Recently my car was hit in a parking lot and in need of a new taillight and repair to my bumper. A family member recommended Luigi s Auto Body for repair and I was extremely satisfied with their service! Victor and Andrew were very kind, honest, and professional. They helped me get the claim sorted out with person s insurance, reached out to State Farm, & all I had to do was bring the check from the insurance and they took care of the rest! Not a dime out of my own pocket they even reached out to Enterprise and set me up with a rental car because the other party s insurance covered rentals. I definitely felt my car was in good hands when I dropped her off in about two and half days, my car was ready for pick up! My car looks good as new!! Such a smooth and easy process thanks to Andrew and Victor. Also their office was very clean and well organized! You don t always see that at an Auto Body shop! Shows they are considerate to their customers needs, and I really appreciated the clean atmosphere! I will most definitely recommend Luigi s to anyone who needs auto work done. Phenomenal experience & staff 10/10!

Third incident, the most unfortunate time this year, but Victor and his team at Luigi's Collision & Sales put my mind at ease. I live in Chicagoland area, but knowing I can't go wrong with Luigi's Collision & Sales, I drove down to Kenosha for their service once again. It's hard to find an honest body shop and mechanics around and knowing Victor and his crew, I knew I wouldn't have to worry at all, having had 2 previous services with them. Victor was very attentive and kept me updated on what was going on throughout the repair process. Not only that, he went above and beyond to get the parts I needed for the car, and getting the hood repaired through paintless dent repair technician. I picked up the car ecstatic and couldn't be any happier. It was the right choice!Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

They did a great job replacing my bumper, undershield, fog light, wheel wells and lower grill. The bumper was a perfect paint match even though it's a rare special paint. This place was amazing - Andrew helped me from start to finish and kept me updated throughout the entire process. I m not from the Kenosha area and was worried about where to go, but this place set my mind at ease. Definitely would recommend them again and again!

I found Andrew to be honest and fair. The work was done for the price quoted to me. The new fender, paint, and blend look great (see photos below). He gave me an assessment of my options, their associated costs, and what results I could expect. They touched up a rust spot I didn't ask them to do and didn't charge me for. I was surprised to find the inside of my car clean when I picked it up. (It was pretty dirty when I brought it to Luigi's.) Andrew is a person I would be happy to do business with again in the future.The first photo below shows the fender after they did the work, the second is the "before" picture.

I was in the brink of having my car absolutely totalled, but Victor really came through and worked magic with the insurance company. He walked me throughout the whole process and was very honest and sincere. The quality of work from paint, body work, mechanical, and final touches were superb. They were very accommodating from start to finish. I really want to thank all the members at Luigi's Collision & Sales, especially Victor, who took care of my project with integrity and kindness. You guys are the best!I've also encountered another devastating accident in a matter of a week and without full coverage at the time. Even though I live in Illinois with many auto collision services around my area, I felt strong trust in Luigi's Collision & Sales from previous partnership, especially with Victor, that I decided to drive my car far across Wisconsin over to Luigi's for their help. Victor was very empathetic and professional from the beginning and started diagnosing and worked with me to provide a fair and reasonable estimate to lessen the burden on out of pocket costs. I must say the paint job is one of the best I've ever seen from a body shop and I cannot praise enough. And I've seen other cars over the years and this place is by far the best I've seen. Mechanical work quality, timely updates, and overall job done on the car was exceptional. My car was indeed was a lot to deal with, and they handled with professionalism and I applaud them for that. For any repair for any type of body, mechanical work, trust Luigi's Collision & Sales. Working with Andrew and the crew at Luigi's was the best experience I have ever had. Not only were they honest but the explanation of what needed to be done was very thorough. I will only trust Luigi's to work on my cars. I've had them work on both my wife's and my car and when I picked up the cars they looked like they were just bought. The attention to detail is amazing and the kicker is that when I got in my car the inside was just as beautiful as the outside because they took it upon themselves to clean the inside, such a nice gesture. Everybody at Luigi's did a fantastic job on my car. Restored it to the same way I purchased it several years ago before the crash at an affordable price. They don't bullcrap you, they're honest people. Andrew and Victor are incredible, victor went above and beyond to make sure left over materials were used at no cost to touch up my vehicle and even detailed the inside, outside AND cleaned the engine bay for free. My cars been sitting for about 2 years and it looks pretty sweet now that Luigi's and Sebena's down the street got their hands on it.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I would highly recommend Luigi s to anyone who needs collision repairs done. Andrew and Victor were extremely friendly, professional, and efficient. My repairs were done in a timely manner and my car looked brand new when I picked it up.

