Timing is everything. And service is beyond reproach. The most recent time I used this company was for rewiring my car stereo system that I bought online and tried to install my self. There is a reason we hire professionals. After that issue was resolved. Thanks well done. The installed camera was burned out because of voltage issues. Not Audio Connections fault. After some scheduling conflicts and holidays I was able to get a new backup camera installed. Wonderful job. Seriously could not tell of all the things he had to remove to do a seamless install of the backup camera. My suggestion. Car systems are getting too complex to not leave to professionals. Audio Connection is the company you can trust to do it right the first time..

I recently got remote start for my son's car - and what a pleasure it was to work with Richard (and his 4 legged partner!) Richard is VERY knowledgeable, had the car done in the same day, and my son was thrilled. I would definitely recommend Audio Connection again and again! Very happy!! :)

I just want to say overall I had an amazing experience. I came in with my mom after she got her electric car Starter Started asking questions to see how much it would be to be able to get my electric car starter He was to look at my key fob and actually helped me to inform me that I actually already had one in the vehicle, which not only saved me money but overall just the customer service was great. Definitely recommend coming to see Rich if you need help with some subs in your vehicle or even an electric car starter . Great overall

Exceptional service at Audio Connection! The team's expertise and attention to detail are unmatched. We brought in our 2023 Chevy Malibu, and the knowledgeable staff, especially Richard, who was recommended and installed 12 superb subs. The sound quality is phenomenal!My family and I are thoroughly impressed especially the kids they love it. The team took the time to understand our preferences and delivered a customized audio experience that exceeded our expectations. Our car now sounds like a concert on wheels!Incredible job, Audio Connection! We're beyond satisfied and will definitely return for future car audio needs.

Absolutely 100% fantastic! I had Rich put in a new 10.1 inch touchscreen with back up camera on my 2012 scion tc. Flawless, everything works and was done in a professional manner. Clean and organized shop with a friendly doggie greeter at the door. Rich Absolutely knows what he is doing and does a great job doing it. Would highly recommend anyone go to him for any audio related stuff. Thanks again Rich for everything!

Stopped in a while back to have my remote-start keys looked at as they were not working properly. He took care of me and had me on my way within Minutes! Gr8 Guy! Loves what he does and takes care of his customers!

My son went in to have Amps and some other audio equipment installed. He did an amazing job. Nice, clean work. I went to pick up car and he went through everything with me. Would recommend to anyone.

Owner was ready for me when I arrived to his clean and well organized shop. Complicated installation was completed in 2 1/2 hours. Rich took the time to explain everything to me, answered all my questions, and showed me how everything worked. Which was wonderful to work with exceeded my expectations.

This is my second time coming to audio connection to get remote start installed. Rich is extremely knowledgeable in what he does and provides great customer service. His work speaks for itself and the pricing is very fair. Both cars I ve taken to him have been done in a timely manner and I ve had no problems with the installation. My experiences here have been nothing but great. I d recommend anyone to Rich looking for a trustworthy place. Worth every penny!

Rich at audio connections is the best. The screen in my 2018 jeep went out over a year ago and I just finally decided to get it fixed. I am beyond happy to have a working radio screen in my car again. He hooked up the bluetooth, radio, backup camera, and apple car play. I have all the functions back again that I could not use for over a year. He is the most honest person and explained why I needed everything that he was ordering. I dropped off my car in the morning and it was done the same day! 12/10 would go see Rich again!

AWESOME WORK...HONEST & FAIR.I have been to a few car audio places in my day (since 1989). Some are bad, and some have closed down due to retirement or the decline of interest from consumers. I recently had a DIFFERENT shop install a couple of components but my EQ kept burning out...twice. I was suggested by the manufacture to try a different installer, and have my wiring looked over I, like many of you reading this was unsure WHO, now a days, is good. I strictly based my decision on these google reviews and AUDIO CONNECTIONS in Kenosha was my choice.Rich (the owner and installer) took on my challenge and "fixed" what the OTHER shop couldn't. His charges were also very fair. It's installers like AUDIO CONNECTIONS, consumers like yourself, and reviewers like me, that can keep the aftermarket car audio going. I have and will continue to promote Rich and his business whenever I can.This is my first google review, I am just a regular guy, and I am not getting compensated for any part of this review. please DON'T HESITATE to have AUDIO CONNECTIONS do work for you. Lets keep aftermarket car audio alive !!, because we all know, FACTORY systems... just don't cut it.

I have a 2016 jeep wrangler. I went here and asked for some bass as the factory stereo has none. Rich found the solution with out losing any space in my jeep. Very satisfied. I will recommend him to anyone with a sad jeep sound system.

Rich installed a touch screen and back up camera for us in an older model vehicle. Professional installation and he explained everything about what he did and why he did it. He definitely takes pride in what he does and it shows! Would recommend him to anyone!

Came to these guys based off of reviews. Very pleased with the time and quality of my installation. Everything hidden real nice and they tested everything. Took the time to show me everything along with proper tests of clipping. Couldn't be happier and would highly recommend.

Every car we have we ve taken to Rich for a remote start and any changes to the audio system and honestly he never fails to meet the expectations on the quality of products and work he does and he s great with customer service he will make sure you understand what he s selling you and will make sure you are happy with his work. For anyone looking for a remote start or any work on your audio system I guarantee you will not be disappointed.

If you need a remote start installed, make sure you go here!!! We had a terrible experience at the big box store in Kenosha (on the Highway). After that experience , we brought our car to Audio Connection and Rich took care of everything!!! He not only installed the remote start, but he fixed everything that the prior store had messed up. He is very knowledgeable and explained everything he did. Don t go anywhere else, go to Audio Connection!!!

Went in to have some re-work done by another shop. The end result was the perfection of a system using quality parts and determination , elevating the capabilities of my system to it maximum potential. All at a very reasonable price. I am extremely satisfied. Thank you

Great experience with Rich as he walked me through options and pricing. He is very knowledgeable about auto audio and honest about his process. Pricing was also much better than I was quoted elsewhere in Kenosha. Will definitely be coming back around for any upgrades or audio advice. Thanks again Rich!

Rich did great setting up my wife's remote start. He was very knowledgeable and stayed in communication even during bad winter storms. He made sure to work with us to get our car in.

Was very nervous looking for a place to do automatic starts because I know nearly nothing about cars, but definitely picked the right place!Rich was super knowledgeable, a good explainer, and helpful. He gave me all the information I needed from start to finish and I felt very comfortable giving him my business because of that.They also have an amazing door greeter (spoiler: it's a dog!).Will definetly come back in the future and will recommend to my friends and family!
