It took them about 3 weeks. But it was worth the wait. The car looked brand new again (i have a 2023 that was backed into) and they even cleaned the inside very well, im a smoker and couldnt even smell smoke in the car when i got it back. Very happy with this place and the people

A minor parking lot dent brought me in. PAB was the least expensive of four estimates, so much less that I thought about going with one of the more expensive estimates even though i was paying out of pocket. Took a chance with them anyway and am I glad I did. The repair and repainting were absolutely perfect. The clear coat also came with a lifetime warranty. They took it in that day and I had it back a few days later. This is now my go-to body shop!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Went there for an estimate bc a person backed into my vechile and the guy there told me my damage wasn't caused by another car. I have a police report and their insurance was covering my damage. I didn't have any paint damage to my vechile before this happened and I would never recommend this place to anyone. Very rude and unprofessional.

I have used them a few.times over the years. Very complete jobs and have never had to go back to get anything fixed. Would recommend if you need work done.

This team is amazing my car was in an accident due to Wisconsin weather and they handled it all even dealing with insurance claims that failed me. I picked it up today from Brian and I can t say enough about how great it looks and the family style customer service I was given the entire almost 3 months they had it (between insurance not touching it for 5 weeks and supply chain issues). Friendly Professional Experienced Knowledgeable - Worked diligently to repair our 2020 Mazda back to new after an accident. Kept in great communication with us during the whole ordeal with Insurance (who were awful). Came highly recommended by the local Mazda dealership & they did not disappoint! They did great work on my car, that's not the problem. The problem is they advertise 100% copay coverage but do not honor it. Feel like I was ripped off or taken advantage of. I was told that insurance doesn't pay out as much as they used to and that if my cost of repair was higher maybe my copay could've be reduced. He did take 300 off the copay amount, but when your expecting it to be nothing 700 dollars comes as a surprise. Now if I had been told this upfront, this wouldn't be an issue. But there's a large sign on the outside of the building that says 100% copay coverage. Buyer beware...Service: Body & Trim

Ken is an outstanding mechanic and we have been lucky to have him several times. We live in Milwaukee but go out of our way to come down to him with any car repair issues we have. He has also been able to diagnose issues others failed to see or did not understand. Their repair prices are always reasonable and they have always scheduled my family in immediately within a day or two of contacting them. Cannot day enough good things about Ken and PAB.

Had my 2010 Challenger stolen and got it back trashed. Made it look new. My son had his car fixed there as well. Love the work they do so much bringing my 2015 Scatpack in for rock chip touch up. Fantastic work, would highly recommend!

Lack of communication. Mama pop shop, tells you one thing and deliver one. Even Progressive doesn't like to work with them. they charge extra for credit card payment. Love to help out this types of shop in the area, but not worth it... Reason why most of us go to bigger companies.
