Outstanding!! Drove nearly 100 miles each way to look at the exact vehicle my daughter had looked for, for over a year. Tom is great and truly wants you to be happy with your buying experience and hopes you come back in the future. I guarantee if I see a vehicle that I am looking to buy and there is one at Guaranteed Auto Sales I will definitely travel the 200 mile round trip to work with Tom and his family again.

As a young female who does not know much about cars, I was very intimated by the whole used car buying process, but Tom did not pressure me at all, and I ended up getting a great car for a great price! The best part about Guaranteed Auto is their customer service. They genuinely want you to be happy with your purchase, so if you have any problems with your car after you get it home, they will make you and your car a priority and do everything they can to make it right. I definitely recommend Guaranteed Auto, especially if it is your first time buying a used car! :)

I bought a Trailblazer from here and everyone at this place is wonderful. Courteous service, amazingly clean offices and shop area. I needed help on who to go to to have a couple minor things done (brakes, oil changes, etc.) and Tom found me someplace reputable and held my hand so to speak far after the sale was complete. I'm going back to purchase another vehicle for my son who just got his license. I trust Tom Ingram wholeheartedly to be honest and transparent in his business ethics. You won't be disappointed coming here for your next vehicle purchase!

Just purchased a vehicle from Guaranteed Auto Sales for my daughter. We needed something fairly priced, in nice condition and reliable. We found that at this dealership. The dealership is spotless, cars are fairly priced and Tom was great to work with. "Old school" and no pressure! Can't ask for anything more. Very happy with the purchase!

Just purchased an 07 Cadillac DTS from Tom. Easiest car purchase I ever made. Got a great deal on the car and my trade in, but more importantly, excellent service from Tom. Really friendly and professional guy, greeted me immediately and didn't try to force me into a purchase, felt real comfortable buying from him. Lot and office real clean, and every car I looked at had good pricing. Can't go wrong buying here. :)

We are from Austria and bought a Mercury Sable 2003 there in 2015 for a really fair price. Not only that Tom Ingram phoned around for nearly 2 hours to find an insurance company which were willing to insure tourists but the car is awesome. We drove about 20.000 miles criss cross the USA, are currently in Vancouver/Canada since fall 2016 and still have the car and it is running without any problems. Thank You very much

I've purchased a Mercury Sabel 2003 from Tom., in the october 2015. My wife and my son drives with the car from wisconsen criss-cross by america.6 weeks 12.500 meilen no problems, oil- change only.3 weeks ago we drove from Dallas to Vancouver , no problems a perfect car.trust what he sells. I doubt I would go anywhere else.

Would not buy from this dealer Tom clearly only cares about $ not the customer couldn t imagine how he handles you after the sale as a owner of a dealership before customer service goes along ways

Website doesn't match the place. The owner acted like he didn't want to sell any of the cars. An extremely strange experience. I wouldn't recommend trying to buy a car there. Perhaps their repair shop is good, I don't know.
