This was my first time buying my own car from a dealership. Jim G did a great job giving friendly, fun service! It was a 2 day process to get my car, but Jimmy made sure we were comfortable, happy, and kept reassuring us that we would get through! He kept us entertained with wonderful stories about his children and his youtube channel! Thank you Jimmy G for helping us out!

Super friendly staff and a seamless transfer of vehicles! I drove 5 hours after setting up an appointment with Mark in sales to test drive and inspect a vehicle of interest. To my delight, the vehicle was well beyond my expectations. Mark and I took the drive and there was no haggling or pressure so without hesitation ..I bought the car. Every facet of the sale was smooth! I also want to thank Peter too for his piece setting up financing and his persistence with some sort of a warranty before signing my name! Thank you both Mark and Peter! If it weren t for this mega storm I would have experienced ZERO stress! Dan Landsfeld

I wish I could give this dealership a 10/5 review! We have four other Toyota dealership nearby, but we always go to KENOSHA for cars. I would have to say we are a pretty big Toyota family. Our driveway looks like a dealership, haha. We have bought multiple cars from this dealership, and we will continue to buy from them. We even bought one just last year as well. This year, we worked with Maks initially, who then introduced us to Kevin and Mike (the managers). They are just REAL people. The place is like a family environment. They don t have any hidden costs, and actually offer better deals than any surrounding place I ve been to for a car. All three individuals worked tirelessly, even after hours for me one time, because they cared about our need for a car: They go above and beyond for their customers. I really needed a car and they found me one as soon as possible. Every time I called, I was able to speak to one of these individuals for updates. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership to anyone who wants to buy a Toyota, or for that a matter, a new car. We are very happy with our purchase (they found exactly what I wanted and MORE)!

Was an absolute pleasure working with Mark Didier to get our Lexus! He was very friendly and got us a great deal! The dealership is very clean and very nice! We often go here to get services and parts for our other Toyota. Very happy and so glad we chose this dealership. I d highly recommend checking it out over the other dealers in the area. Great place! Griffin K. was great at helping us with the process.I give him 5 *****.His mom is half Filipina,so we warmed up right away! To my Pinoy and Pinay friends, we have a "kababayan"(fellow countryman) there,No hard sales.Sales Manager worked with me a little bit, would be happier if he worked with me more .But he was friendly. Finance manager worked on our paper works.Overall experience, was great, not unlike previous car buying experiences in the past. Thank you for taking care of my needs. I will definitely refer and purchase with you again in the future..Jessie C.

I had the pleasure of working with Griffin who was very patient and informative about the vehicle I was looking for. He was honest and helped us look and test drive different options.When I decided on a vehicle he personally helped detail it and filled it up with gas. He made the experience less stressful and wasn't pushy in any way that sales people can be sometimes.

Rick helped us through the car buying process and made the whole process very low pressure and dare I say fun?! Wolfgang helped with the finance and made that process a lot less scary for us as new car buyers. Everyone was very open to questions and happy to help. They gave us time to consider all of our choices at our own pace. Overall two very happy customers with their purchase!

Kenosha Toyota is the place to buy your new Toyota or used car. The staff is polite and helpful without pressure. My salesperson, Kim, was the best! Kim was knowledgeable, friendly, and ready to help in any way to help make my purchase decision a simple one. This was the second new Toyota I purchased from Kenosha Toyota. The first purchase they had the vehicle I wanted. The second purchase they were able to locate the vehicle I wanted and bring it to Kenosha Toyota. Both purchases were easy and it truly was a pleasant experience.

What can I say Mark did it again! He deserves more than 5 stars. I give him 10 stars. I purchased two vehicles in 4 days. I decided to go back to Mark because he gave me the attention, service and dedication like it was the first time with met. Mark is the guy to go to if you want to make that home run with purchasing a vehicle. Please let your wife Know that I'm sorry for holding you after business hours...

My son who is 20 years old purchased his first newer car from Kenosha Toyota. We worked with Mark and I was very impressed. Mark was not pushy and made sure my son was happy with the vehicle he selected. Mark was very informative and knowledgeable about the vehicle and took time after the purchase to go over all the vehicle options with my son. I have purchased a lot of vehicles and this was by far the best experience I ever had. If you re in the market for a new or used vehicle head over to Kenosha Toyota and ask for Mark. Just bought my first Blackout Edition Tacoma and I absolutely love the truck! My buying experience was amazing thanks to Jarvis who went above and beyond answering questions quickly, multiple tests drives over 2 weeks, and his patience throughout the whole process. It made the experience a lot more fun! If you re looking to purchase a Toyota definitely see Jarvis because he knows his stuff and he is really patient and will help fix anything along the way. 5 Star Experience!!!!!

I connected with a very sweet, thoughtful genuine & knowledgeable salesperson named KIM! It was my first time buying a car, and she made my experience great!! It felt good to not have to be on my toes about whether I m being scammed or not. She showed me the car facts(without needing to ask), steered me in the right direction as of which car would last the longest, require low maintenance and overall suit me best, all while keeping my budget in mind. Kim also connected me to someone from an insurance company to help me with car insurance, as I was having a difficult time finding car coverage.I was able to pay a lower price on my car insurance and walk out satisfied. I m happy I decided to go to Kenosha Toyota and would recommend to anyone.

Bought a new Corolla from Kenosha Toyota. The process was simple and quick. The staff was all very helpful. Carlos Zaragoza was the product specialist that walked me through the process. Carlos was very knowledgeable and showed me how to set everything up and was able to answer all my questions. Would recommend Kenosha Toyota. Very nice clean facility.

I was looking for a truck that fit me and my budget for months, and as soon as i got to the dealership I was assisted immediately by Jason Nichols. which gave me options to what car fit my budget the best and kept me up with updates constantly of what i needed to do in order to proceed. I liked how they gave steps that s were clear and gave instructions and options for each step there was. from looking at little bit expensive but didn t give up on looking at other modals that were very clean and taken care of. i love my new Toyota Tacoma. from a first time buyer experience it was amazing.

Service center is easy to schedule and work with. Everyone there provides excellent customer experiences. See Kim Phillips in sales, she was awesome.
