Was in a car accident in February and Armando s was recommended along with a few other big name places, so I went with local and was so glad I did! They kept me updated, were so great about little details down to the chrome on a head light matching. They even cleaned the inside of my vehicle while they had it! I ll definitely recommend them to others and use them for any needs in the future. Oh and they threw in a can of window cleaner, a touch up paint bottle and code at daily dose!!

Due to some miscommunication with my insurance company I showed up thinking I was dropping my car off to get fixed, not realizing the actual process. They went ahead and kept my car and I got my rental car on sight. They had so many other cars ahead of me but still worked with me. They knew it would be about a week or more before even looking at it and then once they did they thought about 2 more weeks at best to finish it. They were so patient with me. It actually was done a week early, it looks good as new, and they even cleaned the car and windows and vacuumed it out. The freebies were awesome too!! I cannot recommend their services enough. While my damage wasn t the worst it was a lot of parts and tedious work I imagine. They even buffed out and realigned my hood and you wouldn t even know it had been dented!! You wouldn t know I have a full new bumper and headlight. Looks awesome. Thank you so much you guys!! Great job on the repair and very easy to work with as they were a pre-approved collision center with my insurance company. Customer service was top notch and finished the repair on schedule. Highly recommend Armando's if you are in need of any auto body repair.

There have been a few times when I have needed to have my car body repaired. When the time comes, I know exactly where I want to take my car. Armando's takes very good care of your car and returns it to you looking like brand new! They take the time and effort to make sure that everything looks perfect. Also, cleaning it inside and out. I truly value their service, and they, in turn, give great value! I could not recommend a better auto collision specialist than Armando's.... "Where we meet by accident."

Awesome service, I was involved in an accident and have had some work done by them for my wife's car in the past, which was one of the reasons I came back. Tom and their team went above and beyond my expectations. Quality work and quick turn around, that's hard to find these days. Thanks Tom and the team over there you guys knocked it out of the park!

I went to Armando's after I had damage done to my car. They were very professional and informed me in every step of the process. Once the part came in, I was put on the schedule. The repairs were done in under 2 days. They made sure I understood everything that was recommended and called prior to making any changes to the original estimate. This is a very friendly and professional company. I would recommend Armando's Collision Center if you need repairs done on your vehicle.

What a fantastic job! They took a dent out of our rear passenger door, painted it, and touched up some other areas on the front door. The car was ready for pick up earlier than we estimated, which was a pleasant surprise. Not only was the exterior cleaned, but they spruced up the inside too! Highly recommend Armando's! They did a fantastic job on my vehicle and stayed in constant communication with me. They also cleaned my vehicle before returning it to me and I was given additional cleaner and touch up paint if I were to need it. They offered to touch it up for me if I did not feel confident to do it myself. I couldn't be happier with the results and service. I hope to never need their services again yet if I do, I will 100% be returning here. Thank you!

I needed some body and paint work on my vehicle after it had been hit. It s very simple, no would get my business but Tom at Armando s! He is a class act. He takes pride in his work and makes sure his customers are taken care all the way through the process. They do absolutely the highest level of work and pay attention to every detail. A couple weeks ago I got rear-ended, and the next night (just to add insult to injury) some kids egged my car. It was too cold to get the car washed, so I left the egg with the intention of washing it off later.When I called Armando s, they were able to get me in that same day. Their drive up estimate service is very convenient.I had a great experience working with Frank. He explained everything to me and fixed my car beautifully. The whole process was so easy. He worked directly with the insurance and took care of that whole aspect of it. He even called me with some recommendations to save me money!He also cleaned all the egg of my car.I had a wonderful experience and definitely recommend Armando s.

I was in a slight accident and took my car to Armando's to get repaired. Frank was beyond helpful and friendly to work with. The repairs, by far, exceeded my expectations and were done flawlessly. I think my car looked better after they were done with it, compared to when I first bought it. Armando's went above and beyond in every way possible. My only complaint is that I had the repair done in winter so the beautiful job they did is now buried under salt, snow and dirt :) I'm grateful for how well they took care of both me and my car. Should the need ever arise again, I would not think twice about bringing my car back for repairs.And if nothing else, let's be honest, their slogan is the best.... "Where We Meet By Accident"!

Wonderful. Had not had an accident on over 30 years, they walked me through the entire repair process. Made sure my rental was ready. Car looks great, washed, cleaned inside and out. Put up with my calls. Could not have been better.

I started by calling to see if they had time for a same day estimate which they did. I was given an estimate that day with an estimated turnaround time for the same day. I had to get the front bumper replaced, fog light, fog light cover, and fender also replaced. Simple deposit system to order the part and received a call when the parts were in a couple days later. As promised, everything was fixed and replaced and back to me on the same day and they even offered a ride to and from my home for the day which I used. Excellent service and professionalism and the quickest turnaround time. I was told by others in the area that it would like days to weeks to get my car turned around and this was the only place that said and delivered same day for a smaller job like mine. Will use again if I had other work that needs to be done in the future!Service: Body & Trim

Tom and his staff were a pleasure to do business with. They separate themselves from their competition from their personal attention they give you. Dealing with Tom (the owner/estimator), is like talking to your favorite uncle. He is very pleasant, personable, knowledgeable, and professional. I had a small dent repaired and they treated me as though I was having major work done. They cover all the "little things" that one tends to forget when talking to an estimator/salesman. This is a long-standing, generational family business and I can't say enough about him and his auto body shop. I would recommend them to anyone who wants and expects a high level of service, value, along with quality work!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I don't even know where to start: Armando's has the best customer service and will make your car look like new again. I was hit twice in two years and both times Armando's fixed my car. They were kind, explained the entire process, finished my car in the time frame they said it would be finished in and all for a fair price. They even offer a rental car if you don't have it through the insurance that's paying for the fix. Then, when I was in a pretty bad car accident and my car was super smashed up, it was towed to Armando's. Once they figured out it was totaled, they happily went through things with me and kept the car there until the insurance company picked it up. They are very kind and make an unpleasant experience pleasant. Also, I'm a woman and know how it is to be treated unfairly at shops and looked down upon because they think you don't know anything about cars and that is NOT the service you get here. They are very respectful and kind. The work is flawless and I recommend Armando's to everyone.

I brought my car in after some hit the front fender. Tom explained the process and even offered to put on a replacement mirror I had. They worked great with the insurance company and even worked with enterprise to give me a rental while my car was in the shop. The final product looked amazing and you can't even tell it was hit.

Brand New (less than 300 miles) 2021 Ram 1500 was in an accident. Jerry and the staff at Armando's did an amazing job fixing everything to where it looks brand new again! Thank you so much to the entire staff, and a special thanks to Jerry for communicating everything each step of the way! Armando's Collision Center rates a 10. Customer Service was superb. Tony was on the spot for my 2012 Tahoe from the day I brought it in. Did everything that was needed and went the extra mile to make sure that they did all that I asked. The quality and workmanship on my vehicle made it look like it came off the showroom floor.
