I can't thank the team at Ricchio enough. What a warm welcoming and enjoyable experience. It really felt a cut above. Their impeccable service and great value is hard to match. I'd recommend them 10 out of 10 times.

I stopped by with a slow leak in my tire. Even though the entire staff was eating lunch, Pete took the time to plug the tire for me and I was on my way in under 10 minutes. I am extremely critical of auto mechanics. Few that I have tried in my entire life have earned repeat business from me. So far Ricchio has not disappointed. I've gone to them with more than just routine maintenance, and they've been quick and competent each time. The shop appears clean and organized which I appreciate, and communication has been excellent.

They fixed my jeep and we dropped off day before work was done. They keep vehicle in garage over night. Also called with estimate then again about oil type. Emma did a great job. Very professional.

One of the best shops in town. I bring all my vehicles here for all my maintenance and repair needs. They have always been able to repair what is needed and completes the job in a timely manner. Compared to prices at local dealerships, Ricchio s pricing is very competitive. I do not trust just anyone with working on my vehicles, but I have 100% trust in Ricchio AutoWorks.

Very clean and spacious interior, and the receptionist was welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable. They worked fast and effectively, repaired my issue and noted other issues noticed in the vehicle without trying to pressure me into more sales that I couldn't afford.Very affordable too; I will be back for sure.

Riccio's went above and beyond to explain to me what they were doing and to keep me updated with the progress of my car. Everyone I talked to there was extremely friendly and welcoming. Clean, professional, second time I ve been there.My 2000 Mustang GT needed a clutch and ignition coil. These guys did an amazing job, drove away feels, sounds, and drives like a new car .well done guys.I will bring all my vehicles here going forward.

Best mechanic in town. Honest and trustworthy, and will not try to upsell you. Appointments highly recommended. My whole family brings our vehicles to Pete. I will never go anywhere else.

If you want an auto mechanic you can trust, this is the place to go. Pete is very fair and very honest. He does a great job, and treats every car he works on like it was his own. Trust your car to this shop. They were deservedly voted Best in Kenosha.
