We have purchased/leased several cars from Larry Steponitis, as have other members of our family. Each experience has been positive. Larry takes the time to listen to what you are really looking for and makes suggestions that he thinks will be helpful. He truly cares about his customers and wants to make sure they are happy with their decision and purchase. He works hard to make it a great experience.We have a 2008 Jeep Cherokee (which we also bought from Larry) and it is still running and has been a wonderful car. We chose another Jeep because we have had such great luck with it and it is reliable. We knew we wanted another one. We chose Palmen because Larry is there. My parents chose Palmen for their Jeep Cherokee and we chose Palmen for our daughter s first new car lease. Larry was there for those as well.A huge thank you to Palmen and especially to Larry for making a stressful experience a lot easier.

I had inquired about a car and sent in a request to test drive the vehicle. Right after I inquired, they raised the price of the car $4000 (it was at market value before). After 3 weeks of not selling it, they finally lowered it $3000. The car originally was at $15,999 and then hiked up to $20,000 with 100,000 miles on it. That's insane.The price hike right AFTER I inquired really put me off and destroyed my interest. Watch out for that shady tactic. Customer service was very polite and helpful.

I had to trade in two vehicles for my elderly in-laws. So I went and saw Jeff Haines, whom I have dealt with for a few years now. With in one day we were able to get through the process without any problems. Jeff is very knowledgable and was a tremendous help through out the whole process. It was complicated process, because I basically had to be a third party buyer. With Jeff's expertise we were able to get a new Pacifica for my in-laws. They are very happy with the purchase!! I have been a repeat customer for quite a few years now.

Pushy sales, high prices and no inventory. Sales doesn't care if are 1st time or long time buyer. Covid screwed them up, but even the pushy is understandable. No resale value for your used car that you purchased there. They say highest prices paid for your used car, but they will screw you even if it has no milage on it. Typical RIP off dealership.

Another car... another horrible Palmen experience... Purchased a 2017 Lincoln MKZ in May. Almost immediately began having issues with the car, ie overheating and no heat. Took the car to Advanced Auto to get it a scan to see what was going on. Advanced Auto told me the scan said the head gaskets were blown. Took the car to Palmen for them to look at it only because I purchased a platinum warranty. Told Palmen exactly what the auto store said. Palmen checked it and claimed the car was only low on coolant. Head gaskets are fine and the auto store was wrong. Charged me $207 just to fill the coolant. Car still not cooling properly took the car to the Ford dealership and THE HEAD GASKETS ARE BLOWN Warranty company has verified this as well!! Palmen literally had me driving on blown gaskets!! Stay TF away from all PALMENS if you are smart! ZACH never called me back last time. So he's a complete joke at this point!

Highly recommend Palmen Motors and working with Larry Steponitis when you buy your next car! They had so many selections available to view and check out. Larry was very knowledgeable and patient. He answered all my questions and showed me car after car until I found what I wanted, a new Jeep Grand Cherokee.

Sold me a part that wasn't in stock! Then when I called Eric he had a attitude that I wanted to cancel my order and hung up on me.Order was placed at 9am its 630pm before i was told they dont have the part.The part is for a business vehicle so they just cost me a day on the road!Avoid these people 100% bad at business and customer service! ZERO STARS

Thomas Richer has helped us in the past and he is always very helpful and if he is unsure he quickly finds us the answer! Between him and the rest of the staff there that day everyone was making sure it was a good experience! We left there very pleased with our purchase, I love my new Jeep!

Purchased my first Jeep Wrangler JK at this dealership a few months ago. This was maybe the most painless auto purchase I've ever gone through. I worked with Frankie Ruffalo who was easy to talk to, no lame sales pitches. Made this purchase on my way to work. It went so smoothly that I wasn't even late for work. So far the oil change appointments have been good, waits aren't long. No complaints.

2 months of the worst customer service with Jaime & ONLY with the female workers at every level of service offered at the dealership. Rude, and incompetent issues are beyond a training issue with this dealership. See other reviews that go back years tracking poor customer service it's in the culture of their business. One & done!

I was angry and erked, then I seen the the results and was very happy. Wanted to give them a bad review, but the price was great and my Grand Cherokee now has a great looking hitch for just over 1k. End results am happy with results. Looks professional. Keno palmen team.

Palmen has a reputation for selling vehicles with check engine lights and I can confirm this. Within 24 hours of purchasing a vehicle my check engine light was on. Understandably when you buy a used vehicle it may have some issues a new car wouldn't. But knowing dealerships do inspections on vehicles I figured if I cleared the code it would at least stay off for an extended period of time assuming Palmen wouldn't put a vehicle with a prevalent issue on their lot for someone to buy.. but within another 2 days the light was back and after expressing my frustration with the dealership they agreed to look into the issue but upon dropping the vehicle off and leaving it with them for a dayThey informed me that essentially the part needed to make the repair was too expensive to do, knowing that this repair was going to be "on the house". So they didn't make the repair and sent me on my way with a vehicle I could either fix myself or spend a considerable amount of money on fixing at another shop.

My wife and I went in there to have our jeep appraised and ended up walking out with a brand new truck! The entire process was very smooth and didn't drag out for hours on end. Our salesman Jeff Haines was absolutely wonderful and was very knowledgeable. He was able to answer every question we had and helped us figure out what we want/ what would be best for our situation. He was never pushy and was always willing to look at whatever we wanted to look at! We appreciate you Jeff!

Walked in for a specific vehicle and Ryan showed us a similar one at an even better price. Best Dealership experience. We did come in financed already and they were adamant about running our credit for "a better deal"Other than that it was an amazing experience. Great customer service. Tour of finance and the service area after purchasing the vehicle. Highly recommend Palmen!

Ryan Hilburger and his associates are some of the best around. Immediately made us feel at home and accommodated all of our needs. My sister left with a beautiful car for a great price! I highly recommend! I'm actually a little jealous of her car lol and mine is newer!

I have worked with Frankie Ruffolo at Palmens for several years and he has been great. I just purchased a New Jeep Grand Cherokee from him and he was the best Sales Person I have dealt with buying and vehicles. That is never an easy process but he made me feel comfortable with the entire process. He kept me updated on when my Jeep was expected to arrive. He got all the paperwork ready prior so all I had to do was sign a couple of documents and pick up my new ride. He gave me a rundown on all the features of my Jeep so I know how everything worked. I had a such a great experience that my husband bought a used vehicle from Frankie last week. Frankie took care of him very quickly and he was home with the truck the same night. I highly recommend visiting Frankie Ruffolo for any New or used car.

Just visited Palmen for help getting my winter tires on and an oil change and they provided excellent service! Ryan was fantastic, and Lenny was a great shuttle driver. Very accommodating and conscientious staff, thank you for the great experience!

Stopped in for warranty work on my ram..they had me in and out dropped me off at work and picked me up..also when I received my truck was washed and ready...bummer part is back ordered but customer service was excellent. I have worked in the auto industry for 15 years .. other dealers should take notes! Will be back for everything!

I've never had a smoother and more pleasant car buying experience. Big shout out to Jon and Jose Ayala. Jon worked with me throughout the process and was quick to respond at all times and went out of his way to help me multiple times. He also arranged shipping from their dealership down to my home in Florida. Can't recommend them enough!

Thank you for fixing my truck. Everything is working fine and I told my friends about the satisfying experience at palmens. I think I will be coming back for service in the future so my warranties continue. It was a surprise to me that the warranties were still in effect.

Nobody wants their car to break down but I am extremely happy with the work done and they worked with us in what I think was a reasonable bill
