I went for an oil change and fuel filters changed on my diesel truck. Took them 4 hrs to get the work done. After 3 hrs I had to go ask what was going on. You would think after an hr or so someone would come say something to me. Then when I went to pay the bill you think someone would say something about the long wait. Just told me what my bill was and how did I want to pay. I use to like giving them my business I don't see it happening anymore..........Part 2...Not sure what was told to you about my gas filters. EVERY time I get an oil change which is every year, I replace my gas filters. The normal place I get my oil change no longer offers Saturday service. I care about what I drive and take care of what I drive.

I reached out to Great American Tire & Auto Repair as the shop I used to go to quoted me $200 more than other competitors, and, quite frankly, their quality of work has gone down hill. I reached out to Great American Tire for a quite via their website, and they gave me a reasonable price. One of their representatives called me up when the tires came in to set up the appointment. Because of my work schedule, I had to do this in the evening, and they were very accommodating. The alignment check revealed that I needed an alignment, and they were willing to stay late to accomplish this. It was already almost closing time, and I didn't want to do this to them, so I opted to come in on the following Saturday. They got me out of the shop in less than an hour. I am very happy with the quality of service and their friendly customer service. Their prices are fair, and they also have a clean and comfortable waiting room. I will be going to this shop from now on. Thank you!

I've had nothing but great experiences with this company and the employees. The quality of the work they performed for a custom exhaust setup recently was exactly what I was hoping for. Overall, the work was completed quickly and for a fair price. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an honest opinion.

My son s car broke down while out of town not knowing where to take it to get serviced. So I went online and saw that Great American Tire had great rating on their service. I called them and they were so helpful and referred me with towing service that they use themself. But the most amazing thing was the great service I received great service at a fair price on a holiday weekend. I would definitely recommend them for anyone looking for great service.Thank you Great American Tire and Auto for good experience.

As with every visit, my car was once again well taken care of. The prices I am quoted for the parts are always very similar to what i can find online- so NO price gouging here !Mark and Kyle always provide great service by telling me upfront what the cost will be before proceeding with the service, which I appreciate. They also let me know what is recommended be done or if something can wait. And I trust what they say because they have proven at every visit that they know what they are talking about. Mark was also upfront with me about when he could have the service done- and then when he said he would have it done, it was done on time.Hands down this is the best shop in town. They have my business because they know how to treat people and their vehicles right.

The experiences I have had with GATAP is wonderful. I started going there for oil changes, tire repair and then recently, throttle cleaning. They are courteous, professional and reasonably priced. I come from Illinois just to get there service. Try them, you'll like them.

I hit a curb and really took a chunk out of my tire and scraped my rim up really bad. I was expecting to need a new rim or for my rim to be bent. I even told the person who made my appointment and when I brought my car in. When I picked it up, I was expecting my bill to be higher and to include the repair on my rim and it wasn't there. When I asked about it, she said my rim seemed fine. This may not seem like a big deal, but they could have charged me for it and I would have never known. I have had a lot of negative experiences with mechanics who try to scam me into repairs I don't need and this right here will mean I will come back for my auto needs in the future because they could have ripped me off and they didn't.

I have brought my vehicle to Great American Tire & Auto Repair and I have to say that I can honestly trust them with getting the needed repairs done on my car without hassle. Do not bring your vehicle here. I brought it in to get tires and wheel sensors replaced and they broke one of my brand new sensors and decided to keep my old sensors instead of using one to replace the broken one. I asked to have one of the old sensors put into the rim with the missing sensor and they still forgot to program them before I picked the car up. I also got attitude because I called out their incompetence. At this point I don't trust them enough to bring it back and will be going somewhere else from now on.

I love working with Great American Tire of Kenosha. I have used them twice for tires and countless times for Wisconsin emissions testing. The staff is very friendly and their prices are competitive.

Won t go here again. 1st i came in before a couple did for emissions, they served them first, instead of me. Weird, then I was hearing how the recp desk lady talked about here kids going to school with the Lincoln kids. Like the Lincoln kids are ghetto. Waited an hour for them to do an emissons. Could it was because I was black? IDK, but sus.

