I have taken my car here multiple times for services and repairs and brought several of my family members cars in on their behalf, and I have always had a fantastic experience. My service advisor Brandon is always friendly, helpful and kept me informed about the progress of my car and the status of repairs. He also explained what was wrong, how and why it was going to be fixed. The waiting area has a TV to watch, some comfortable seats, free coffee, and a couple vending machines. My car was returned clean and fixed. Overall I am very happy with my experiences here and will be bringing my car back in the future.

This was an AMAZING experience!! I recently bought a 2024 Pathfinder Platinum with all the bells and whistles. Problem is one of those bells started going off and we couldn t figure out why. I was in the area and stopped by to make an appointment for service. Ken Bosshart greeted me right away, came out to take a look and then decided this was an important issue so he got me in to check it out right away. The Techs were great and speedy. Everyone else was very friendly. The problem was identified and repaired quickly. They checked tires and fluids and gave it back to me freshly washed and ready to go in about 90 minutes. Ken offered his services going forward and made sure I know how to get in touch with him. I WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK HERE!! Thank you!!!

Brandon was great. He got my vehicle in right away even though the shop was slammed. Took to time to explained the service I needed to have done and how important some are for my safety. Brandon and the other service advisor are top notch.

Saved money having Kenosha Nissan change my oil, it was cheaper than doing it myself. Thanks to Ken for getting me in and out quickly and penciling me in same day. Thanks to William for getting me checked in. Great team out there, great service.

I came in out if the blue on a Wednesday for an oil change and some maintenance . They took me promptly. I worked with Brandon. He was pleasant, positive and professional. Information requested for some repairs took a bit longer than expected. But Brandon at all times was positive and professional. The space is clean and every desk is clear and clean. Restrooms were clean too. Car was washed after an oil change - in wonderful snow and salt weather, that is a breath of fresh air.

Last weekend, my wife and I purchased ourselves new "used" vehicles. My wife's vehicle stated she was at 9% for her oil. She made a 3:40PM appointment to get an oil change done. She got there on time and the service department took her vehicle back to do the oil change. I also brought my vehicle in due to some grinding noise that was going on while driving the vehicle. While the oil change was getting done on my wife's vehicle, the service gentleman came over to the both of us showing us the "paperwork" stating that both of our vehicles needed a wheel alignment done. My wife told them to go ahead and do her wheel alignment because she didn't want to drive around with bad wheel alignment. The vehicle went on the machine for the wheel alignment at 4:30PM. It was coming close to 7PM and the vehicle was still not done (the service department closes at 7PM). We finally walked into the service area to speak to the service gentleman to get a status on the vehicle. He then went to grab the keys and pull the vehicle off of the wheel alignment machine. As he handed my wife her keys, he stated that when she drives me back to pick my vehicle up after they inspect and repair it, he would like her to bring her vehicle back in to make sure the wheel alignment was done correctly by "certified" technicians. Why would they have non-certified technicians working on people's vehicles to begin with?! I had scheduled an appointment for 7AM the following morning to get my vehicle looked at. 10AM came around and I had still not heard anything. I called to ask for an update and the person I spoke with stated the bay was flooded with vehicles for oil changes and that is why they haven't looked at it yet. I called back around 1PM and was told that the vehicle was just being looked at by the technician. Shortly after, I received an estimate for air suspension replacements ($7,000). I didn't feel that the technician took the time to really look into the issue. I brought my vehicle to the dealership I purchased it from to have them look into it. Turns out, the issue was a loose vent bracket that just had to be tightened. The dealership also stated I did not need a wheel alignment or the air suspension replaced as Kenosha Nissan had originally stated. My wife was also told that before they sold us the vehicles, that they complete the oil change and wheel alignment. So, she spent that money for no reason.Absolutely feel like Nissan Service Center in Kenosha is out to make money rather than really care for their customers. I do not recommend going to this service center.

Kenosha Nissan and their service team, by far the best! Friendly and very knowledgeable. Did not try and push on upsetting me maintenance items, told me about scheduled maintenance to keep my Nissan driving like new. Technician did very well on inspecting my vehicle to keep my family and I safe on the roads.

They've come a long way with service. I took my Nissan down the street to Honda for years due to Kenosha Nissan's bad service. NOW, it's top notch. They have the right team in place who are delivering top G service for clients. They are friendly, attentive, and most of all patient. I am very happy with how've they addressed their issues in this area. I look forward to more improvements and I will continue bringing my cars in for service.

Work on car was good. Day 1 early AM in waiting room: coffeemakers worked but no cups. 5 stars to employee who brought cups from his home!! But contracted laborers were by that time hard wiring coffeemakers, so flip to cups but no coffee.

I received a notice from them regarding a recall for my car along with an offer for a free oil change - I was very impressed. All the people I encountered were extremely friendly. That's the end of anything positive. The suggested services total was $690. I declined. Never had an issue with my battery but its bad. Another person in the waiting room was told the same thing even though their battery was 2 years old... it is possible. I started looking at the list I was given and wondered how my tires with 40,000 miles and the 2 tires about 4 weeks old had the same tread depth. Not possible. The sales manager I asked about it said that tires on the front wear quicker. I asked if it happens in 4 weeks. He said, probably not. No problem, he passed my information to the service manager. I'm not holding my breath for a reply after 3 week days already with no call.... Moral to the story - Beware anything you are told by the Service Department at Kenosha Nissan. I'm sure manufacturers suggested work MIGHT be ok based on mileage BUT be VERY cautious before you agree to other work if they can't tell the difference in new tires and old. Assumming they actually bothered to check them.

I was stuck on the side of the road Saturday AM with a bad brake caliper. I called they said they couldn't get me in until Tuesday. Not helpful at all.
