Service at this shop is excellent. I have brought my vehicle there several times. They replaced the transmission in my vehicle for significantly less than what the dealer wanted to charge me. Owner is very friendly. Would highly recommend this business.

Really phenomenal service ... not a place you will get hosed (literally and figuratively). We had a breakdown in my parking lot but had a tour in Milwaukee that we had booked long ago. The owner handled getting the car towed in, diagnosed and serviced all in one day! My parents had to get back to Chicago that night so to have it done AND not be held hostage for exorbitant prices was just incredible! Will definitely get our business in the future (though hope we will not need to visit often)!!!

Frank is wonderful! He is very nice, caring and personable. Every time I come in we always have good talks and a laugh. He is honest with you and doesn t beat around the bush. Seriously the most honest and trustworthy mechanic in the area. I scheduled an appointment my beater to fix a broken O2 censor and we were finished in about an hour. Priced very fairly, Frank the owner and mechanic communicated with me the entire time and was super friendly. If I could give a more glowing review I would.

Frank do good work on your car I have a Chrysler 300 been working on my car since 2010 and he get great prices good quality of work and they don't have your car sitting around for weeks he's on schedule very organized and very professional. very hard to find a mechanic that you can trust in this location that work with you well. An honest.

I love this place! Very customer friendly Very honest and trustworthy with my vehicle. Prices are very reasonable really a great place to have your vehicle checked out or fixed. They actually moved from my location to another city but I still bring my vehicle to them.

Frank Sr. rebuilt my transmission on my Crown Victoria. It was in bad shape from the other mechanics who tried fixing it. He retapped threads in the oil pan, replaced the main seal, helped with my reverse lights, the whole works. Need more guys like Frank Sr and Jr around. Honest, friendly, reliable, fair price!

I learned about Frank and Avenue Automotive from my father who has been a customer for years. Now my boyfriend and I both call him for all our mechanic needs. He is kind, honest and knows his stuff!! Recently, I had an issue with my air conditioner/heater and he not only took a look right away, when he found nothing wrong (ie: user error ;) he said he didn't feel right charging me and instead asked for a donation to a food bank during this trying time (Covid-19). I did so under his name. Thanks Frank!! You are the best!!

Frank always does a good job. He explains things in detail if you aren't car savvy. He also charges reasonable prices, unlike dealerships or other mechanics.

Frank is the best he's as honest as the day is long and I don't think there's anything he doesn't know about vehicles! He used to be in Racine when he moved to Kenosha we followed him he's well worth the longer drive!

Frank is an honest mechanic that doesn t try to sell to you or force you into anything! I live in Milwaukee County and drive down to Avenue Automotive anytime I need work done on my car! I highly recommend!!

I was charged $300 to twist a couple of wires on the connection for my trailer. I imagine it took about 10 minutes. Total rip off artists!