Can't rave enough about Kyle and GAT. He made time to meet with us and go over rims and tires for my sons truck and answered any questions we had. He called and scheduled us sooner than was anticipated and had great service!!! We had a slight problem with rubbing of tire on a cap and had us bring back and fixed the issue ASAP. Great team and service!!! Would highly recommend.

I put in an appt request late at night and heard back the next morning (check your junk mail!) Appt at 7:30am and was told it would be about 1 hr 15 min because the guys weren t in yet. I didn t end up leaving until about 9:20am. It did take longer than expected, but still pleased otherwise. The waiting areas were nice and included a Keurig, TV, and table if needing to work.

This is my neighborhood tire shop and as I had been a customer of Sears Auto shop since I started driving, I was very pleased to see another auto center back in the existing former Sears walls. My first visit I left very pleased with new tires, and alignment....they diagnosed something on my vehicle and were cool about me deciding to either have my mechanic husband fix it or come back at a later date to have the issue fixed. Filled my fluids. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I felt that the price was fair.

Outstanding shop with honest service and hardworking mechanics at a reasonable price!!! Contacted Tim and Kyle about getting a lift kit, rear shocks, 20 rims and 34 tires for my 2019 Tundra. They were very knowledgeable about the services I had inquired about. It was a smooth process from day one and they kept me in the loop as they progressed on the project. They even notified me that my front rotors and brake pads needed replacing. I was blown away the day I returned to pick my truck up! The following day Kyle reached back out to me to ask if I was completely satisfied with my experience!!! What a class act! I highly recommend!

Had an engine issue when driving to Kenosha from 2hrs away, on a Saturday. They were able to get me in right away to check out the issue before they closed. Greatly appreciated their help during a stressful time.

Just moved to Kenosha over the summer and found this place because we had to have our emissions test done. Came and did that it was quick and easy. Fast forward a few months and I had an incident with not being able to put my car in park. Called and they got me in right away, had to leave it there overnight as it was it the early evening when the problem happened. Next morning they called, it ended up just being a walnut somehow. They didn't over charge me and fixed my windshield wipers and some lights we didn't know weren't working.Just last week we noticed an oil leak and brought it in. They cleaned the engine and asked me to bring it back so they could find the leak.Brought it back yesterday, and there was a semi- major fix needed where they would need it overnight. My husband and I only having one car were concerned, but Kyle said he would try to get it done in one day. My husband and I worked out borrowing a car for evening assuming it probably wouldn't get done. Kyle called a bit after 5pm telling me it was ready to go! We couldn't pick it up till the next morning due to work schedules, and he was fine with that.The customer service there is absolutely fantastic. Moving here from the Chicago area, finding an honest and good mechanic was a worry for us. We don't have that worry anymore. I would highly recommend them to anyone!UPDATE: I drive an a bit over an hour to work in IL 3 days a week. Car started misfiring on the way there. Made it to work my dad drove it and said yes it was misfiring. Got it back to Kenosha and called the shop. They had me bring it right away to make sure it was safe to drive. Did some testing, I believe cleaned a sensor, then Kyle took it out for a drive to make sure it was good. It was fine! I even noticed it's idling different now and stop lights and not doing a hiccup/gerky thing when it changes gears. They didn't charge me anything! The fact that they even fit me in the day before Thanksgiving was awesome! Once again Thanks Great American and Kyle. Not to mention Raina (sp?) At the desk who I talked to when I called. You guys are the absolute best!

These people are great. We had to have the car towed in for 2 flat tires. They tried to repair them but found one of them seriously flawed. We ended up buying 4 new tires and they made it happen expeditiously.

I went in to get a sticker for my license plate and ended up getting 4 new tires, oil change etc. Very reasonable prices. Some problems with my car (not their fault) and they handled it in a timely manner. They went out of their way to help me in every way. A one stop shop for car repair.

A couple of different times getting my emissions tested on my vehicles. In and out fast, smooth and efficient and being able to pay for my renewal at this facility is extremely convenient.

Went in for an alignment with a few extra concerns and everything was addressed very thoughtfully and promptly. I will definitely be back; I just hope it's with a cooler car
