Great honest shop. I first started using them for electrical diagnostics as a sublet vendor from a large local body shop. They could always find the issues quickly and accurately. They have since done a great deal of work for me personally. Very trustworthy shop and people!

Great shop I ve taken my jeep patriot here for two repairs. Heater core and a water pump on two separate occasions. Both times they were able to get in and repair it in a timely manner. No problems with my vehicle since. Maybe not the cheapest option out there but you get what you pay for. They will get it done fast and right. 10/10

Solid shop. Had a noise looked at and they determined it was nothing to worry about. Charged me the minimum they quoted and didn't sell me anything unnecessary. Nice staff and seemingly good at what they do. Shop is cleaner than any I've seen.

I've been having my vehicles serviced here for a few years now. Never once had a problem. They're up front, quote you a price before they begin the work and if additional work is needed they always let you know before it's preformed. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Their prices are great. And the quality of work is top notch. They fix it right and keep you moving. Definitely recommend for all your automotive needs.

My car was revving and accelerating uncontrollably with the engine light on. Obviously not a good sign. I took it in and spoke to a gentleman named mark and was able to get an appointment within a few days. They were very upfront about price from the get go and they also gave me an out the door quote before they did any work. What they said they would do, the timeline of completion, and price were all exactly what they told me. My car was done in about 24 hours despite needing to replace a throttle on my engine and I was back on the road. They also give you a 90 day warranty too on the repairs If I m not mistaken. Will be using them again if I have any other issues with my car.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

We were in Kenosha from out of state. Our shift lever would not engage, and we were stuck in a parking lot. Anayas recommended Jensen Towing (also fabulous, prompt & courteous!) They got our vehicle in, diagnosed the problem (broken cable), and repaired it in one day! So far so good. I have had break issues for several years. They got in there and my car is driving smooth like it's new. The prices are reasonable and they got a lot done in a short time. I had a long list. Will be the only place I go for now on.

This was one of the best service experiences I have ever had. From the moment I called to set my appointment until I picked my car up , I was treated with resect and honesty. Every time I was told I would receive a call for an update, I did! Customer service is clearly something this shop values and will have my loyalty because of it! When I received the phone call to explain what repairs were needed, everything was explained so clearly and in a non-condescending manner, it made me feel so confident that the issues with my car were being fairly and accurately addressed.Services: Exhaust, Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment, Brakes

This was the only shop that got me in right away. The entire facility is well organized and inspires confidence that they are good at what they do. I was treated courteously and was given an estimate of cost and time. The work was done a bit early and the cost was exactly in keeping with the estimate. All in all, this was probably the best car care experience that I have enjoyed in over 55 years of driving. I can not recommend Anaya's enough.

Anaya's was able to get me in within a couple days and very transparent on their pricing for a recent repair. They even charged me less than what they quoted for labor because it took less time to complete than expected. Appreciate their honesty and great work!

Honestly I feel bamboozled. the gentleman that I talked to was very nice and I got a Good vibe from the place.. however I didn't really know what was wrong with my vehicle and they let me know that I would need a wheel alignment, tire rods and threw some oil in it for me. I came to pick the car up and they let me know my engine was probably shot and I should start looking for a new car.. why would i pay nearly 500 in repairs if my engine was shot and why wasn't I told how serious the problem was before I agreed to the other reapirs. I now have a newly aligned vehicle with fresh tire rods for absolutely nothing... I'm to broke for this mann Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

Had a really terrible coolant leak. Called every shop around Kenosha and Anaya s was the only one that could get me in immediately. I dropped my car off after work one night last week after calling and dropped the keys in the dropBox. I was able to communicate with them by Email while I was at work and turns out my radiator was bad. They got the radiator and hoses replaced and I was able to pay up and get my Jeep back the next day. My heat blows even hotter than it did before and no more coolant leak. I would recommend Anaya s to anyone the staff is incredibly nice and they got me In and I was driving again in less than a day. Thanks for the outstanding service ! I had an excellent experience with Anaya's. I brought my car in unsure exactly what the problem was and they kept me informed during the diagnostic process before starting any work. Their prices are fair and I got my car back the next day! The staff was super friendly and helpful with their recommendations and I will bring my car back here for any problems in the future.

