I am very happy with the service received.I got a new set of tires and an alignment.They were on time with scheduled appointment and very swift and my car feels like brand new.

Bought a set of gently used 35 inch BFG KO2 tires with Mammoth wheels. All five tires and wheels in excellent shape. It was the best deal within 500 miles of Chicago (yes i looked). Definitely recommend this place. Small town shop feel with highly skilled techs and friendly staff.

I am the Dad and therefore the car expert in the family. We have been using Mueller's for many years now on many vehicles. Sometimes it's new tires, on an old cheap car was used tires they had in stock. And they repair tires fast and cheap. We usually have tires shipped from Tire Rack directly here. They use a torque wrench on the lug nuts, the cherry on top for a car guy that loves his family. We are blessed to have a family owned business like this in town!

If I could give this place ZERO stars I really really would.They have zero professionalism and truly made me waste my time and money. After keeping my car for an entire day (scheduled appointment) they didn t even begin working on my vehicle and wasn t even informed of the delay until 2 hours before it was scheduled to be picked up (they had my car since opening and didn t call me until 3 pm and it was scheduled to be picked up at 5) I asked if it would be possible to be provided a discount for the inconvenience since I was forced to take additional Ubers to get around while I wait on them to finish and was hit with straight rudeness and then after I said how I was being treated was unprofessional, I was then told that they are not going to fix my vehicle at all. I work three jobs and saved my up money to get these repairs done before the snow gets here. They do not care about their customers. I wouldn t recommend this place to my dog. Save yourself the trouble and take your car to someone else.

Have used Mueller twice for new tires over a few years, excellent, fast, competent service, and prices are more than competitive. Shouts out to Alan, Brenda and the two guys who changed my tires. In and out in 30 minutes, try and beat that anywhere else!

My wife and I will only go here for our tires. They re very knowledgeable and they do all in a timely manner. I ll need new tires soon. If they don t have what you desire, they look to see if they can get them. Service is great for us!!

My wife slices the tire on the curb I called ahead and the gentleman gave me about a 10min wait when I got to the shop he had me to pull in. Immediately he seen the problem jacked the car up and took the tire off. He brought out a tire because he was unable to patch it and gave a one of the best prices and took care of me under 20mins. I ll recommend this company all day long!

Just got two new back tires and they were so nice and quick! They didn t have the tires I needed so they ordered them and it was in by the very next morning. They got me in and out fast and the price was also really good! Overall a very pleasant experience and I d highly recommend coming here if you re looking for tires.

I got towed here for my popped tire today. My tow truck driver, Mike, from Pro Towing suggested I go here because they would take care of me.It wasn t more than 15 minutes before they had my new tire on and not at a steep price. Brenda at the front desk was friendly and took care of me quickly.I will be back in the future. You guys saved me today!

I have purchased tires at Mueller's multiple times. Ever time I go, they are super helpful and friendly. I went today because I needed to replace a tire on my car. I found out that the tire was discontinued. The lady at the front desk called about 5 different places to see if anyone might have one in stock. If they can't find one... I might have to buy a different, similar tire. They are going to call me. Either way... Incredible customer service!!! I would highly recommend Mueller's Ture & Auto Center.

I've been going here for years because I've always received good service at a very reasonable price. Today, however, was disappointing. After waiting about an hour for a patch job on a small leak in one of my tires, I noticed just after leaving the tire sensor on that patched tire wasn't working properly (it was testing 1 psi). After driving a bit hoping it would reset, I go back so they can find the issue. First employee tells me they can check the sensor but "it's not free." Another employee checks it out (for free) and informs me the sensor isn't working. After explaining it worked before they serviced my tire he says they can replace the sensor but will have to charge full price. I understand things happen but coming in for a simple patch job shouldn't result in leaving with a bigger, more expensive problem. Stand by your service.

These guys stayed late to fix my flat tire on the fly literally 5 mins before closing and had it done in 15 minutes! Plugged, balanced,and back on my truck! They really helped me in a jam and I will be coming back when I need new tires.

