Shawn Haas is a fantastic salesman and person! Just bought my Ram 1500 and he found the best solution for me and my family. I bought my first car from Larry, and the experience couldn t have been better! He was patient with me in making my decision which made me feel very comfortable. The car was always up front ready for a test drive and freshly washed when I bought it. The buying process was shorter than anticipated too, and everything went smoothly. He took more time to go through all the new features with me and set my preferences. It s been almost 3 weeks, and I love my new jeep compass :)

I went in not knowing what kind of car I wanted, and test drove a few cars. Larry was kind enough to help provide me with plenty of options. I chose a vehicle at another location but after too long of a wait, I decided on an EX model that was coming into Palmen early April. And I was surprised by Larry calling at rhe end of March to say the car came in early! Overall, Larry was very patient with my choices and was super helpful trying to get me into a car I really wanted. I could not be happier!

Been going to Palmen in Kenosha for years!If you re in the market I d suggest talking to Ray Hilburger, he s been my salesman for about 15 years. For the past 15 years and now my 6th KIA lease I have gotten my cars with Ray H. He listens, he knows inventory, he collaborates seamlessly with the different departments. Recently purchased a used Jeep Wrangler from Palmen. The experience was very good. I worked with Mario from the beginning until I drove away with my vehicle. He was awesome!!!! If you are searching for a your next vehicle and happen to end up at Palmen, You need to ask for L.Y the car guy AKA Lynier. Talk about a great experience!!! I wish his customer service and support skills were everywhere I shopped at but then again, I'd be broke lol. His whole experience is just unmatched. Trust me, when I say ask for Lynier.

I live about 90 minutes away. I was contacted that a car I was interested in was still for sale. I told them I was leaving immediately and would be there in about 90 minutes. I got an email that said that I was good to go, and to ask for VIP at the desk.I saw my name as VIP 1 on the board when I walked in. I was then told that the car they contacted me about and I drove 170 miles round trip for just sold .I explained to them I had an appointment and showed my name, their answer was- sorry, everything is first come first serve .I buy a lot of cars, but I can assure you, none of them will ever be from Palmen.

I drove in with my 19 Hyundai with a certain set of things I was looking for in a new vehicle. Nothing too extra. Just heated seats, remote start, and either 4wd or Awd because while Hyundai s are great you re kind of stuck where you are if there s more than 3 inches of snow. I met with Danny, who actively listened to everything I wanted and he put me in the snazziest vehicle I ve ever owned at a wonderful price. He never made me feel like it was JUST about the sale. He let me pick what I wanted instead of trying to push a vehicle on me that I had no interest in. He gave me a great price on my trade in, he gave me options, and tried to get any promo or discount he could. In just a couple of hours, I drove home in my new 22 Jeep Compass trailhawk, to be the envy of all my friends. I m so in love with it and the service given. If you re looking for a vehicle, I d definitely recommend Palmen and would hands down send anyone looking straight to Danny. It s been almost a week and I still get texts from Danny to see if I need assistance with anything because this new Jeep is so technologically advanced. I appreciate it, him, and this dealership. I d give more than 5 stars if I could.

My experience here was nothing but amazing. From the second I walked in, to driving my new Jeep Wrangler home! Jon was so patient with my husband and I, as this was a big purchase. We are so pleased and very satisfied with not only the dream car, but the smooth process it took to take this baby home. He talked through all the features, and educated me on what it s like to be apart of the Wave club. This is my 4th car, and I have to say it was the best experience out of all of them.

Looking for a specific vehicle, with specific features and I finally found it at Palmen Motors. Luckily, when I called I was connected to Larry Steponitis. I wish I could give higher stars to Larry he made the usually stressful experience of buying a vehicle effortless and ENJOYABLE. 100% worth the 1.5 drive to get the vehicle I wanted, the amount I wanted for my trade in, and the personal interest that Larry took into making sure that we were above and beyond satisfied. If you are looking, look no further than Larry. He cares about his clients, more than his commission.
