I went in and asked for assistance with trying to figure out why my check engine light was on...Every employee helped me with everything I needed assistance with in less than half an hour, great conversations with (the man) Travis. It's a great place to visit for vehicle parts and a great place to gain personal knowledge on your vehicle.Very welcoming

Ted, Jesse, and Larry at auto zone on 22nd Ave in Kenosha are angels. Larry tested my car and found that my 2012 Acura MDX had a bad alternator. They called 6 different service shops to get the alternator part installed on the same day. Wonderful friendly people.

Travis replaced my defective battery that I purchased in Cody, Wyoming for free. He is the best. He even installed it for free. I can't believe how friendly and nice he was!

My nephew came in to get the key fob battery replaced. The fob stopped working afterward. Instead of checking his work, the tech told my nephew to bring the car to the dealership to get the key reprogrammed. Mind you it s not cheap at all to get that done at the dealership. I called and disagreed with what they did. The manager kept saying it couldn t possibly be anything wrong that they did because it was simply putting the battery in.Well turned out they put the battery in upside down. Big deal? Absolutely not. Mistakes happen. But had they taken accountability and gone back to check their work, I wouldn t write this review. Remember there are people who live pay check to pay check and not knowing about cars, those people would lose a lot more money at the dealership by trusting your expert recommendation.

To the store manager that graciously helpedUs with my daughters car I thank you! He was beyond helpful and kind and replaced the brake lights so we could drive home safe. If I need any auto parts I m the future I will be going to Kenosha. Thank you for your expertise and 5 star customer service.

Being a single woman I never feel uncomfortable going into AutoZone on 22nd in Kenosha. Kelly is especially helpful. Love this store! So helpful!

I wish I would have remembered to get the guys name but he made me feel so comfortable as being someone who doesnt know anything about cars. My check engine light was on so I asked him to look at it. He told me the part, showed me what it looks like, told me how much it is, then he took me to my car and showed me where the part was. He was very nice and made my night!

I came in with a broken windshield wiper, and a worker was able to help me immediately! He was able to put it on for me as well. It felt so nice to not feel judgement or tension for not be able to do it myself. I've been coming here for four years, and plan to continue!

Visited this place on May 5, 2021. I needed a diagnosis to see why my check engine light was on and also my low coolant light. I understand due to COVID 19 that employees do not enter your car and use that devise you stick under your dash so I did. I found out I needed a CO2 sensor. For the add coolant level, employees were not helpful to me at all. Plus when I entered the store and waited to be assisted as they talked amongst themselves, I felt ignored. Summary was they were not very friendly and I was treated like I don t know anything about cars so I will never visit this store. Only the one on 75st.

Everytime I come here the people who work behind the counter are very informative and caring. I went the 4 different parts store in Racine and didn't get a quarter of the help I received here. It's rare to find the customer service provided at this particular Autozone. I appreciate those who work there and their knowledge and willingness to find out if they don't have the answer.

I was rushed out with the wrong size headlights after I repeatedly kept saying I did a ton of research and I don t think the H11 bulbs fit my car. I was told these lightbulbs were all I needed and felt rushed got home and there not even the right ones completely different adapter and my original even say H9 like I tried explaining I needed. if you didn t have it or even know for sure you could have said so or taken what I was telling you in consideration . returning buying else where..

Every time I go into this store Oh, I leave upset and without any partsBecause the staff here has a better than you attitudeAnd they think they are better mechanic than you therefore they work at AutoZone.I am tired of coming to this locationAnd it's almost got me completely turned away from AutoZone in general.Even after callingThe location and trying to mention it to managers multiple timesIt falls upon deaf earsI would rather take the long ride to Racine or just avoid AutoZone completely and go to O'Reilly's or Advance Auto

The sales associate was knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful! He went outside to my car to show me how to apply the air conditioning recharge and explained everything in easy to understand terms.

Refuses to look up old receipts for me for my warranty company. I have the credit card used along with the purchase date and amounts. I was told he could do it by the mgr., but wheni arrived he rudely refused. Saying it would take too long. Now I know, having worked retail... That this is a relatively easy transaction to do. I have 3 vehicles I service... Using AutoZone. I WILL BE GOING ELSEWHERE!

I went here today and wouldn t recommend anybody to go here. I needed two low beam headlights and one high beam, when I asked someone to show me where they were the guy just rolled his eyes and sighed and rudely showed me and when I asked if it was the right one he rudely said YES . Like come on, if you don t like dealing with people don t have a customer service job. Should screen people before they hire to see if they can be friendly to customers and not complete a holes . The guy just seemed like he was annoyed to be there.

They don t know anything. Other then what the computer says. Manager tried telling me I was asking for the wrong part for my model car. Then tried to say I m needing the part from a different model. But if I did that nothing would match back up. Completely different size then what I need. Lack the knowledge

This is the only place I go for my auto parts. 90% of the time they have what I need. It's only specialty parts (like a K&N oil filter) for a rare model they don't carry. However they ordered me one and it was there 2 days later in the middle of a blizzard. Only once in over 10 years could they not help me and that was for Amsoil Signature Series ATF fluid. The staff are friendly and they help you with a quickness. Like I said, it's the only place I will go to =)

The manager was pretty rude and did not have much physical knowledge, only what the computer could help him with. When I offered to help him ( factory certified oem ) he got all frustrated.

It's usually fine going there unless you get the big black dude "helping" you out. He thinks he knows everything and tried telling me my car didn't have shocks and rode on the air suspension and that the engine my car had mattered on what kind of wipers my car used. Guy is an idiot. Went to O'reilys each time he couldn't get me the part and not only got it cheaper, but they listened to me and didn't act like they were actual mechanics. Dude wired up some subs on his cavaquier and thinks he's a mechanic.
