I was looking for a tire for my vehicle unfortunately they did not have it, but the owner was kind enough to call around and found one for me at Jantz and told me to bring it back so he could mount it for me. Saved me all the hassle, so thankful! Also would like to add I witnessed great customer service to someone else in the shop who did not speak English, Eric took out his phone and started using google translator in order to communicate effectively and I think that was the first time I ve seen someone go out of their way to accommodate their clients. I was impressed! 5 stars :)

They've had My fiance car for almost 6 months due to a blown head gasket and it keeps turning into other issues. They can't keep a qualified mechanic. They definitely need a few qualified mechanics.I told my fiance I will be looking for a lawyer. This is ridiculous

First time,walked in without an appointment and immediately offered assistance. Family owned, clean and upfront kind of business. Eric and his brother were friendly, quick and efficient. Very upfront about what to expect. Highly recommend

Brought my Nissan Rogue in to have them look at it to have the engine checked out. They took it for a short drive and informed me I needed to replace the CV axle. Even the local Nissan dealer couldn't diagnose this after several visits. Assure Automotive replaced it quickly and at a good price. Will definitely keep them in mind with future automotive concerns. Very friendly staff also!

If you want to wait forever to get your tire fixed then go here. I dropped off a tire for just a valve stem replacement and it s been over 2 hours and I still haven t got my tire back yet. 26 dollars and 3 hours later I finally got my tire back. For a simple valve stem replacement. And with no valve cap. I will NEVER go back no matter what. And will let everyone I know in the car culture not to go to this place as well. When Al used to own it the place was amazing. These guys are simply terrible. Busy or not. GO AT YOUR OWN RISK. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Always fast, friendly, and professional. Very fair prices. Never had to wait long when just walking in and haven't had a long wait to get on the schedule when needed. Will continue to bring my vehicles in to Assure!!!

Wouldnt be able to tell you about the service other than I called about my car being seeing, said they were going to do research about part, gave me an estimate (which was $300 more than it actually was or quoted by anyone else) took ny info and number etc. anyways they never even called back to say "hey we eont be able to do this " which seeing as they were going to charge me $300 over price I'm glad they didn't

I must say Assure Automotive has the best customer service. Eric and his mechanics are very knowledgeable and honest. I didn t have to worry about being over priced on products or services I didn t need. Also, they never broke the the sensors off my rims or caused further damage to my vehicle. I will always get my tire services from here. I recommend them 100%. You won t be disappointed.

Integrity Mobile Auto Repair was excellent! Eric did my brakes and rotors on my van in a timely manner and it was affordable! If I need any other repairs done, I'm definitely calling Integrity Auto Mobile Repair!

Eric was extremely prompt when fixing the front and back braking system ( pads, rotors, and calipers on my son's Satun. He not only came to our home and inspected what waa needed to be done he also took the time to find us the best deal on parts. I told him the car needed to be done by monday so my son could get to work. He not only finished before hand he worked in the rain to get it done. His hourly rate was reasonable as well.I would recommend Eric for your car repairs big or small. Thank you Eric we will definitely use your services for all our vehicle repair needs.
