I personally love going here when I need a tire. IDK what other commenters have experienced but it's far left from what I have. I always get quick, friendly, and correct service here. Tires are always great quality for the price.

My daughter had a flat in Kenosha so we had to rescue her- ran to Ed s tires with the rim- they had the size-they have a large inventory- couldn t believe how much tread was on the new used tire!. We ran back to the car and put it on, drove back to Ed s to replace her other tire that was on its way out.They were nice, fast and they even balance them! We are from Racine-from now on, I will drive to Kenosha if I need a tire!!

I travel to this location because they are efficient and fast. They don't overcharge... a great place to go. I watch one of the employees fix 3 cars within 15 minutes. He is the truth!!

Had emergency this morning with air in my tire, the young gentleman was so helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to show me how to check the air pressure in tires. Excellent service, awesome employee. Definitely would recommend them.

Went with my own tires let's start off with how ratchet these people are. Beyond rude and disrespectful. Even still tryin to play nice and not comment on some of the disrespect I then rotate over to the crew which one of the individuals must of been related to the other cocks inside no question about it straight disrespect thru n thru. Then after install was given no record of work done while getting cigarette smoke puffed in my face inside the business mind u...after leaving I noticed my car was vibrating worse than before which made no sense. I inspect the inside of tires to see how it was balanced and to my surprise half the rim is filled with weights. So that means they don't have the proper machine to balance or the machine is broken and they base the balance point thru out half the rim to avoid the death wobble. But it didn't work and I noticed quickly. Honestly not gonna waste my breath or time calling about it cuz yet again no receipt given and could guess it was gonna be a horrible experience yet again. Next time I'll get a flare and a can of gas help out to the cause. Garbage business unfortunately find else where to go and spend the few extra bucks cuz it will be worth it I promise

I just got my tire fixed did not even get out of the car 15.83 so I gave the young man a tip it only took about 15 minutes

The lady on the phone was very rude to me when I called asking if they had inventory. They did for the size I needed.Ended up having to go here after when two other shops didn t have the size I needed.Showed up at the shop and they only had one really bad standard and one premium. The shop guys were nice. When paying for the tire, the lady was decent and wasn t outright rude.Maybe work on phone manners Other than that price was decent and service was quick.

$250ish for four barely used premium Goodyear tires installed can't be beat. There's parrots to chat with while you wait and their service is top notch. And don't forget to tip.

Was out of town and found a screw in my tire, had me fixed and on the road in less than 5 minutes! Great guys and fast service!

I'm not 1 to give a bad review.My fiance and I were flabbergasted on both a personal and professional level.I understand it was hot out and it is a job and you don't have to be happy go lucky with every customer, but after paying $200 cash for services that were done (I ASKED FOR A RECIEPT) as he's walking away he REPLIED "WHATS THE PROBLEM ICHANGED YOUR TIRES THATS WHAT YOU WANTED." I gave him $200 Cash any business gives you a receipt always. If anything happens to that tire the next day I wouldn't be able to bring it back and tell them something happened to my tire I just had it fixed yesterday and if I went there with NO RECIEPT I CANT PROVE SERVICES WERE DONE I PAID CASH ONLY LIKE HE SAID.I had no receipt to prove anything paid in cash $200.I asked him again I need a receipt he was frustrated and finally as he was walking away from me said okay you want a receipt come in here and my fiance and I went inside to get the receipt and he gave us an attitude and told us I was trying to give you a deal, BUT NOW YOUR GOING TO PAY FOR THE TAX ITS NOW $210 CASH ONY.I told him Eds daughter gave me a lower price on the phone, but he didn't care he said "it's $210 cash" we almost couldn't find the extra $10 to give for a receipt. We we're speechless how we were treated from the time I pulled up. We felt riped off and the guy dgaf about any concerns questions we had he said here's ur receipt.We left just shocked what just occurred. We were never rude. Still confused. It was on a Saturday maybe try another weekday

Wish I could put zero stars, I had the absolute worst experience at this place during my recent visit, and I would never recommend doing business here after how I was treated for literally just walking in and saying I needed a used tire.When I walked into the shop, one of the guys asked how they could help me and was asking questions about my situation. Suddenly, the lady who works there walks up and tells him to finish his job and that she was going to handle me. She comes up to me and rudely asks what I need. I tell her and she goes on a long tangent, yelling at me about how I came unprepared and explaining each little thing to me like I was a child in the most vicious and condescending tone I've ever heard, and she does this in front of the other customers who are having work done as well as her staff. She doesn't let me get a word in and keeps insisting that I bring my car in, saying I obviously don't have their equipment at home and that I'm not giving her enough information about my car and that she could do a Google search based on what I gave her but it's not going to be any help. Truthfully I do have access to the equipment to change my tire properly, I just needed a used tired to buy and bring with me to get it done. I let this woman finish her rant about my apparent incompetence and I walked out. I will NEVER come back to this place after being spoken to this way, they are lucky they get any business at all with this woman's sorry excuse for customer service. There are other places to go in Kenosha, and I recommend going literally anywhere else, unless you want to get treated like absolute garbage. Thanks for literally nothing.

