When I had to have my engine replaced I was directed here from the dealership. So thankful. The guys at Rence's have been amazing. Offering excellent and efficient service. Will continue to take my vehicle here. No question!

Took my car here because I needed an oil change, tire patch and my car was making a weird noise. I ve taken my car to other places over the last two years and all of those mechanics couldn t hear the noise or said it was normal. After driving other cars, it was apparent it wasn t normal. Rence s found the issue and actually determined my two rear tires were bad. After two years of driving like that and many appointments, a trusted company finally found the answer. Thank you, Rence s. Rence & his crew are the best! They really helped me out when I bought a used vehicle from a private seller who had apparenlty taken out a bulb so the engine light wouldn't come on. After I bought it, I was required to have the emissions tested. It.failed. I got the bulb replaced & found out it needed A LOT of work...about as much money as I bought the thing for! ***Let me get on my soapbox here & say that any county in WI that requires emissions testing should also have a law that a passed emissions test be given with the sale on any used vehicle. Off soapbox now.*** Rence replaced one catalytic converter, hoping the engine light would stay off. Bad news: the light went back on.That meant the 2nd catalytic converter had to be replaced for double the money. This was not a cheap thing to do, especially for someone like myself...a single mom living on a not even a 40 hour a week job. Rence really went above & beyond to help me and I know they gave me a huge deal when I had to come back to replace the 2nd catalytic converter. I highly recommend Rence for all your auto repair needs!

I took my Jeep to a couple of places and none of them could fix the heating on the Jeep. And these guys were the only ones to figure out what was going on with my heat. And I had heat in my Jeep within a few hours!

I am coming here from now on. I had been told by jiffy lube when I got a brake check that my wheel bearings might be going, but they don t do that, so I should get them checked out somewhere else. I called a few different places around the Kenosha area to get an estimate the other places I called were so rude. They d answer the phone with an attitude, made me feel like I was wasting their time, just all around unpleasant. Rence s was the only place that answered super friendly both times I called (first time to check quote, second time to absolutely confirm an appt). When they checked it out, they said it wasn t my bearings, but I needed new tires and an alignment, and that should take care of the issues I was having. They charged me wayyyyy less than what the other places said it would be to check it out. Dropped my car back off for the tires and alignment, got a call saying the guy doing alignments would have to do it another day, which was fine, I wasn t in a super hurry for that, but I couldn t pick my car up til the next day because I didn t have a ride. James called the guy, then called me right back and said he would squeeze it in the next day and be done before my ride had to leave. Totally fine with me! Then I get a call the next morning right when they open saying that they stayed later to knock it out, and that my car was done!!! They stuck to what they quoted me, were so friendly, and pushed to get it done. I appreciate them so much for making the experience pleasant.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

Best car repair in Kenosha!!! Excellent customer service and very happy kind people!!!Been going to Rences for years now and their service is second to none!Wow! They are highly skilled and explain it in layman's terms.Just got a new gas tank put in so now my car is happy and running like a champ.They have the most reasonable prices in town!Quick service too.Such a joy to know that I can always count on Rences!

Very knowledgeable, curations, and helpful.Brought multiple cars to them with varying issues. Always helps and is great at communicating.I have never felt like they tried to swindle me unlike other auto repair shops.Rence s should be your go to car repair place just like your primary doctor or barber!Highly recommend.

Owning a landscaping business means a lot of maintenance. I would never bring a vehicle to anyone else, I also send employees to them as well, and they always do right by them. All around best mechanic shop in Kenosha! Reliable, quick, good communication

My Husband has a Jaguar that he is overprotective of he never trust anyone with working on his car we went to four shops to fill them out before We made a choice and Rences was the best choice they have great customer service and our mechanic NICO is the absolute best he takes pride in his work. What a great Repair shop! It's hard to find a great mechanic that doesn't take advantage of people. However, Rence and his crew not only know what they are doing but are extremely talented. This is the best shop I've been too. They never over charge or do unnecessary add on repairs. The prices have always been fair and done in a reasonable amount of time. Also when there was an emergency and I didn't have the money to have my vehicle towed from Racine back to Kenosha, they paid the towing fee and had it added to repair costs. If they didn't do this I would have probably lost my vehicle due to impounding fees over the in ability to safely drive it out of a store's parking lot. You guys were amazing.

I've been going to them for years. 3 months ago, they inspected my Lexus and let me know the catalytic convertor was bad. It's a big job so I was worried they wouldn't be able to get it in and done same day. Not only did they finish it same day, but they were several $100's below anywhere else. James, Rence, Nicco and Juan are all extremely knowledgeable and I'll never go anywhere else!!!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection

I took my car in for repairs and they gave me 3 really high prices. So I said to forget it. I was charged $30 for the estimate and noticed a new dent on my front bumper days later. I should have gone back to confront them but I found a former Jeep mechanic who fixed it and saved me $1500. They will never get any biz from me or a referral.

I can't say enough abour Rence and his team. I had some aftermarket headers put on my Challenger. We ran into some snags with the headers I purchased due to manufacturing issues. Rence's team worked through all of the issues and ended up setting me up with a new set of headers that's even better than what I originally purchased. Their work was top notch as was their customer service. They stayed in contact with me through the whole process and the work was very timely, even considering the issues with the first set of headers. They also took care of scheduling the tuning and transported the car too and from the tuner. Everything was turn-key. I'm coming from Greenfield and would not hesitate to make the trip for future work.

They charged me $493 for a brake job on a Honda Civic! A little Honda Civic! And that's with me bringing in my own parts.I've paid $200-300 at most in the past for brakes and calipers. 1st and last time doing business here. If I wanted to throw away nearly $500 for a brake job I should've just gone to the Honda dealership lolService: Brakes

Best and quickest auto repair I have received in Kenosha, this place should be at the top of the list for sure. I went to 2 other places beforehand that had great reviews on google and I had very bad experiences and spent a lot of money. After the last quote I received I called Rence's and Max helped me find the best deal which was literally 60% cheaper than what the last mechanic was going to charge me and about 50% cheaper than what other places were going to charge. They will also get you a great price on a tow ($45 inside kenosha). My car was fixed and ready to be picked up within 24 hours of being dropped off. Wish I would've started with these guys initially. They are very helpful and nice people that know what they are doing. You won' t regret going here.

I took my vehicle here by suggestion of other people. It took them a little time to correctly diagnose my vehicle but in the end it was fixed. It cost way less then if I would of taken it elsewhere at my local shop. I highly recommend Rence's for all your automotive needs!

My daughter gets her car fixed here. They have always been more than fair work her and they make sure the car is safe! They have never padded the bill. We usually know what is wrong before it goes in. If we all about something specific, they say it isn't needed more often than it is. I LOVE knowing my daughter had an honest, fair, expedient mechanic! (I don't use them because I don't live in Kenosha)
