I desperately needed new tires because my old ones were bald as Mr clean. & I was literally risking a blowout at any moment. My husband took my car to Prime motors and not only were the prices extremely reasonable. The service was phenomenal. I appreciate their hard work and it's great to finally find a great auto shop to rely on.

These are the nicest mechanics I've ever met. They are bilingual and it helps a lot of people to have someone who understands. David, who is one of the owners and my mechanic, put in an engine and redid my timing chain/ water pump.Reasonable prices and excellent service!!

Stopped in for a second estimate, ended up getting my car serviced. This second estimate was close to half the cost of the first.Upon entering I waited less than two minutes before being greeted and get answers to all my questions. I made an appointment to drop my car off the next day.When I returned to drop off I again was greeted and made to feel welcomed. Within 3 hours I received a price for the work then inside of two hours later my car was done.I am positive that I will be returning for further services and will continue to feel assured of getting the great service and welcoming reception I've gotten so far.I'm more than willing to say if you want friendly customer service, quick yet knowledgeable repair for your car try Prime Motor Service.

Good shop! Good service, including customer service! Very fair and reasonable on cost of repairs. Just stopped in to see if they could repair something on my truck. Asked when they could do it. Took the keys and done in an hour.Simple. Honest. Fair. Treated with kindness and respect. No run around from these guys. Just to the point and they do a good job. They will let you know if the see something else that needs to be addressed and fixed.I will be using this shop for all my automotive needs.

Worst experience ever. Had car for months on end waiting for parts, got the car back finally and it's still pissed up.

The guys did a very professional job, got my brakes and rotors fixed in a very timely fashion. This place rocks , everything I take my vehicle there to be fix I always leave happy , I also had a problem with my honda which I took it to 3 different shop n they didn't know what was wrong it's like they was guessing at what was wrong with my vehicle , so I finally took it to prime motors 2 days later I got my truck back running better then ever ....I love this shop and they have very good customer serviceServices: Steering & suspension repair, Air conditioning, Oil change
