I had issue with my exhaust system and car was running loud. I have about 280K miles on my car and they did thorough inspection and fixed the issue. Also, was happy to see that they were not pushing to do unnecessary repairs but whatever was essential. Happy with the service and will go back in the future

I go see chuck and the guys often as my car is getting older and a bit finicky, I always leave feeling confidently about the work they have done and that they are taking care of my needs. Thanks again Chuck for handling my warranty company claims- you are appreciated!!! See you soon!

I sent my wife to get an oil change. One of the technicians damaged my vehicle. I have been trying to get this resolved. Unfortunately no one is calling back so I am going to be taking this to court with my lawyer. I will not be going back to midas for anything. I also do not recommend anyone going here.

Very friendly people. Very happy to have gone here. They did alot of work on the car we brought there. Struts, tie rods, some exhaust work, and alignment. It was all done in a day ! Car rolling great now. I liked getting the notification texts on what was going on. Definitely would go here again. Thanks guys !

I had an 2pm apt 2-27-24 for wheel alignment that was set up by employee JAMES, who was fantastic on my customer needs and helpful on explaining things that were neatly explained.Caring For my wellbeing out on the road, highly recommend this place for others, very honest and friendly service of staff employees.If I could rate an 6 STAR RATING I WOULD!!!!

James was AN AMAZING PERSON ! He greeted me nicely, took care of me, asked all questions he needed to and I answered and asked questions as well and he responded VERY amazingly ! I love Midas and I am a returning customer because of how well James takes care of me and my vehicle ! Thank you James ! Keep being awesome

Big shout out to James and Johnathon over at Midas Kenosha stellar customer service. The car was left clean and smelling great. They even had a foot cover at the bottom of the floor. I made a late night appointment and they were still able to take my car the next day at the time that I needed it my car was finished in amazing time. I am so thankful for this place. Truly thank you all so so much.

I came earlier because I didn t read my email of confirmation.. I thought my appointment was the time I signed up. Staff were very approachable, they agreed to accommodate me when the other customer didn t show up.. so thanks so much.. my day went on smoothly!

So I am giving no stars for my review due to the awful service I felt I was given by the Midas in Racine WI! I had brought my Telluride there to have new tires put on and then have an alignment done with 4 new tires then. I left expecting to be good to go. My AWD light came on right away and I could tell something didn t seem right. Then a few weeks later I m noticing that my tires have worn down. Not in a good way and to where there is a concern!! I call them to bring it back and they tell me that my tread on my tires(3 of them) had been bad. Which wouldn t I have been told that in the first place if that was the case? They acted weird as if they were changing notes in the system and all kinds of stuff just to come out 2 hours later to tell me they were going to redo the alignment but that I just have bad tires. It doesn t make sense. I then was irate and had to call another location in Kenosha WI to bring my truck to for them to look at it once again after I left from Racine and had my one tire making a noise now this morning. I m hoping this location will make things right and my truck will be good! They have been wonderful so far and their customer service is much better as well!

I have been coming here for 10+ years. I brought all my vehicles from my older 2006 to my brand new 2020 to my cargo van. Manny does a great oil change and full inspection and they even send you pictures so you see what s being done. I love the customer service James always schedules me within a couple of days and is patient when answering my questions and concerns. This is the best place the prices are reasonable, work is quality and customer service 10/10. If you come here you won t want to go anywhere else unless they tell you they can t do the work here. Don t waste time and money just come here.

Chuck and the crew at Midas were able to get me in right away, for my loud exhaust system. They called around to find me the best prices. They were friendly and knowledgeable. I now have a quieter car.

Wow.! So before I called Midas I try calling 6 to 7 other shops around the area and they all said, we are booked till next week or we closing soon. Not very good customer service that is for certain. Called up Midas and from the start the customer service was extremely excellent, not only did they said (is only a wheel alignment bring it over) he explained that i didn t have to paid for the service until they inspected the vehicle first and went on from there. They got me well taking care of within the hour. IHighly recommend this shop.Thank You James P. And Mike S.Service: Wheel alignment

Unfortunately if I could give a zero rating I would. Which saddens me because I usually go to this location for all my basic car needs but that has come to an end. I previously got radiator work done from here. In a little over a year the radiator is already messed up. I took my vehicle to another mechanic and they found that radiator was installed incorrectly. As we all know radiator work isn t cheap and be very stressful. Not receiving the proper care on my vehicle is devastating and disappointing. Upon searching this shop up I seen the negative reviews and positive ones. I assumed the good would outweigh the bad and it didn t.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I went to get a wheel alignment on the 14th of November, went to get new tires from Firestone December 4th. While there, Firestone employees told me my tires were so bad because I needed a wheel alignment and that they had given me one while installing my new tires, (I was confused at that statement) and told them I had just gotten a wheel alignment done. They assured me, a wheel alignment wasn t done. I went back to Midas showed them the paperwork of the before and after work from the wheel alignment that Firestone had done and asked them to show me theirs. They had no copy of the work. They refused to refund me but said they would give me credit. Why would I trust you to do any more work on my truck! I refused the credit and told them I would be writing a review. Mike then threatened me saying that if I wrote a review he wouldn t give me credit. This place and these men take advantage of women and it shows.

I think for just a front brake system, OVER $1K is a rip-off! We didn't have you do the work bc it was way too expensive. Someone else quoted us $500 and I thought that was too much considering I had my VW brakes done, and it was just over $400, and it's a foreign car. I think mechanics take advantage of ppl more so these days bc they can.I also think EVERY BUSINESS SHOULD HAVE PRICES POSTED so we know how much we anticipate spending. ALSO, I don't think mechanics give all ppl the same prices for the same work. I think "other things" come into play, and since they don't post pricing, it's hard (not impossible) to call them out on it. This is my honest opinion and assessment at the service.

I highly recommend you find somewhere else to take your car. I had no issues my with Jeep prior to going in.. went in for an oil change, they said I needed a new water pump because it was leaking, ok and it was from the pictures of rust they sent me, but after getting my car back my dash looks like a Christmas tree. My check engine light is now on with three codes, my service 4WD drive light is on, my check electronic stability control light is on and my temperature gauge doesn t work now. When I turn the car off and on the lights will go away and reappear. I went back the next day after getting my jeep and showed them pictures. They kept my car all day, told me their jeep interface isn t working and are having an internal problem. When I finally went back they said they drove it twice and couldn t get the lights to appear, but not to worry and sent me on my way. I got my jeep back and immediately all the lights came back on. I travel for work and now have to find another place while on the road to fix the problems they made. Nice people, but terrible service. Please, take my word and go elsewhere.

I got a flat tire while I was nowhere close to my home and it was my birthday weekend. They were able to get me in fast, inspect my tire, and let me know it was not able to be patched. They had the correct size tire I needed in stock and put it on in under an hour.

Most honest mechanic in town. Got a few 2nd and 3rd opinions from other mechanics, but Midas was the only one that recognized my car was under recall. They waited the the $100 diagnostic check to boot.