Love this place. Very professional. Helpful and friendly. Very clean waiting area. Overall Brenda will find the right tires at a fair price for your car or truck. My tires were ordered in advance and they called me when they came in. I was outta there with a Oil change and a set of new tires on my car less than a hour. Ty Muellers Tire

Received a quote on line. Emailed some questions. Then ordered my tires. They arrived the next day..Just got them installed. The guys did a fantastic job. Good service. Great tires. I highly recommend buying and supporting small businesses. Mueller's is a great business.

Tried to get an alignment here recently. Made an appointment and then got there on time and waited 15 minutes before any acknowledgement. Then after that, the car sat there for 40 minutes (they knew I was waiting) before they even pulled it in. I had already called for a ride since they were clearly in no hurry.So I left then get a call 40 minutes later claiming that I need all kinds of front end work which I knew wasn't the case.(I had just replaced some parts up front and that was the reason for the alignment). I just told them I would come pick the car up. Then when I got there they tried to charge me for the quote for the work that wasn't needed. I did not pay this because I never asked them for any quote...I went home and jacked the car up and verified that everything was tight and I did not need any front end work besides an alignment. The parts underneath had surface rust but no issues. I even loosened the tie rod ends just in case they meant they were seized or something but they weren't. They were either trying to scam me or were just incompetent. I took it to another shop and got it aligned with no problems.This place might be fine if you want crushed pinch welds and 10 year old used tires but I wouldn't come here for anything other than that.

The people working at Mueller Tire are PRO's! Not only do they do the job right and at reasonable prices, but they are also pleasant while working with you. I went today for a tire with a slow leak and it was fixed and back on the road in less than 15 minutes. Too good! Thank you!

We had a rental car that had a tire leak that was large. They could not patch it up but had another tire that didn't break the bank to buy. The guys that worked there had the tire changed with in 15 mins. They were very polite, compassionate and friendly. I would recommend anyone to go there.

Staff friendly and knowledgeable about all tires and affordable prices. The guys in the garage are always hustling getting customers in and out. Never had an issue here, from fixing a flat to putting on new tires.

Great place to get tires or anything else done on your vehicle. Just got 4 brand new tires on work van and it was an awesome price. Jim really knows what he is doing and will always give you the best work and price in the area

Well I had to change my review after visiting them 2 times after my first time doing business with them. I have to say I will never go back here and spend another dollar with this company. I recently went in to get 2 front tpms sensors replaced, they replaced the sensors and left the old ones in the tire just bouncing around. The second tire lasted about a week before it started to have a slow leak from the bead. On top of finding all this out from a different company when I was at muellers they were raising my car to remove the tires and had the jack in the wrong spot while lifting the car and damaged my running boards. When I mentioned it to the guy who was working on my car he brushed it off and Said nothing was wrong..... for now on I will be taking all my business to KENOSHA TIRE ON HWY 50.

The lady in the front was very nice and friendly but it stops there, I came in with my grandmother to get her spare tire mounted and put on her because the one that is currently on there has a bad bald spot and the threads are showing! The tire she brought with was an old one that was warn but way better then what was on and they refused to put it on they made her leave with the flat Bald tire. The tire she wanted put on was not great but it was better then what's on there and would have been fine for a few weeks. I would have came back and bought a set of brand new tires but now we will never be back l. Save yourself a trip because clearly they don't want nor do they need your business!

I have only gone to Mueller's several times. I needed tires and Mueller's was recommended to me by my own mechanic who has his own business in town. I recently had an issue with my blower. I needed help right away. Unable to get in to my mechanic I went to Mueller's. They immediately looked at my car and called all over town to find my part to no avail. The earliest I could get the part was in 10 days. The mechanic fixed my car by applying a lubricant as a temporary fix until my part came in. I was very grateful for the extra mile they went for me.The whole staff has always been pleasant. Brenda has always been there when I was there and runs a smooth ship with a warm family atmosphere. I live in the area going by there several times a day and they are always busy.I would highly recommend .

Honest fast courteous service. I called 3 total places as I usually do when looking for auto repair. They were honest with their pricing and when I got there they had my tire replaced and mounted in and out in 15 mins. When I need future repairs I will definitely be returning.
