Great customer service with reasonable prices at Metz! They have quite a bit in a small footprint so don t be misled by the smaller appearance on the outside. Service prices are better than you will find elsewhere. Also they have Icon and Shoei helmets if you are looking for anything in their product lines. Highly recommended!

Amazing, and simple experience! This was my first time buying experience for a motorcycle and I was more than impressed. The communication was consistent and they worked with me every step of the way. They were just as excited as I was when I finally had the opportunity to buy the bike. I would recommend anyone in the market for a bike check in with them!P.S Ask for Ashley, shes the best!

Amazing experience. Surprised my husband with a bike he had been looking at for months and they even went above and beyond to deliver that day!!!! Can't thank or recommend them enough. They even picked up his other bike to put in showroom to sell for us. Go see them!!

great place for service and especially if you re looking for a new or pre-owned bike. since the first time i came, they treat me like a family member, great team and the service department is super helpful when it comes to any questions you have. Definitely recommend for small or large repairs and first, upgrading your current bike!!

Nice people but workmanship is a 2 at best. Found out after 1500 dollars to tune and jet carbs my engine crankcase filled w/fuel due to all the used carbs they used had different size floats and as they blamed my rusty tank it had 2 filters no issue. ATV ran like a dog but yet after I spent 100s of dollars doing what they sais they did now all is 100%. Never again will I spend or send any one to theis location. Went in as a friend for a fair deal at a fair price and got garbage. Im not the only one that has had issue but I speak for myself and say lear how do it yourself or go somewhere else for mechanical work. Sales and parts I cannot speak on. Service was decent 6/10 but the mechanics were garbage. Proof can be given if requested.

Had an unfortunate accident on my Kawasaki. Metz Machines had all the salvage parts I needed to put the bike back together. Prices were competitive, parts were in excellent condition, and shipping was extremely fast all the way to Phoenix. I would absolutely recommend doing business with this company.

Just bought a 2004 yamaha R1 and I'm in love!! Great customer service. They offered us soda or water and they made everything so easy. 100% would recommend to anyone looking for a bike.

I've been in the customer service industry for more than 20 years as a representative and service manager. My compliments to Ben Metz and his staff at Metz Machines. I felt like family in no time while talking with 4 of his staff members. Ben's as genuine as they get and it starts with his handshake. I've walked out of other dealerships because of arrogance and high prices. This was not the case at Metz Machines. My trade-in needed a few repairs, so I was OK with the trade value offered. What more than made up for it was the excellent Road Glide I bought for a very reasonable price. Other dealerships were upwards of $2000 more for the same bike I bought today. Their bikes didn't have $1500 worth of upgrades on them either. So, let's just say I'm very glad to have met Ben and his staff recently.I now have the bike I've been hunting for and I'm so happy with it and all its features and comfort. Do yourself a favor if you're looking for a motorcycle, service, or accessories... Metz Machines will not let you down!Ben, Ashley, Chris, and Dan... you are all memorable! I feel like I made several new friends this week because of your kindness.Thanks for making a difference when others just didn't seem to want my business. Bought a wheel from their ebay store with description as a good wheel. Sold me a wheel with a rotor bolt snap. Spent an hour extracting. I will not recommend buying from them. If you try to negotiate a partial refund instead of a return. They will take this as extortion.

Metz staff is very knowledgeable and courteous. Everyone there treats you with respect and professionalism. I buy everything I can from these guys.The new building is amazing! Very clean and well organized. Like going in just to check out the bike inventory and new gadgets. Highly recommend Metz to anyone for anything motorcycle or powersport related.

Having a Cam Am Trike is fun but finding an all-around shop for maintenance is terrible. I am stuck going to Chicago area or North to Madison area. Metz is in the neighborhood!!! They can do it all fast and friendly!!! From add-ons to oil changes. This is the place!!!!

Made the purchase of our first bike super easy and smooth!Ben and Ashley made sure we were taken care of from start to finish and offered lots of pointers since we're brand new riders. They even delivered the bike to our home since we were not able to ride it yet!They could have just had us sign and sent us on our way but also took the time to invite us to some of the upcoming events they have.10/10 recommend!

Got the wheel mounted and was the only shop in the area to make it happen. Called and stopped at multiple shops to get this done and nobody would touch it. This is now my go to for wheel mounts. You can see pics of the wheel mounted on Instagram @ruck_rider when build is complete.

Recently made a purchase at Metz Machines and the expeirence was great. Ashley was very helpful by answering any questions I had and made the purchasing process fast and smooth. They have a great selection of motor vehicles, on and off road. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is interested in any bikes or UTVs.

Beautiful building with friendly and great service. Wide verity of motorcycles, gear and accessories. Great service, if in need of any help or questions they re fast to answer. Purchasing a bike from here is easy and fast. If you see METZMACHINES selling a bike you love, I would highly recommend buying it from them!

Ben is awesome. Nicest owner of a shop ive ever met. Was looking for parts for my project and he hung out the entire time while I measured parts at the salvage to decide what I needed. Salvage area was extremely organized and Ben knew where everything was too. Will go back 100%. Can't say enough good things about my experience

Based on my personal experience with Chris: I had good, professional interactions with him and he answered all my questions to the best of his abilities. He was also very kind and understanding for a new rider like myself. I believe that their business is trust worthy and will not hesitate to make sure the customer feels comfortable and accounted for.
