Excellent customer service, checked over the car for concerns and was pleased with their findings and repair to guarantee my son s safety in his car!Reasonably priced, timely service and very pleasant to work with! Will definitely use again in the future as well as recommend to others!

Jose and his team have helped me twice this year (2 different vehicles) with what seemed like impossible fixes. Each car went to the respective dealerships and neither could find the issues. Jose is awesome. He was able to fit me in after I stalled on the side of the road. He told me everything needed to be repaired and made me aware of the prices and what options are available and what he recommended. They are awful changed my spark plugs without my permission. I had already had my tuneup 8 months ago, he lied about me needing 2 catalytic converters when I only needed one, he stole $450 from me. All I say is "Repent to God" for what you've doing to your customers, Jose because God judgement come on you and your business. Shame on you Sir! No Jose I'm not lying on you. I have proof my spark plugs didn't need changing, see I know the consequences for being a liar, unlike you. I have receipt proving that my didn't need new spark plugs and only one catalytic converter. Maybe the Wisconsin Attorney General's office need to know about this matter. I see you have bad reviews from other pass customers; I only wish I had checked them before I bought my car to you. Shame on me

While this guy may be cheap however that is what you are getting for your money is cheap. I have had my vehicle in there several times and he still cannot fix it. He does not honor his commitments or agreements.He never did work on the brakes. I gave the van to my mother and she had to have the brakes done, after he supposedly done them. Also, I never expected the repairs for free, I was supposed to provide free labor any computer setup and or website, he paid for the parts, while I paid for any parts for the brakes and or repairs and he supplied the free labor. To bad we did not have it in writing so it could be proven.

I've lived in Kenosha all my life and always had my Uncles work on my cars. If one couldn't the other would. When they passed away, I was referred to A1 Auto by a family friend. I was a little nervous to try anyone other than family. I now feel as if they are family. It's been 9 years and I haven't went anywhere else.Nor would I,the rest of my family goes there as well. I refer anyone I know to them. Best advice ever...They are reliable, dependable, they are quick but thorough most of all they are 100% percent HONEST!!!! Thank You So Much A1

Jose and his technicians did an amazing job on my car this past week, and he has very reasonable prices for his services, compared to alot of other shops. I found my new mechanic for everything on my car and my wifes car.

Amazing shop. Always tells the truth . They don t tell you things need to be fixed when they don t-or they tell you that s it s not needed to fixed immediately. I have been coming here 5+ years and have never had any problems. Quality work

I took my van here and it was way worse. Don't go here they don't fix anything right. Then they say it because of the parts or they try and blame it on something else. They will never get another dime from me. This place is a total rip off !!!!!!!!!
