Staff were professional and with excellent communication throughout the entire process. Not able to give 5 stars as I m not 100% satisfied with the quality of the paint job.Got my front bumper replaced but the paint job of the grommet ports where the sensors I are mounted have noticeable blemishes. Some might think I m being too picky but I think it could have been done better

The service was horrible. I went in there for a estimate on my vehicle through an insurance company. I was told over the phone I needed a rental when I got there. I was told I didn t need a rental. And that they didn t want to keep my car over the weekend because they didn t have the space I ended up getting the rental anyways and leaving my vehicle. My vehicle was in very good condition. The accident that I had only damaged the rear bumper of the car after the accident I drove the car all the way back to Wisconsin from Illinois. The car drove fine I was told by the insurance company that they were just gonna cut me a check so I called the Location and let them know. I will be picking up my car the next day when I went to pick up my car the next day they assumed that I was going to be taking out my belongings. The guy said the car was taken apart and that he would have to put it back together, I had to go back there a couple hours after to pick up my vehicle when I drove my vehicle off of their parking lot something was very wrong. My car was pulling to the left when I would drive. The steering wheel will go left so so I took it back, hoping that they would at least take a look at it maybe test drive it to see what I was talking about but they didn t want to touch the car at all . They made it seem like they didn t touch anything but bumper they didn t care to help me they didn t care to look at the car. They referred me to a mechanic and told me to contact the insurance place that they had nothing to do with it. Very horrible service. I would not recommend this location to anyone. I don t see how my car was drivable before I took it in and not after. They barely even let me speak. They didn t want to hear anything I had to say. Now I have to figure out what s wrong with my car Because clearly there was something damaged by them and the fact that they didn t want to hear anything I had to say, only proof that I m right I am a single mother, barely making it. The accident was Horrible enough but now I have to deal with this car That is in worse condition than it was when I picked it up from them

I had an excellent experience with Crash Champions Kenosha. The entire staff was upbeat and friendly. Franco did a fantastic job from beginning to end. He knows his stuff and was very professional. Our vehicle looked fantastic! Thanks so much and keep up the great work!

We contacted Crash Champions through reference from our Insurance company for a door repair and needed the vehicle repaired quickly.They were confident in their delivery and completed the quality repair in excellent time beyond our expectations.Communication with our chosen rental vehicle company during downtime and subsequent interaction with our Insurance Company during the whole experience was professional and courteous.The vehicle was detailed inside and out on pickup.We would highly recommend Crash Champions to our family and friends going forward, should the need arise.Service: Body & Trim

I would recommend anybody who is looking for a body shop crashed champions of Kenosha is by far one of the best ones I've gone to. Their work is quality and I appreciated their customer service, especially Franco who helped me with this repair process. Also the receptionist was very nice and she greeted me and helped me through the process as well. I definitely recommend this shop if anyone's looking for body work repair.Thank you Crash Champions !!!

I think the majority of (the few) bad reviews are people mad at the insurance companies and not this shop. Google offers very little protection to the businesses from this kind of thing.Everyone here was kind and helpful. They ALWAYS picked up the phone and knew exactly what i needed. I have never experienced such a high level of open communication with a shop before. Mark was very straight to the point and knowledge-able. My car was done well, in a timely manner, and looks great again. Hopefully i remember to post the photos later.PS. To the reviewer who claimed they went thru your stuff; nobody ate any of my candy stash so i think i can say this claim has been de-bunked.

Brought my car to crash champions after a deer collision. Mark and the team were phenomenal, always kept me informed and explained everything in great detail. When you get into an accident, it s a difficult process so having a supportive team is important. They also work closely with the Enterprise which is helpful with picking up/ dropping off your rental car. Highly recommend Crash Champions!

We had our car repaired here recently after a hit-and-run. The result was excellent. I only knock them down a star because their communication was not the best. Overall, the quality of the work was great, fast and very professional. Again, my only knock is that they weren t the best at communicating with us. For example, they would tell me they would call back later that day, and we never heard from them even though the car was finished. Overall I do recommend.

