Today I bought my 3rd car in 11 years from Anastos. My first car was an 04 Toyota Camry. In May my wife and I bought her car there and today I brought my Camry back for my newest car and I couldn't be happier.The whole crew is such a pleasure to work with. Thank you guys for giving us such great service.

Just to say thank you! over the years I have purchased a few vehicles and family. Each time they well work with you. All staff have been very polite, call me bye first name. Building is always clean. I highly recommend them to you.

Went in with less than high hopes. But my salesman Greg Schimanski talked me through everything. He gave a very detailed presentation of the car and the multitude of features. I m really glad I was able to get into a 22 Hyundai Elantra. I would definitely recommend this place because as a first time buyer, made my experience so much easier

If ANYONE is looking for a new car, look no further than Anastos! We were looking for a dependable car with with some life left in her & they didn t disappoint. We worked with Greg who was so kind & helpful- he has set the bar VERY high for every other salesman! We were able to agree on a gently used Nissan & I couldn t be happier. Thank you Anastos for your extensive inventory & most of all for Greg & his help.

I bought my car from them 24 years ago and I m still driving the same 97 Camry I bought from them . I would definitely buy another car from them and highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a car

I bought a Van from them a couple weeks ago and had an issue with the air conditioning. Even though it was not under warranty, they fixed the problem, no charge! And this is a used car lot! Let's of used car lots have a badd reputation when it comes to things like that, but these guys fixed it with no problem! The salesman, Tom Z was fantastic! I recommend them highly!

5/5 stars. I had to get a new car in a bit of a hurry and Anastos had the perfect one. Great, friendly service. More than happy to help me with all my needs, questions, and finance options. So glad I worked with them and I love my new car! Plus, I can come a back for free services (oil change, tire rotation, etc.)

Wouldn't hesitate one bit buying from Anastos again. I had been keeping an eye out for a certain model and trim Subaru Outback. Found one available at Anastos on Facebook Marketplace, priced extremely fair and accurately advertised. Received fair trade-in value for our Crosstrek and came home with my wife as happy customers in our new-to-us car. Tom and Freddy were great to work with and not one bit pushy. Honest and fair and effective!

I was there for an oil change and tire rotation. My first time going there for service since I bought my SUV.The service department guys are very nice and professional. Everything went great, I will be back in 6,000 miles

I'm a 70 something woman and this was, by far, the best car-buying experience I've had. Totally impressed with the cleanliness of not just the showroom but also the car repair area. My questions were answered before and after my purchase to my satisfaction. My car has had no major repair problems after almost 3 years. Thanks Joe!

We made an appointment weeks in advance, dropped it off at that time, was told it was a 5 hour job which ended up taking 5 days. every time we called we got a different answer why it wasn't done. finally it was going to be done on the 5th day by 10am and i ask are you sure because i wont have a ride there after 11, needless to say it wasn't done by 10 and i was called at 2:10 which i told them now i have no way there to pick it up. they said that wasn't there problem. picked it up Saturday morning and after i complained the guy tells me that they have a shuttle service, which was never mentioned or offered. get in the car and the battery was dead which it had no issues at all prior to bringing it there 6 days earlier. now a friend of mine had his brakes done 2 weeks ago and now has a noise in the right front. he took it back and they said there was nothing wrong. he had me took a look at it and i found that both bolts holding the brake caliper on were missing and it was floating there hitting the rim. could of killed him or someone else. if i could give it 0 stars i would. terrible customer service and really terrible mechanics.

Parts and service guy was very quick and helpful with my needs. The waiting lobby had water and TV with a remote to watch whatever you want. Didn't have to wait long as I was just getting a complimentary wiper blade replacement. Good staff and clean environment deserves 5 stars in my opinion. See you soon for my oil change.

I am 28 years old and this was my first experience buying a car. I didn't have great experience with other car dealerships. Anastos' was so great. They made it easy for me to look at cars that were within my budget. I did not feel any pressure to run numbers or even leave with a car. My sales agent Freddy was hands down the best person I have worked with. He gave great options and opinions on each car. He did not make me feel uncomfortable or make me question my decisions.Seriously the best experience I have received. I LOVE my Nissan. They provide the best value for what I was looking for. I am so thankful for this service. This made me a believer that car buying doesn't have to be stressful. Thank you Anastos Motors -Kenosha! I will definitely be recommending you to my friends and family!

The 2 year "owner's club" is great for the free oil changes part which is all you truly get unless you monitor them, and request they do more than the oil change as they promise you at the sale.Near the end of my 2 years, the owner club card, which you bring in when oil changes are done, did not have the additional items checked off as to being completed. I asked why they never changed my wiper blades (needed it!?) and never rotated my tires (we all know this is always needed!?). NO answer was given to that question.....!?!!? They're pretty grumpy back at the service desks-don't put them on the sales floor!ALSO- don't count on getting the free car washes. I was only able to get 2 or 3 car washes and was turned away multiple times in these 2 years. It's next to impossible to get one unless you're retired/unemployed- they never seem to have any employees available so they should not even offer it- all it offers is frustration. Other than that, car price was good.

I stooped in without an appointment to have air put in my tire. When they looked at it they found a nail. They not only fixed my tire they also washed my car!! I've been going here for years. Great service at a great price with very friendly people. I recommend Anastos to everyone looking for a car or looking for service. The auto body repair is great too.Love these guys!

