Wonderful experience! After being told our windshield couldn t be repaired, we came to Auto Glass Now for a second opinion. Alex was very informative, friendly, and confident in knowing their team could make the repair while also explaining possible complications. Katie was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. My experience here was wonderful. The woman at the front desk was friendly and made the waiting room feel less like a waiting room by making conversation. The technician was amazing, he finished the job quickly and did an amazing job. I will definitely be going back here if we need glass repair on any of our vehicles.

The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. I was able to schedule windshield replacement for next day service. I arrived early to drop my vehicle off and they started and finished work early. 100% a Five star place.I was able to get in same day, and was in and out under an hour. I tried contacting other places but the prices and times were absurd. Auto Glass Now is the go to place! Great service, great price. will be used for all future repairs.

Five stars from me for sure! They replaced the weather stripping on my front windshield & while doing the re-install, the glass broke. They covered the cost of a new windshield! Wow! Amazing service & highly recommended!

They did a great job on my Mercedes-Benz E class! I was a bit worried about scratches around the pillars or something not meeting oem standards but I was incredibly surprised! It was perfect. No extra glue anywhere.

The receptionist that answered the phone was very pleasant when I called for a rough estimate. In comparison to other businesses they were able to schedule an appointment for the next day. The other businesses that I looked at were not able to get me in for a week and their prices were higher than Auto Glass Now. When I called, the gal on the phone was a little confused. I wanted someone to come to me & they had no one. We were set to come in @11 on Friday, til we got a call from Carlos saying our replacement was not there. He kindly said he'd come to us on Saturday, which was excellent! On a Friday afternoon, I called at 3:30pm to see if they could repair two chips. Ashley got me in and they repaired the chips in under an hour. Super friendly with a nice wait area. Plus the pricing was excellent. So glad I called here.

Terrible company. Stay away. They have no issue taking your money and not making the repairs or refunding.Paid to get front windshield ordered and repaired. They ordered the part, then had "technicians" repair it with one windshield already available at a different site instead and they cracked the one they installed. Set up appt to repair, AGAIN, after driving vehicle with their cracked windshield. Noone in sight at their office to repair it the second time. I use the vehicle out of state, where it is now. Was told by "new management" they would have to visually inspect the vehicle, bc no record of the second repair even being scheduled. May have been "conveniently" deleted by old manager.I was given a warning by Illinois state trooper for the cracked windshield on the vehicle that they want me to drive BACK so that THEY CAN INSPECT. Did they offer transportation cost to repair THEIR mistakes? No. Did they offer to pay the ticket if i were to receive one just to drive the vehicle back to so they can "inspect" it? No. Did they even offer a simple refund? No. Cheapest most expensive piece of nothing.Service: Auto windshield repair

Auto Glass Now in Kenosha did a windshield replacement for me on the same day that I called to get an estimate. The price was more than fair (less than the other local companies), and they said come in today , so I jumped on the opportunity.They did excellent work. Carlos and his team did a great job. Absolutely terrible service. Front desk Lauren has no idea what she is doing. I waited a month for the wrong piece and the correct piece is $800 more. I did not use their service and will never recomend them.
