I had service on a sunroof that was installed by the dealership. This will be the third time that I have had problems with it leaking! This time I used your rental and was told to fill it up, which I did. My car which had a half a tank was driven by someone who left trash in my vehicle and returned it on empty with my light on! I ended up picking up my vehicle and praying that I made it to a gas station because it was on empty! It also had trash in the floor and smelled like smoke which I am asthmatic and do not smoke!! I am highly irritated and annoyed by this experience. I am definitely not sure if I ever want to return back to the dealership to have any service or even buy another new vehicle from this dealership. I was a returning customer that purchased vehicles from this company. No I'm not sure if I will ever be back again.

Thank you, Jimmie, Jason, and Palmen GM, for making this a welcoming, transparent, and straightforward experience! Considering my busy schedule and distance from your location, I personally appreciated your guidance through the process in advance of making the trip to Kenosha. Although I had found many similar cars, it was that virtual/remote interaction and the quality of the vehicle offered that landed my final decision. Over the years, I have bought many cars, but this initial transaction experience far exceeds most others (including a purchase I made at this same dealership a couple of years ago). Thanks, again, and I'm looking forward to our upcoming short-term and long-term interactions!

Do not recommend buying from here sales person was extremely crabby and seemed unwelcoming, agreed to get us a car and fell through after running our credit. It s fine though, Because they wanted to aggressively sell us the car with many unanswered questions on the vehicle so in the end it was definitely probably a sign to not go through for us Something shady is going on here so if you re making a purchase here just proceed with caution.

Disappointing that this did not fall under warranty, but I don't blame the dealership. There was a lot of discussion if weather this "fell" under drive train warranty or not, the dealership thought it should, GMC disagreed. They picked up part of the bill. Part of the problem was that the catalytic converter part is only covered to 85000 miles, I had 85,228. The exaust manifold part was covered but GMC felt the repair was under the converter vs the exaust manifold, best I can understand.Dealership did the work, at the price they said, so they did fine.

Tim in service was really good. took my 22 Sierra in to get something checked out, with an appointment, took care of me ,called me after I knew what was wrong , then I had problems ordering floor mats on the app (because it stinks) and he took me over to parts got it them all ordered, be getting them tomorrow ...not that I want to go back for service ,but with Tim there it helped a lot.

The Palmen GMC dealership is very nice. The staff all were very pleasant to speak with. Jaun my sales person was awesome to work with. I was at the dealership to look at a new black 2023 GMC 2500 HD Denali. Juan new everything about the truck and answered all my questions. He was also patient while I looked it over. At the end of my visit, as i was given the cost of the truck. Vince worked with me to get the beautiful GMC truck into the price range I was looking for.The staff at Palmen are top notch. They are all respectful and the reason that I purchased the Black Beast that day. I would recommend that anyone looking for a new or used vehicle to stop and check them out. Thank You!!

Jason in service is hand down the BEST service advisor in the state!!! He knows how to treat and take care of the customer. He is very knowledgeable with warrantys and doesn't take no for an answer. They will always get my business. Recommended 100%

Car is great. Financing experience was poor. Waited 4 or 5 hours to sign contract with little negotiation on sales price. Then the rate we got through dealership was insane. 9.5? Called around to refinance and found a local credit union to refinance at 6.5.

Jeremy was a very good sales rep. Knowledgeable, and seemed genuine and honest.The only issue was not much notification our new auto was going to ready and available when it was. It came in a month early or so. Not a complaint really, just didnt allow us to get preparation to trade in car ready ahead. Financing process was slow, due to IT issues. We were at the dealership for 3.5 to 4 hours. Seemed excessive, and you gave us New Hats?

Quick and easy. Had a recall that the part went out on my windshield wipers. I called the next day and Tim was able to get me in that morning and had my car back/fixed before noon. Tim was great! Thank you.

This is a top notch dealership. Clean, bright, friendly and efficient. I came at 3:00PM on a Friday with no scheduled appointment and was done by 3:15PM. What more can you ask for?? All of my cars get serviced here with white glove treatment.

Tim was so incredibly helpful! I called late on a Monday and he was able to get me an appointment for first thing the next morning. He was very knowledgeable and kind and provided superior customer service. It can often be overwhelming to walk into a service center as a woman that doesn't know a lot about cars, but he explained things very well and didn't make me feel silly for not knowing much like some car guys can. I sometimes put off car maintenance because I'm afraid of how I'll be treated, but I will definitely be going back to this location because of how great my experience was.

Jason is amazing in the service department can't say much about the rest of the staff some of the rest of the service staff members have horrible customer service skills like Jeff and a nasty attitude for no rational reason

Talked to Tim about my water pump on a Tuesday dropped my truck off Wednesday around six. Got a call from Tim Thursday morning around 930 saying my truck was done. Excellent service. My truck will be going here from now on when it needs repairs.

My first trip to Palmen Cadillac. I went in for a 1500 mi inspection by appointment. I was asked if I wanted it washed and I said yes. They must have got my car inspected right away because my phone kept connecting to my car while I waited. I figured I would be out of there quickly. One hour later I went up and asked the status. The employee walked over to my car and he said it's ready, keys are in it. As I pulled away, I noticed the interior was not yet clean but the outside was washed.

Both the sales associate Darrell James and finance manager Alfonso Gomez were very professional and easy to work with. Both individuals worked to provide my wife and I with the best deal on the purchase of the 2023 Yukon Denali along with providing the best warranty based on our driving habits. Salesman was great as he always has been. But there is a major problem with his car. It appears the scar was not checked over thoroughly before it was put on the lot as it has a drivetrain problem. I have contacted the salesman to let him know. I have only driven the car about 100 to 150 miles. This showed up on day two of driving it. Which leads me to believe this problem has been there for sometime. I will have to get into the dealership Monday to find out how the situation is going to get rectified.
