in Kenosha, hands down!

Mike is amazing. I ve lived in Kenosha for most of my life and I ve taken my cars to a lot of different places. As long as Sebenas Automotive is around, he will get my business. He s extremely honest, well priced and just a good guy. I would refer Sebenas to anyone within 50 miles to bring their car here.
