First time customer and they are the real deal! 100% honest! Even when they quoted lower than it should have been they honored the price quoted without hesitation. The work was fast and EXCELLENT! I will definitely be back!

Nice people at reasonable prices. Tested my emissions pretty quickly. Only problem is wait parking. People can't read the sign saying "Line starts here" and they park all over the place and skip people in front of them.

Already gave a review on this business and I them. The guy I deal w all the time is nice, friendly, efficient and knows what he's doing. In a time when everything costs triple, he does as much as he can to take away some of the sting. He services our family of 6 cars and does an awesome job!

I m glad I didn t buy a car warranty and get locked into having the dealer service my Mini Cooper. A technician at the dealer did a sloppy oil change and then told me I had an oil leak. I took it to R&R and Dave had a look at it, cleaned up the oil, had me bring it back in a week, and determined there was no leak. I ve had my vehicles serviced here for years and have always been extremely happy with the service and quality. I highly recommend R&R.

Waited in line 30+ min. A sign saying lunch 12-1 put up at about 1150. Last car pulled out at 1156. Wouldn't take care of my car and told me the lunch sign says 12ish to 1.Extremely unprofessional and rude

I had an emissions renewal. It is a first come first serve. They were very fast. In and out in 15-20 minutes.

They mark up labor rates... rounding. They have terrible attitudes, especially towards some employees. Elevated shop. On a budget? Not the place.

I was in line for an emissions test I waited in line for about 45 Minutes there was only one more car in front of me, when one of the employees pulled out a flag that said this was the last car I told him that I came early here before work and waited close to an hour in line to get a test and all he said was sorry its time for a sandwich and walked away that is real poor customer service there was more cars behind me. really poor customer service

I ve brought my car and my husband s car to R&R for years. We ve had our breaks replaced, oil changed, emissions test, random odds and ends fixed and they have always been wonderful to work with. Great staff, great communication and they ve always been transparent about costs and tried to save us money where they could.

R&R Automotive LLC went out of their way to save me money on labor and parts instead of take maximum money as would be expected from a typical repair shop. They offered free diagnosis which is very rare in the industry. Repair cost me about 1/2 what it would have elsewhere. And they are genuinely nice people. I highly recommend them, and I will be returning often as I have two older cars.Service: Steering & suspension repair

These guys are great. Came for emissions and had a short wait. Took a few minutes to run the diagnostic, printed everything out, gave me a sticker and I was on my way. Just call the shop and they have a recording to tell you when they're available to do emissions. Mon-Fri 8am-12pm 1pm - 3 pm

I called them with a 2002 Pontiac that needed to be towed to their shop. I had it towed on a Monday afternoon and they had a head gasket repaired, installed a new starter and replaced a front control arm AND did an emissions test AND had it completed by 2pm on Wednesday...two days later!! Prompt, courteous and very easy to work with. I'd never worked with them before. My only experience was going there for an emissions test a couple of times. I'm so glad I chose them to do the work for me on my car. It's an "old school" shop with amazing customer service. I highly recommend them for your car service needs.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Friendly, efficient, professional and cost effective! The guys were polite and friendly. I dropped it off and received a phone call saying they tested it and couldn't replicate my issue, so offered to have me pick it up free of charge. My response "Now that's the kind of price that brings repeat business!". We went further and it turned out to be a bad battery connection. While it was there, they were able to diagnose why my check engine light was on and fixed that, and did the emissions. I would definitely return, thanks guys!

Had my emissions test done there and it was quick and easy despite there being a relatively long line. Was able to get my new sticker there as well, which was nice. Staff was polite and did a good job.

Never fixes what they say they do, classic we fixed it and i drive it home with the same problems and have to come back to not get it fixed again. Literally left my spare tire dangling off my jeeps undercarriage like a tire swing. Terrible service all around. Just have the best spot in Kenosha

The owner, Brian and his team of mechanics are by far, the finest auto technicians in SE Wisconsin.Based on rave reviews from friends and neighbors I decided to try them since I had experienced some fraudulent dealings with other shops in town.These fellas are honest and great to deal with. I ve never been disappointed. Their prices are really fair and their customer service is fabulous. They kept my old Subaru running for thousands of miles and they aren t timid about working on my German car as other shops were! I trust them completely.Give them a try. You won t be sorry.Lynn

Quick, easy, and fast on Emissions testing. The only reason I give it a 4 instead of a 5 was the first time I went to do Emissions. Their automated system said there was emissions that day, but it was cancelled. A way to improve this would be to have a person to answer those phone calls to give definite answers. But overall, a very nice place.
