If you believe in small business and are looking for THE Very Best Service for your car, then Bender s is Golden! They go out of their way to be courteous, caring an very reasonable in their cost. They consistently do what most places cannot do and are very honest. You won t be disappointed.

Excellent service and they do emissions here. It's a bit higher class and also a bit more expensive to me but they've been established for quite a while. It's also a higher scale neighborhood in an area that used to be pretty busy so.......

Friendly, knowledgeable, professional, timely and reasonably priced what more could one ask for? I would highly recommend Paul s Bender Center not only for exhaust, but for everything from a routine oil change to alignments, tires and tuneups.

I brought my Dodge Charger to Paul s Bender Center to have a custom, performance exhaust done. It was a very nice facility and the staff was very polite and knowledgeable. They got my car in the shop almost immediately to raise the car and give me an accurate estimate. I met the owner and he gave me a very fair estimate. I have a very busy work schedule and the owner was able to get the work done while I waited. The owner worked on my car personally along side his employees. They completed my car within about 2 1/2 hours and did a welded exhaust, custom bent pipe and installed the custom accessories that I had brought. Their attention to detail, and quality of work was amazing. They made my car sound and look awesome, they by far exceeded my expectations, I am definitely going to be their customer for life. I recommend Paul s Bender Center to anyone who wants quality work at a fair price.Service: Exhaust

The mechanic forgot to put my oil cap on after my first oil change since moving moving here. They quickly fixed the issue and cleaned my decorative piece, as well as gave me $10 for a carwash. They're held accountable, and I couldn't be more grateful. Good place to go if you want someone who cares.

Brought car in for quote on fixing loud exhaust. Took 1 week to get car in. Was told car needed new converter and flex pipes which would cost $1024 because fabricating was not an option for this particular car. They also suggested maintenance unrelated to exhaust problem on car for additional $780. And then was charged 37 dollars for the quote. Seemed like a scam so took car to Dave s Mufflers and they fabricated exhaust for $115. Wouldn t trust these guys.

Every time I have gone their for my 3 vehicle's I have made an appointment and sometimes an emergency arises, but they always do a great job and they are honest and very thorough .Good job guys.

Don't do it. Unless you want to be quoted then requoted an outrageous price. I got ripped off too many times shame on me once shame on you for all older people. Shark frenzy over fixing my car. I will report toBBB as well. Shame on you greedy jerks. Thank God for my son I

Spoke with Tyler and scheduled my work, dropped the car off and had a detailed estimate of the work they recommended by the next morning. Spoke with Tyler again to okay the work I wanted done and he sent an updated estimate and gave me a time when it would be done. Not only did they have the work done on-time, but for under the estimated amount. Vehicle now drives smoother and is quieter than it was the day I bought it. Jeff also followed up with me after a couple days to ensure that the car was operating well and I was happy with the work. Last week Monday I went to Paul's bender center and tried to get my car looked at. Unfortunately they were not able to see me that day and couldn't get me in until this week. I explained I'm days away from having a baby and Jeff was able to find a day to get me in. Not only did he get my car looked at last week but he drove me home and called me within 30 minutes and explained what was going on. He got my car fixed 3 hours earlier then expected and it cost way less then what I was expecting. My car is now safe for my growing family thanks to Jeff and his amazing team. He even messaged me personally this morning to check on the repair and to make sure I was happy with the work. I couldent be happier with his customer service. I will be back to get the rest of my repair list completed. Thank you Jeff and Paul's bender center for everything.Katie

Had a flat tire the day before Thanksgiving and needed two new back tires. The team at pauls bender center managed to get it done in time which allowed me to see my family for the holidays.

Our family has been taking our vehicles to Paul's Bender Center for all of our maintenance needs for over 10 years. We've always gotten good, reliable service, and been treated well by the friendly personnel there. This visit was even prompted by a reminder phone call that both my and my wife's cars were over due for oil changes, and that they had some appointments available. I have been going to Paul's Bender Center for several years now for services from minor things like oil changes to major problems with my car and have always had a great experience. Everyone I've encountered there are so knowledgeable and helpful with any questions I had. They are fair with pricing and very trustworthy. I'd recommend them to anyone who needs any auto services. Also, they do emissions testing, so that's a plus too.Services: Tire rotations, Engine repair, Wiper blade installation, Emissions testing, Oil change

Fantastic experience with Paul s Bender Center. My previous mechanic had closed and I was in search of a new one. They were able to see my car in a timely manner and diagnosis it with excellent communication every step of the way. They were honest about what I needed done right away and were reasonably priced. Would recommend!

I've had my vehicle there a few times. Matt was extremely patient and worked with me till we figured out what the actual issue was. Pricing seems fair all around very happy.Update took it in again for a stubborn emissions issue, they found it quickly and got it to pass. 5 star again

I have been using Paul s Bender Center for a few years now, per the recommendation of other family members and friends. Matt and Jeff are very knowledgeable, and they always take great care of my truck. I trust them to be honest and upfront. I ve never had to wait too long for repairs to be completed. When my tires were recalled, they swiftly replaced them. The are excellent with warranty work, as well. Prices are competitive. Paul s is a reputable locally owned business that is a true asset to our community.Services: Exhaust, Brakes, Oil change

This place blatantly lied to me, I confirmed an appointment multiple times, then the day before the appointment I try to confirm again, and all the sudden its another week out. MULTIPLE TIMES CONFIRMED THEN BLATANTLY LIED TOO!!!!!

So far, so good with Paul's Bender Center with both my Fords. Tyler, the service advisor, is honest, prompt, and exemplifies quality customer service. The workmanship of the technicians is up to standard. All work seems to be done at a fair price. The vehicle inspections and status reports are much appreciated. Would recommend!

This place is locally owned and operated by regular folks. Their job is to be honest/transparent when telling customers what's going on with their vehicles, and an estimate of what it will cost. They have always gone above and beyond with their service and information. I always appreciate their knowledge- regardless of where I have my vehicle serviced.