Charged me $35 a piece for just a mount, no balance, of a brand new rim and brand new tire, that I brought in. Called muellers tire, they told me $13 each for a mount. Something s fishy with this place and it stinks. Called and complained. Lady said they had shop costs. Don t waste your time with these scammers. 0 stars

You won t believe how many tire shops in Kenosha were will to mess up my all wheel drive not these folks. Best advice, I followed their advice and they were so right! I have premium tires! Everyone else was trying to sell me a lower brand of 4! (I only needed one)I trust them wholeheartedly! Thank you for helping me with my tires! Thank you

I dropped off my tire an hour before close and he had it fixed quickly for me! I didn't catch his name but he was very nice and provided great customer service! The only tire place I'll go to from now on. Thanks!!

Call before wasting gas and time to verify they are actually open before going. I was a repeat customer but as of 2022 I had to go elsewhere because they are randomly closed during posted hours due to staffing problems. Seems especially bad on weekends. The times I did get service everything went fine and they typically had decent used tires in my size.

Waited my turn, while tire tech was busy... The sign for the office, is misleading... No appointment, had a tire in my size, that I needed ASAP! Friendly... Informative on services provided and possible problems that may arise with aluminum corrosion on a rim and tire sealing... Also answered any questions I had tire/TPMS related...

Had a construction nail in my tire and they plug it up for me second nail in the tire listen 3 months thanks to all the roll construction and Kenosha Wisconsin. Very nice employees they do a great job we'll see them if you have a tire problem.

Be ready to pay in cash only. First come, first served. I had a nail removed from my tire and the hole plugged. They did a good and fast job.

Been to Ed's Tires many times and will continue to in the future. They are always very quick and the price for used tires always seems to be competitive or the cheapest around. Have not had any reason to go somewhere else. Just keep in mind these are used tires so sometimes there might be some unseen issue, but I believe they do their best to be honest and fair.

I've been a return customer since 2007' and sent plenty of friends and family there knowing they'd receive good service for a decent deal on USED tires. This place used to be the best, but over time has declined in every way. From customer service, to the services performed. I was recently in, the owner was rude from the get go, but was there for 1 tire that had a very slow leak, instead she went to quite a length to convince me to exchange all 4. Then I witnessed a young man, surely not out of highschool be careless and snap my valve stem &sensor. The owner assured me, it wasnt an expensive part (5-10$) they would throw a dummy version on there in the meantime and they would replace it for free when I get the part. I was pacified into being calm and letting it go. 4 days later I'm at O Reilly's and they inform me my valve stems are 65$ and when I called back, the owner revised to telling me "Oh no, they cost 75$+ AND we will install the part for only 30$ more."Your services will No longer be required. I will not be returning and will NOT be sending anyone else there for such treatment. Goodbye and Good Riddance.

I d put zero stars if I could. I called to get an estimate for tires for my husband s car and the woman who answered was extremely rude she couldn t even handle a single phone call professionally. Leave your attitude at the door when you go to work. That is not how your business will get customers. We took our business elsewhere. In a time like this, it would be nice to support small businesses but not ones who can t conduct themselves professionally.

Great service from the guys in the garage! Not the most attractive business from visual standpoint but they get the job done. Much more reasonable than competitors in the tire business. I went to them because my usual place was closed and backup was too busy. But would happily go back making them my first choice. Lesson to be learned- cant always judge a book by its cover! Be forewarned that they don t take bank cards so have cash on hand. The lady who works in office doesn t advise you on the phone. When I handed her my card she pushed papers out of the way and pointed to the small CASH ONLY sign taped to the desk, pointed to the wall and stated they had an ATM on premises. No big deal really, admire the beautiful parrots while you re there. It s different for sure but I got my rim and tire fixed at a reasonable price. That s all that matters to me.

Unbelievable service and unbeatable price's! I was in and out in 30 minutes, 10 minutes was deciding which tire's I wanted to go with. I highly recommend Ed's tires for both New or used tires!

The guys there at Ed's are so great. Very helpful and friendly! They replaced my two front tires and recycled my old ones super quick and Prices you can't beat. Would definitely recommend, I'll be back next time I need good used tires again! My only suggestion would be to upgrade to a system allowing you that takes visa/debit cards. Thanks guys!

I called around different places to find my tire size and this was the only place that had any (affordable used ones) in stock. I paid $97 for two front tires, which included mounting, balancing, and the disposable if my old tires. I gave it one star less than 5 because the inside of the office/waiting area was a little dirty and not very pleasant to wait in. They had three super cool birds though and some fish that my daughter enjoyed. Overall, I would definitely go there again and would recommend it.