Luigi's is amazing they have done work on my vehicles. I do not trust any other body or paint shop. The level of quality you get is amazing. I am very particular with my vehicles and i will not trust anyone else to do my body work and paint. Andrew takes the time to go over everything with you and answers all of may questions every time.

I personally like too support our local business of mom & pop shops. Too many big giants. Some one hit my vehicle so I needed a repair. I looked for all places of repair. I felt Lugis would be the best way too go. I had tailgate repair. Victor & Andrew very Professional They were able to explain their process even helped things move along in a timely matter. The vehicle was in amazing condition when I picked it up, just like when I bought it! Very happy hope I never had to use them again. But if I did or someone would ask me. I willing refer Lugis any day of the week. Debra Holman.

I've taken two cars to Luigi's for body work. I picked up the most recent one yesterday, right on schedule even though some additional repairs were needed. Both times Andrew and his guys did excellent work at a fair price. The quality and attention to detail is the best you'll find anywhere. If you want good honest work this is the place to go! Andrew and the staff did an awesome job on my Jeep Renegade. The work was completed on time as told. Andrew was very thorough on the process of the scope of work that going to be done on my Jeep compared to other places I visited for a quote. Their communication is great! They also offered me a rental car service. To top it off they even did a quick detail cleaning on the interior of my vehicle. Well worth the cost!Service: Body & Trim

I decided to take my car to Luigi's after reading the reviews online. They did not disappoint. Andrew was a pleasure to work with. I dropped my car off 1 day, and it was ready the next. They did an excellent job and my vehicle looks just like it did prior to the accident. I highly recommend!

Andrew and his crew absolutely KILLED it!! 10 Stars! My coworker backed into my back fender and wanted to pay cash to fix it, so Andrew worked his magic on the price, but the result... AMAZING! Looks factory new, and WAY better than the rest of the car now! What's more, Andrew's crew actually took the time to wipe clean the interior of my car!! That was pleasantly surprising, and just goes to show how much Luigi's is willing to go the extra mile!! Thanks so much, guys! AMAZING!!

I had a rust spot and scratched on my back bumper. They estimated three days but finished in two. Not only did they make my bumper good as brand new, they washed and vaccinated my truck. Best service ever. I had just started a new job and could not leave early. Andrew even stayed later for me so I could get there. Can't say enough about the team at Luigi's. Great, fast service. Small incident, but they were flexible with repair options and truly interested in coming up with a solution that not only resolved the problem, but did so in a cost-effective manner. They took the vehicle just a few days after the initial inspection/quote and had it back to me, repaired and spotless, in less than 36 hours. Fantastic job. Would definitely use again.

Andrew is an absolute delight to work with. He was so helpful and got us through the process of buying the car smoothly. I would definitely be willing to make the 5 hour drive again just to buy a car from him! I was leery of buying a repaired car, but he put it up on the hoist and let my hubby (an ase certified mechanic) inspect it. The repairs on the car were excellent, all original manufacturer equipment- no second rate aftermarket parts!

Excellent experience with Andrew and his team. Seamless transaction. They understand what customer service means. They handled my collision repair in a week (twice as fast as industry average) for a more than fair price and even fixed a couple of other things on my car at no charge. Highly recommended!

From the moment I called in I had a great experience with Luigi's. I was in the market for an Acura and Luigi's offered very professional and friendly service. It is a family owned business and you feel very welcome when shopping with them. They also gave me all the time I wanted to complete a test drive and inspect the vehicle.I also valued how very open and honest they were about the car's history.The price offered was very competitive. I worked with a gentleman named Andrew who was extremely pleasant and professional. Overall I would recommend this business as a place to buy a used car or have auto work completed.

I love this mechanic shop. The experience and personality of the owner and workers is the first thing that truly cuaght my attention I'm from new York and am used to the fear of being ripped off. With luigis you can tell this company is the owners passion to serve his customers with the best of the best. I recently had an encounter with a deer and destroyed my car. When all was done and fixed the car came back in better condition then I ever had it before. It's like good as new.im so extremely impressed by the experience given to me by luigis. If you want to be able to get your car fixed with the sense of calmness knowing your going to get your car back in outstanding condition and for the fairest prices I've seen this is the spot.
