We have been using Hessefort for more than ten years now and have never been disappointed. Great customer service. It is always pleasant to speak with the owner. He personally checks out all the vehicles and is able to handle older vehicles as well as newer ones. If it is somehow not worth your money to repair your vehicle he is always willing to help you unload.

I need some work done on my car to pass emissions and Hessefort was on the list of approved places I could go. Very helpful and professional on the phone. Instead of setting up an appointment for a diagnostic test, the gentleman explained what I needed done was not on their list of issues they will take on. They may not be fixing my current car but I respect a place that wont lie to just make money. I will definitely keep them in mind if I need other work done!!

I have been going to Mark at Hesseforts for both my 2010 PT Cruiser and 1997 Ford Ranger. Mark does great work. He's straight forward and honest. He doesn't overcharge. Great place for truck or car servicing.

Emission test was done quickly with no waiting.Left the car running and put the sticker on for me. Awesome service!

Everything was great until I started questions about personal information, other than not getting a clear explanation about why they needed certain things, everything was great.

Gentleman behind the counter smoked constantly and was unable to complete the work on my vehicle. Worse yet I received my unfinished vehicle reeking like an ashtray.