TERRIBLE. Drove my vehicle in to schedule an alignment. The operations manager Mark Hermann actually looked at my vehicle and said they could handle it. Unfortunately, our schedules weren't workable at that time.I later called Hermann to schedule the appointment and was told it would be $149.00 . I brought the vehicle in but he then told me that I would be charged hourly because it would take 1 1/2 to set up vehicle, plus alignment time, plus materials. When I asked why others take an hour and charge less, he said it was because they (Anaya's) do "everything" while others only adjust toe. Despite my concerns about his shifting costs I told him to go ahead (I figured even if it took a total of 2 hours at their $85 per hour shop rate it would be $170.00, plus materials).Not surprisingly, Hermann called me THREE HOURS later to say that Anaya's couldn't do it there so he wanted to take it to a different shop two days later for $419!!!!!! WHAT? NO WAY.Of course, when I came to pick up my car he didn't apologize for his erroneous belief that the shop could perform the services requested or apologize for wasting my time for absolutely NOTHING. Beyond that, it was obvious that my car hadn't even been moved from where I parked it when I came in!Needless to say, it's troubling that the "operations manager" doesn't know the shop's services well enough to quote an accurate price or whether or not they're equipped to handle certain vehicles.STAY AWAY.

Going here my first time was such a pleasant experience. We initially picked it because it was close by and easy to find- you can't miss the sign right on 52nd st.We backed into a snowdrift and suspected that something got knocked out of place in the exhaust system. Had the car looked at and was informed that the intermediate pipe connecting my catalytic converter to the muffler was rusted. Rather than replacing everything, they removed the rusted portion and welded a new part on to hold it together, saving us a ton of money.They worked quickly, getting it done the same day we brought it in and the price was extremely reasonable. We were charged exactly what we were quoted and the mechanic explained everything he did in detail and why when we came to pick it up. He was extremely friendly and a delight. Guaranteed us the rest of the car would fall apart before his work would.I will gladly be going back in the future for any other car repairs!

Always honest and excellent work done on my vehicles. They have done massive amounts of work to restore my 1970 Pontiac Executive. They have always given me a quote before the service, an update if something else need to be done. They have worked on my family's cars since I was a little kid and they have always treated us like family. Highly recommended. I wish they worked on motorcycles, lol.

I took my e350 deisel ford van there to:Fix the wiper switchFix the fuel leak.Fix the heater.They got me in within a week.They were very courteous.They replaced the wiper switch.They couldn't find any fuel leaks.They didn't fix the heater.They found a few other minor repairs to make, that I didn't know were needed.They didn't tell me that they didn't fix the heater.My bill was $699.00I'll take it somewhere else for the heater and the fuel leak.

Our bill was a little high and the heater core was still not replaced or fixed like they said it was. We will have to take our RV elsewhere.This shop was recommended to us. My husband and I cannot recommend it to others.

My daughter was driving from Racine when her car died. Not being from Kenosha and not knowing where to take it, my husband asked a friend who lives in Kenosha where he would take it. He mentioned Anaya's. Called them on Friday and they towed it to their shop. Monday morning they called and told mybhusband what was wrong and price. Fixed it the same day. My husband had nothing but good things to say about his experience and trust me, coming from him, that's saying something! We may have just found our new mechanics...it would be worth the drive from Racine

Years ago I brought my car into there shop.. Was treated well and whatever they fixed I was done immediately and s fair auto repair price.. Was generally super happy with my real.. Then Im getting repairs at Hairry"s Not really happy with time nor price and quality R and R service fair but priced High.. Don't mind paying a little extra when the work is time fair and done.Well 25 years later came back .. Wow service was outstand as well as the food z

When it comes to fixing a car, everybody needs "a guy". Anaya's is that place. Courteous service, competitive prices. After taking my car to my hometown mechanic an hour away (for years), I found Anaya's, and I'm keeping my business in town from now on. Love these guys.
