The staff at Bumper to Bumper are a true rarity in the automotive parts industry of today! The only thing missing were the hangarounds! It's refreshing to see such calm professionalism at the parts counter. If you're looking for fantastic professionalism, you'll find it here!

Fair prices, friendly & helpful staff. I got to take part in their training process being a customer for a new employee. While expectedly slow given that training, the new employee seemed eager & willing to learn, while maintaining a pleasant attitude. I'll definitely be back when I am in need.

They were the only place to be able to get my part the same day I needed it. I called everywhere. Noone else could do it.

Usually my first stop but often leave empty handed requiring uncommon parts. Awesome staff, anxious to help. Locally much better than the bigger 'chain stores.

Great prices and tons of hard to find parts that the "advanced zone" type stores don't carry. Also the employees really know their stuff compared to the other "chain" type auto parts stores.
