I went in for some replacement radiator tubes because I had a leak. David was incredibly helpful. He found the correct parts I needed and even came out to my car to give me advice and help me diagnose exactly where my issue was.David absolutely deserves more than he is getting!

Went in ordered a part. A employee who was off duty was cussing at the counter in my direction. Than proceeded to continue to run his mouth towards me. Typical Kenosha trash. Still waiting on part. Unprofessional. Go somewhere else.

Good service and I had my light bulbs burnt out some how after buying them after 2 months and they fixed it for me free. Great service

Truth be known I ve always been Auto zone person but to hell with that! Never again, Jack at O Reillys saved me so much time and money on two different cars in one week. Done! Customer service is alive and well with this guy!

Friendly staff. The store is always clean and well kept. I m there about once a week for different parts. Ordering online and then picking up in the store is super convenient.

I called ahead to confirm that they had the part I needed for an 87 Monte Carlo in stock and they were happy to check and bring the item to the counter so I could make the purchase at 8:5? pm (a few minutes before closing). Also the knowledge that the young man had about all different makes and models was really surprising. I believe his name is Sebastian so I d ask for him if you have any difficult questions. Much appreciated customer service. Cheers!

Great place to do business. Stopped to get antifreeze and a few items for my classic car, and the guy working the counter came out in freezing weather on his lunch break and helped me add fluids and secure the battery down with a bracket.Great customer service.

These people know what they are doing and I am grateful that they signed me up for the rewards program my first time in. They stock the parts I need for a reasonable price, and if it's not in stock they will order it for you. The shipping took a bit longer than expected even though I paid for expedited however that would not have been all of the storefronts fault at all. I will be returning very soon i am sure, we need O'Reilly

Great location for us but often do not have what we need in stock. They kindly offered help and to get the item from the Racine store but it just didn't work out for us.

South side 22nd store has a problem with getting parts out that they take a quote and then promise next day and just forget about it. Or feel that you have to make them happy when it's a business to sell and deliver parts in a timely matter. End of story. its NOTHING PERSONAL ....its Business. !'

Great inventory.. most everything is in stock... sometimes prices are a little bit more than the other auto parts stores but O'Reilly doesn't sell BS Chinese junk either!

They gave us the Wrong serpentine belt And they were adamant that it was the right one And we wasted 2 hours trying to put on the wrong belt And then had to put on the old belt So we could return the new wrong belt for the correct belt

It s nice that this O Reilly store is new. Everything is clean and neat. Employees are nice. Refreshing for a change. There are so many auto stores in the area it s just crazy. Nice to go to this one where you re treated decent.

Prices were good, but parts not in stock. Ordered parts, came back on scheduled pickup date, only half parts there, they forgot to order rest. Parts reordered, on pickup day, found wrong parts ordered, again had to reorrder..

Went here to order windshield washer parts for my wife's car. They were supposed to order one part (I was never notified if it came in) and the sales associate said they could not find the other part.......
