Great Service by Greg Smith, very helpful and attentive when we bought our Chevy Malibu 3 months ago. I recommend Lynch Chevrolet dealership when looking for a Chevy Vehicle.

Terrible ! Quoted 2987.00 repair for timing chain . When actually the problem was a 55.00 dollar sensor. Brought in my 2016 equinox for stalling issue. Car only had 65000 miles. They left lights on in vehicle and drained battery when they knew car was being towed away from them. Never ever go to them. They are rude and if your a women they will talk down to you and treat you as if your a complete idiot.

Chris was helpful and understood my need to be efficient. He demonstrated the bolt euv s features in an excellent manner so I feel great leaving with this great vehicle. It always speaks volumes to me when the sales person also drives the vehicles they sell. Thank you so much!

Very professional, if you need to drop your car off, they will provide transportation to work and pick you up they also will give you a follow-up call to make sure everything is going well.

Tried to speak with them regarding emissions testing (google search says they do it wanted to verify) and it took 7 minutes to actually get transferred to the service department where I was put on hold for another minute just to find out that they do not do emissions testing only repairs for failed tests.

Jessica T helped me buy the truck of my dreams and I couldn't be more pleased. She relates to the customer and understands things from a buyer's perspective. The associate I spoke to from the finance department was rough around the edges, but the buying process was comprehensive. Jessica didn't try to influence any opinions or exaggerate anything about the truck. A positive experience overall with an amazing outcome.

My first visit to Lynch Chevrolet, as we needed to have a key fob reset that we purchased at another dealer in IL. Jeff Treu the Service Manager and Mike (sorry did not catch last name) were honest and helpful. They were direct in their approach and communication. Especially impressed by Mike's honesty and integrity, even after I was a little "hangry" and curt. I would definitely recommend Lynch to others.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Needed to go out of town on an emergency. Lynch was able to squeeze us in for an oil change before we had a ten hour drive. The service was quick easy and just plain nice love their customer service. One of the worst service departments I have ever dealt with. Charged me 4 hours labor to replace a serpentine belt. Made an appointment to repair something else via warranty 2 weeks in advance, they never ordered the parts. Jeff and Elias could have cared less that I blocked a morning of my business to tend to this issue. I will never step foot at a Lynch dealer ever again.

We were very happy with our experience at Lynch Chevrolet of Kenosha. I was not able to make the first trip to pick out our truck and when we returned to finalize everything, Jessica caught me up to speed with her clear knowledge of our vehicle!

They were nice enough but did not offer help to trade in my car because of the negative equity- but I went to another dealership who was happy to help me get into a new car with great rates! Thanks for nothing Lynch!

Very disappointed. Went in trying to get a good deal on trading in my vehicle that I had bought from lunch. Had a little bit of negative equity and told them my financial situation. Was told they could work out a deal with me. Wanted to stay in the 375 to 400$ range. They came back with a 510$ a month payment. Told them couldn t afford it so I left. Was checking out Kia, and CarMax when the guy called me back to stop back in that they had lowered my payment. Went back into lunch before going to CarMax. Told my my payment was still 510 they could go any lower. Also told me I wouldn t be able to afford going into a older vehicle if I went anywhere else because it didn t have incentives. When I left that time , The manager didn t even shake my hand or anything, he got up and went to the back office upset that I didn t take the 510 offer. I ended up leaving again, not even a minutes after I left I got an email saying an offer for 489$. So how is it that they weren t able to come down at all and then after 2 times of wasting my afternoons they dropped the price. Ended up going to CarMax and they priced me at a 383 on a 2017 Chevy lt equinox. Sorry lynch but I was very disappointed!

I went on a friends suggestion, who bought a car here. They have really nice vehicles. They were very over priced. I ended up get a very nice suv crossover 2018 fully loaded with dual transmission, in Milwaukee. For what they are charging for a small economy car. I & my family thru generations have always bought Chevy, gmc. I even had my brother come look. He felt the same kinda sad honestly was a tough decision.

Marcus was great! I brought my car in to get serviced and had a great expierence. Everyone to reception sales to the front desk was amazing. Going to trade in my car and get a new 2020. This place is great!

Extremely helpful staff, not super pushy. Had oil change done and it was quick though pricy. Was told it was because my vehicle takes synthetic and 6 quarts? Anyway, would deff recommend them for their service.

Courteous employees always have a smile to share. Service department was the reason for a visit today. Was able to have a loaner for the duration.

Wasn't in the parking lot 2 minutes before the swarm. Sometimes ya just wanna look by yourself for a few minutes. Then the urgency presented because, "well the sale/deal expires tomorrow/soon," talk was annoying.
