Everyone was so helpful and kind getting me exactly what I wanted! Literally, the best car buying experience I ve ever had. Jaheim and Brent went way above and beyond to ensure I was happy and even added a bow on the car since I was buying it close to my birthday. Will in finance is a boss. 1000/10 will recommend!

My experience at Kenosha Nissan was really nice and easy. I got a really nice brand new car with a lot of cool features and had a great experience with Brent. It was quick and I was in and out in about 2 hours.

Highly Recommend! Saudi was great to work with and really went above and beyond to provide top quality. She was patient and ensuring to help with my car search. Also kept me well informed along the way about timing and next steps. It was a pleasure working with her and I would highly recommend her.

I initially met with Tim Marshall to discuss a buy-out of my lease with cash or consider a used Rogue. However, the conversation turned to buying a new Rogue and that is what I ultimately bought. I have to give Tim a lot of credit for that decision because I really was convinced that I was better off without a payment. His patient persistence to find me a 2023 Rogue that I could afford won over my objections and in leaving that day, I felt good about the decision straight through until the car was delivered to the dealer, and I was called to pick it up. I am truly happy with the vehicle and glad that Tim had convinced me to purchase NEW.

I don't leave reviews very often, but I believeMatt K deserves recognition for hisoutstanding customer service. I stopped into see the used SUVS, and I was approachedby Matt. He was very friendly and treatedme like I was family. Every other dealership always pressured me into buying, and it wasvery uncomfortable. Not at this dealershipMatt was very patient and was sincerelytrying to figure out and find me a truck thathad everything I was looking for at a price Icould afford. I didn't end up finding anythingtoday, but that didn't change how he treatedme, and because of that, i will make sure torecommend him to all of my friends andfamily. Even as I was leaving, he asked if Iwanted something to drink. I had anall-around great experience, and that's whyI left this review. Thank you, Matt, for all youdid for me today. :)

No one acknowledged me when I walked in for the oil change I made an appt for. I was never contacted when it was ready (I dropped it off at 9:40 and called at 6:30). I was told to expect a text message. When I called at 6:30 I asked why I never received a call or text and was told maybe you missed it? When I picked it up I was not informed of any deferred services. In fact, I was only told of the oil change and was asked to sign the papers. There was no review of the status of my vehicle. There were, in fact, deferred services. Had I been asked I would have accepted and paid for those. My Tire Maintenance light is still on.One of the last times I visited, Ken had gone over a ton of deferred services to which I agreed to. As he walked into the mechanic s area he said And that s how you do it! I brushed it off but I should have just gone elsewhere after that (it s about time for a trade-in anyways, here s looking at you, Subaru).

This is one of my most seamless and pleasurable car purchases ever. Car Salesman (Product Specialist) Tim Marshall was extremely knowledgeable on car details and pleasantly patient with all of my questions and concerns. I'm also very grateful to Finance Director Will Stepney for his expert knowledge on completion of my car financing. I'll definitely be sending car shoppers their way! Beautiful and clean dealership with great staff too!! Thank you!!

I went in to view some vehicles, but I didn't know exactly what I wanted. Tim Marshall assisted me and was able to take me on a test drive. Although I didn't buy a car that day, he provided me with a ton of great information. He was very pleasant and friendly. Once I make a car decision, I plan on making a purchase with him if he's available.

I had the most phenomenal experience with sales rep Matt Kaczowka. He was direct, helpful, honest, knowledgeable, and most of all truly understood my needs and worked around them. I was shopping for a specific type of vechile (they didn t have there) but he was able to find me one in 3 days. I am very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend Matt.

I have to say that this was a very good experience & Matt Kaczowkawas such a pleasure to work with walking the lot in this chilly weather with us and answering our questions!! I worked with Tim Marshall to help identify what type of vehicle would work best for me and my family. I knew I wanted a SUV, but wasn't sure what option would fit in my budget. He worked with me to understand the options available. We test drove a few vehicles and we landed on the Pathfinder. I appreciated all his knowledge and patience .

I loved my experience at Nissan. I worked with Tim Marshall. He was knowledgeable about all the cars available. I was able to ask him plenty of questions without feeling dumb. As a female, it can be intimidating going to a dealership, but Tim made the whole experience comfortable. I would recommend him to anyone who has the same hesitations!

My experience with Kenosha Nissan has been outstanding! My salesman, Alfredo, was very knowledgeable and professional! He made sure all my questions were answered, was patient with the negotiation process and definitely helped that he was bilingual.Buying a car can be nerve wrecking, especially if you know nothing about cars but Alfredo makes sure you re getting the best deal! I recommend him to anyone coming into this dealership!!

Matthew Kaczowka was a fantastic salesman with great knowledge about cars and especially Nissan vehicles. He was fantastic to work with and answered every question I had. He assured me his door is always open to inquiries and concerns. Highly recommend going to him when looking for a new car.

Had a good experience as soon as I got into the door. Met up with La Reina after a brief phone call earlier in the week, I explained what I was looking for and how much I wanted to pay. We went for a test drive and La Reina and the sales manager finalized the deal and off I went in my new car. She also knew I wanted to be in and out of the dealership rather quickly so she helped expedite the process for me.

My credit wasn t that good Or the best when I came to this dealership looking for something reliable. I actually almost gave up a few times because of all the loops but Matt kaczowka at Nissan was patient & kind enough to make sure I left with something I liked and felt was reliable. My experience working with Tim (car salesman) and Will (finance manager) was great! They are very friendly. Tim personally came to pick me up from home due to me not having a way to get there. He is a great driver and he made sure that I was comfortable and kept the conversation going. Will has helped me get a couple cars. He is a very honest and trustworthy. I would recommend anyone who is in need of a vehicle to him. My experience is always great whenever I go to Kenosha Nissan. I have no complaints at all.

We took our grandson here because he wanted to buy a Tesla on his own accord. We got there at 9:00 am and we talked with a very nice young man. We were there for 4 hours. They ran numbers for my grandson and they finally found a bank that said they would finance his amount. We even promised him more money to put down on the car . The salesman even took my grandson out to the car to start downloading the apps. After all that and sitting around for a long time again the manager came out and said it's a no go unless he has a co-signer His bubble was busted! I don't understand how they can say he was approved then say he wasn't. Obviously someone doesn't know how to do their job very well. I would never patronize this establishment. EVER. The salesman was very nice and helpful. If I was him I would try working for a different company.

The team at Kenosha made my buying experience very personal. My salesman, Matthew K, was very knowledgeable in all features of each model, and he put in the extra effort to tailor to my needs by getting to know my style/look. I m extremely pleased with Kenosha s team efforts. Unlike many dealerships, Kenosha Nissan seems to focus on their customers.