I asked them to paint my new water heater door on my RV. I wasn't happy with the first one but Frank stepped up had the issue resolved and now I'm a happy camper! The second attempt was pure perfection!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Update: I spoke with the manager and they fixed the scratches and explained what they did. The only thing is we never found out why the gas tank had an issue, but after I took it back there the issue is gone. The manager made sure to tell me to reach out if it arises again in the future. I'm thankful they made it right.Not very good. Very expensive. The parts they replaced had scratches and were chipped. Bad polish job they buffed my trim scuffing it and left the adhesive from the tape on my windows. They didn't install my fuel tank correctly and the fumes from the gas did not have a way to get out of the tank other than when I released the gas cap. This made it near to impossible to fill up my gas tank until they would fix it. Also, there was no conversation as to what they thought needed to be done after they took it in to look at it; they just did it and now I'm stuck with their choices.

When my car was hit by someone without insurance, Crash Champions did an excellent job fixing my car. They kept me updated about progress and even colored in some chips unrelated to the accident. I hope I never have to go here again, but definitely will if my car needs fixing.

I wish there was a way I could give it no stars my advice to anyone taking the vehicle here take a video of your vehicle of how it drives any marks around the vehicle and anything under the hood they will try to get you to sign a paper, so they re not liable for anything. Do not sign that paper. Do not leave your car at this facility. Do not let them take your vehicle apart. They will not put it back together properly. They won t even care they didn t want to hear anything I had to say. Also, they went through all my belongings in the vehicle

I honestly didn't know what to expect, but chose Crash Champions based on some reviews I had read about this establishment. From the tow truck they sent to pick up my crashed vehicle up until the time the car was repaired, I was blown away by their service. From receiving detailed knowledgeable and accurate updates about the repair process, keeping their timelines, and doing an absolutely outstanding job on the repair, it was A++ all around. I hope I never have to come back, but Crash Champions is the top of my list if I do.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

Took my Impreza to crash champions after I was rear-ended by an inattentive driver who banged up my rear bumper. I can see why Progressive partners with them. My bumper looks brand new and the work was done on time and they let u leave ur rental car with them when you pick up your vehicle from em which saves a headache.

Very poor quality shop ! They put a dirty grill on my vehicle that was not even same color as old grill . I had to wait over a month for the vehicle . I had to reach out to them just see what s going on with no call after a week . Do not use this repair shop . Very poor work quality ! Go to your own repair shop instead of listening to State Farm .

After some back and forth discussing necessary repairs that needed to be done I can say I'm content with the condition my vehicle has been restored to following the damage done to my vehicle. I highly recommend crash champions to family and friends for any repairs needed. Understanding this is a business and the high volume crash champions deal with on a daily basis can be challenging. I highly recommend crash champions do a meticulous once over regarding fitment and making sure all pieces of the vehicle inside and out are properly set in place and secured as intended to avoid any confusion between the employee and customer. All in all the team is pleasant to work with and the general manager Frank shows great passion, pride and commitment not only to the customer but his team as well and sees to it that all parties are happy. Once again I am satisfied and will recommended family and friends to crash champions for any needs to be met and hold them in high regards.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

After my car was in an accident I took it here for a free estimate. Once I decided to go through insurance I chose Crash Champions based on my initial encounter. They worked great with the insurance company & kept me updated on the progress twice a week. Hopefully I never need another body shop however if I do, I'll take the car here again.

Franco was amazing! He buffed out a few scratches on the stop before even taking my car in, got the battery charger to jump my car before I could even ask, and just has an amazing and positive attitude! Although the actual repair work seems to be good and solid, the total price was outrageous. The communication with the on-site staff was more than frustrating and you will keep getting transferred until the person working on your car picks up, even though they aren t the ones who checked in your vehicle. When I arrived they didn t have me even in their system, because the person over the phone took no details. Very frustrating communication. They kept texting my husband which was the alternative phone number I gave them. They promised to deliver my vehicle 4 days earlier than when I received it, even their they texted stating it was ready and we would get a call, didn t get a call for 3 days after the text.Service: Auto detailing
