We take all our cars here. It's been different since my kids started driving. As you can imagine, with 4 cars, things happen more frequently that need fixing. The guys at Merlin are super friendly and personable. They take time to explain the issue and cost. The cars are usually done within a day. This past time, my daughter returned home from picking up her car and said, "it's like I'm driving a new car now, I just fell back in love with my car." Thank you all.

Besides getting a good customer service, honesty is one of the reason why I keep coming back to this place. There are many times I have been to the car dealership where they recommend a service here and there and when I bring the car to Merlin shop, it doesn't even need any type of service. You rarely see or experience this type of things any more and I appreciate that they are still good body shops out there that don't take advantage of their customers.

Can't recommend Merlin Complete Auto Care enough! Driving from Illinois to Minnesota, my engine light came on and car started acting up. I found my way to Merlin and despite being really busy, Jeff took the time to look at my vehicle and help me determine the best plan. He even cared enough to ask me to let him know that I made it safely when we decided it was best to make the trek home and get it fixed back in MN. Truly kind and smart mechanics. If I lived in the area, I'd use Merlin for all of my automotive needs!

Great group of men. Veteran friendly and veterans at solving all challenges. Check engine light on? No problem. Nothing too small or large for these men. A place you can trust to get the job done!!!

I took my car in because it was having issues. Merlin was very professional, and listened to what I had to say. They were more concerned about getting my car fixed, then selling me anything they are very professional.. That s why I ve been going to them for 20+ years and I recommend them to anybody who has issues!

Had my oil change today and as usual Jeff was great. He always checks my car to see if everything is working well. So appreciate the care he gives. Also easy to schedule appointments. Glad I found Merlin!!!

Longtime mechanics are very experienced.They take pics and give clear quotes of scope of work.They are just as good working on my 20th century Buick as my 21st century hybrid!Honest, efficient and prompt service.I accidentally put new license plates on wrong and technician quickly reversed them for no charge.

I happened to have a flat tire coming out of the car wash right next to Merlin s on 10/27. The staff was able to patch up my tire within 30 minutes of me pulling into their parking lot. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Kudos to the Merlin staff for helping me so quick, I appreciate your help! I highly recommend.

Everything was good except they hassled me about a Val Pack coupon they say was expired (which clearly was not). Mind you I have used the same coupon method many times before . If not for the coupon issue would be 5 stars!

Merlin Kenosha always does a great job on my car. This visit was an oil change and they uncovered a very dirty air filter! brought my jeep in due to a rattle and they pulled it in, found the cause of the rattle, fixed it and did not charge me for the labor or the new clip they installed. Awesome, trustworthy mechanics

If I can give zero stars I would. I took my car here to fix my air conditioning. I ve come back four times because each time they told me it was fixed and it wasn t. They still charged me 800 dollars and my air still does not work. They won t give me a refund because they replaced something. Bottom line is I m getting my car back without the air working and had to pay 800 dollars. Please go somewhere else, that s what I had to do and they fixed it immediately. Just terrible.Service: Air conditioning
