Sherry the service advisor was extremely rude. First to her employee. Then to me after I asked if I could go on the drive when they drive my car. Used to work at a dealership and their favorite phrase was not my car when they did things they shouldn't have. She acted like I was crazy and gave me attitude. Also scratched my brand new rims not even 350 miles on the car. Nothing they can really do. I was just there for to get my tires changed from summer tires to all season. Scratched 4 out of 4.

4days with my car for diagnosis to tell me $600 over any other machine shop plus 3 to 4 weeks to get to it as the car was down. Totally towed it elsewhere