Me and my whole family have dealt with anastos and we have all had great experiences! I am currently on my second vehicle with them and working on my third Joe is great he s been the only one I have personally dealt with

Absolutely the best service I have had at any auto repair shop. They reviewed all options for the repairs I would need and ranked them from most important to something that could wait for awhile. On the day I brought the car in for the maintenance, the service rep was friendly and estimated how many hours it would be in the shop, the driver of their courtesy car was very friendly, my car's repairs were done on time, and my vehicle has been expertly repaired. Prices were very reasonable. Anastos is the ONLY place I will take my car to in the future!!!

A salesman here told me to come back with my dad when I m ready to talk business simply because I knew a car wasn t worth what they were asking. 2 weeks later they call me back to tell me they dropped the price of the vehicle to $500 less than what I offered 2 weeks prior before they insulted me by telling me to bring my dad back . My dad has purchased a vehicle here before with no issues and they know him. I am a young professional and an HR exec before 30. I don t need my dad to do any business for me. I can handle my own business, because I run one.

Traveled 4 hours to get a perfect condition vehicle and noticed an engine issue within 2 minutes on the test drive. Customer service was bad. Service manager had no clue about the car.

We have been shopping for a specific Cadillac, my husband's dream car--and we up and bought it today! Every salesman we met was respectful and helpful; they answered every question, and they even let us go on the test drive by ourselves. My husband held out for the color and amenities he's always wanted and I got my preferred performance. A good price and help with the exact financing we wanted. We recommend Anastos highly.

This is for the service department.. I really don't like getting lied to. First oil change there they didn't put back the engine shield and unfortunately for me, I didn't notice till a month later(40$) but I let it slide...Second oil change I have done there, I get lied to about them rotating my tires after waiting an hour to, apparently, only get my oil changed... Makes me wonder if they even changed the oil. So after second experience there, not sure if the free oil changes and tire rotations I got when I bought the car is worth it. I can't trust them to do what they say they're going to do. I might buy a vehicle from them again, possibly, but I will not take any car to their service department ever again.

This is the second time I have dealt with anastos motors and it was yet again a great experience. I've dealt with Tom both times and he has found the perfect car for me both times I've come to him! They have a wide range of vehicles which is why I have been able to guy my desired car from them. I cant wait to drive around in my new chevy Cruz that I got an awesome deal for! The entire staff treated me with great care. The owner is super genuine and is in the business of helping people. I will for sure continue to give my business to anastos motors and recommend them to all of my family and friends.

They have good quality used cars. Test drive experience and salesman were pleasant, he let me take the vehicle out on my own. They claim to have a two day return policy.Experience could have been better, the walks back and forth from the finance guy are annoying. Process took too long.They will shotgun your credit, salesman told me they wouldn't. Six inquiries for me. They will say they're waiting, come out and say x will approve for 10%. LOL. I told them what rate I could get from my bank and magically they got one to finance for just under the rate I said after a handful more trips back and forth.Make sure the car you are buying has both keys/fobs, I didn't find out until after the paperwork was signed. Cost me $200 to get another fob programmed @ another dealer. Little things like this matter.They didn't talk extended warranty until after all paperwork was signed. Also, after buying the car, I started receiving official looking mail from shady extended warranty companies in the mail. Now that the warranty has expired I'm getting unwanted spam calls on my cell for months now.Don't let them play the "we're a small family owned dealer, we can't go down that much" card. They pay the same price at auctions as big dealers, I've seen auction prices, you'd be shocked. They will come down in price. I'd try setting your max price and walking out if they want to turn in into a pawn stars episode.Ask them how long cars been on their lot.Use other cars you can compare/point out to them online that may be cheaper in price, better value.Make sure to get it gassed up by them if you do buy.They will put advertising on car, license plate holder and sticker. They will remove if you ask.I probably wouldn't buy from them again unless it was a really good deal

purchased my Volkswagen CC from them. Pleasant salesman and nice selection of cars. However, there service department is a joke. Both times I've delt with them, issues then arose. They also forced my electronic side mirrors up almost broke them. Don't take your car there. Trust me.

I Just purchased a 2019 Red Hyundai with very low milage. My experience has been outstanding from the moment I walked about a week. The first person I talked over the phone and then in person who became my sales Rep was Tom Zoerner as I went to check out what they had on the lot. The place was clean and well prepared for this covid mess we all are involved. I all the vehicle I shown that matched my criteria. But the first one he showed me was the one I would end up buying within the week. I never once felt pressured or pushed. The 2019 Santa Fe is far beyond my expectations. And is pretty much new with only 22k miles on it and a beyond reasonable price. The financing with Freddie was a breeze and again never one felt pressure was offered and addition 100,000 miles on the warranty a very reasonable.I highly recommend Anastos Motors and Tom Zoerner.

The owner is the rudest dealer I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with, he lost a sale from me and I make sure to let people know if you don't mind being disrespected and degraded then look here. Otherwise go somewhere else it's not worth it, its a shame in 2018 people still treat others so terribly before getting to know them. I ended up buying elsewhere, as you should too, and bought a Range Rover for 3,000 below their asking and was treated like a person and not just like I was a paycheck. I WILL NEVER GO BACK EVER! And i hope that no one has to have the unfortunate experience I did at Anastos Motors. I'd like to add that the actual salesperson was very helpful and apologetic for my experience, but I will would never return after dealing with the owner.
