Great Customer Service! The quality of repairs are perfect. I have had 3 repairs completed here in the past 3 months. All three repairs came out perfect. Francisco was extremely helpful and very customer oriented. He made the process seamless and easy. I highly recommend getting your car repaired here.

STELLAR service, pricing, and lightning FAST service.The Keno Team came in at around HALF of what the Ford dealer quoted for tires and brakes. After dropping the car off, I received a call telling me the brakes were FINE!! Where do you find that kind of service/HONESTY in the world today?!!? They saved me $800!!! If you want some HIGH quality work done at a FAIR price, give Keno a call!!! THANKS TEAM KENO!!!

My initial consultation was with Francisco Bravo for an estimate. He was great with explaining what they needed to do with the car and we set the appointment up.I was very pleased with the work they did on my car.I also called weeks later and spoke to Chris to see if he could replace my brake light. He told me to bring it right in and they fixed that for me. Great service from all!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I have been very happy with the service and the body work that Keno Collision & Service has offered me. They were able to make my car look factory new after my car was rear-ended and after an incident with an animal running out in front of me ruining my front bumper.I have been to Keno Collision & Service twice now over the last 2 years. This is now my third time using Keno across 2 different vehicles since 2010. I continue to come back because the quality of their work and the excellent service I receive! I just picked up my 21 Pacifica after suffering a completely disabling front end collision. Once again I received a fantastic rebuild and wonderful customer service! This business is truly there for you as a customer, especially considering how terrible it can be to be without your car unexpectedly.As a side note, my 08 4Runner sustained a massive front end collision while parked in 10. They did the work as a random pick and 13 years later, I still own this vehicle and you would never know the front end was destroyed. The paint, the work, everything no abnormal driving/ pulling ever following their work. I can t say enough good things about keno! In addition, they have a few loaner cars that are available for certain jobs, and boy this was a lifesaver beyond measure. Unfortunately due to covid and supply chain problems, the job took longer than normal as parts were unavailable. I was provided a complimentary 4 door compact suv that was perfect for me and my 3 kids. The expense of renting a car would have been crushing. I am grateful for their service, their quality, and their complimentary vehicle making this an unfortunate but seamless repair and our van is back on the road like it never happened.Thank you Keno for another job well done and once again, for making me a happy customer!

I had only purchased my vehicle 3 weeks prior when my vehicle was hit from behind. Keno took my car promptly and made repairs within a week! Fast, efficient, professional and very understanding. Freddy was great. However I was quoted 4-6 weeks till I get my vehicle back. I was out of a vehicle for 9 weeks. I was told multiple times that they were scratching their heads and had to bring in people from other shops for help. I also dropped my vehicle off with a good battery and was told the night before pick up that my battery urgently needed replacement because my vehicle would not start without a jump but it was not due to the accident they said. When I arrived to get my vehicle I was told my battery was working fine and I don t need to worry. I am a young female that doesn t live around family to come help if needing it. Luckily I listened to my gut and went to the Honda dealership to get it looked at. When I arrived my vehicle again wouldn t start and the dealership was highly surprised my vehicle was let out of their lot in the condition it was.

They had our car for over 2 months and 2 days after getting it back and only going to 2 different locations the axel broke in the middle of Sheridan road while I was on my way to work and when I called to ask why, the guys literally told me it was "out of their hands" an act of God if you will.... I would NOT recommend taking your car here unless you want more stress and turmoil in your life. They talk over you on the phone and don't answer you directly when asked very straightforward questions and the entire experience was just not what I expected from such a long standing business... I'm actually scared to pick up my car later today..

Friendly staff, and great work! I brought my Civic here after I got hit by someone, and the staff was friendly and helpful through the whole process. They got the work done quick, and did a great job with it. My car looked better than when I brought it in. Definitly reccomend this place for bodywork, especially if your getting work done through state farm insurance.

Keno Collision did a wonderful job fixing my car after a cement pole at a drive thru bank jumped out and scraped the whole right side of my car. As a courtesy, they also repaired the outside mirror that was scraped that was unrelated to this accident. I was very impressed with their work and how kind they all are. I do not usually rate a business unless they really impress. Keno's Collisiontek has done just that. The staff is always very friendly and informative, price is great, and work is exceptional! This place fixed my car after an accident earlier this year, and they did an amazing job! I just went back for an Emissions test (9am). I was in and out in ten minutes, and they took care of everything.

I had a bumper replaced. It looks nice, but took much longer than expected, waiting on parts, etc. However, I must say, I wasn't kept updated like I should have been. I had to reach out to them to get updates. Two days before my car was ready, & the day it was ready, was the only time Keno Collision initiated the call. Other than that, it was ok.

During our Covid shutdown, I pulled an old convertible out to prep for the upcoming summer. New tires and alignment were needed. Keno was quick to help. Along with following all government distancing guidelines they still gave great personal and prompt service. Thank you Keno for a smooth ride.

I have been doing business with Keno Collisiontek for over 20 years and highly recommend them for all your mechanical and body work needs. They have always provided quality workmanship at a fair price. The Owner Keith and his staff are very knowledgeable, as well as consistently honest and trustworthy. I have never taken my vehicles anywhere else.

Expert, friendly service. I'd feel comfortable having any work done on my vehicle at Keno. Fast emissions test and they re-attached a panel on my car at 1/3 of the labor cost the dealer offered. They used the same part and didn't require me to purchase a new one. Highly recommend.

Keno's Collisiontek provides honest, communicative and affordable service. I have had several good experiences with them, and recently was looking for a used car. We brought in a car for them to look at, and they advised us that it would need a $500 repair to keep it running and it wasn't worth half as much as the list price. If Keno Collisiontek's fees for looking over a car weren't so reasonable, we probably would have bought that car and been out several thousand dollars in a short time. They offered advice on where to look for a better price and we decided on another car through a private dealer and brought it in for them to look at. We ended up saving close to $1000 on our used car and getting a more reliable car with their help. Everyone there from the mechanics to the man and woman behind the counter was polite and easy to talk to. They always answer my questions about repairs in a way that I (who has no knowledge of car mechanics) can understand and they never seem annoyed, even when I have a lot of questions. The service exceeds my expectations in every way.

I lived in Kenosha around 15 years, and my ex and I both drove for a living for many of those so we went through many cars. We were always pleased with Keno Body & Paint/ Collisiontek. It is owned and run by disabled Vet and whenever our insurance asked us for several estimates theirs was never the lowest but was also never anywhere near highest, and we were always pleased with the work they did, which we never were when we went with the lowest. They do very good work, and don't rip you off.

Great Place, friendly staff, knowledgeable people. I had a big emergency on the way to a convention and they were able to squeeze me in and get me a back on the road in 2 hours! They save the day! I started going because they're close to my house and I can walk home, but I kept going because so many other reasons. Definitely worth it look if you have trouble with your car!

My wife and I take our vehicles to John, Mari, and crew for all of our service needs. That includes body-work, certainly, but also routine maintenance. They're the kind of neighbors we're happy to have in Kenosha in fact, while my wife's parents were passing through Kenosha in their RV on the way to Florida last fall, John personally came out to the house to do a free diagnostic inspection.Though new to town, they've been in the automotive service industry for two generations, and I love that I can trust them to help me parse through what our cars need the items that require attention immediately, vs. the things that we should plan ahead for.With our most recent visit, John made sure his team did a full dis-infect of the interior after their service techs completed the required maintenance. Their ability to offer such high-touch service is why we'll keep going back!
