Giving these guys 5 stars because they have fixed my car (specifically my brake lines and brake system) on 2 different occasions and have given me excellent service. Not only did they get it done within the day of me bringing it in but they were gracious enough to bring me my truck when I was left to walk in the cold! 10/10 would recommend!

Check engine light on and fan stuck on high. I brought my Cruze there and they told me I needed a new turbo. 1200.00 later the check engine light on and fan still on high. Took it back and they replaced the MAP sensor and the turbo boost sensor again at no charge. Check engine light on and fan on high still. The mechanic told me I needed a new computer and take it to the dealer or I would have to pay more for them to get somebody else to check it out. 800.00 later at the dealer . The oxygen sensor was plugged into the MAP sensor and the MAP sensor was plugged into where the oxygen sensor should've been causing the computer to go haywire.Very disgusted that this business is run with a mechanic who clearly has no clue what he is doing. I am all about supporting small businesses but this was ridiculous. I will not recommend this to anyone. My boyfriend couldn't believe the service. Makes me wonder if the turbo was even bad on the first place. Don't take your car there ever!??

They have charged me way way way to much for the regular calibration of my interlock. The service "intoxilock" says to charge 5-25$ and they charge 45$, intoxilock says to NOT charge for mandatory lockout, because its part of monthly lease, yet 3 kings charges 65$ for something already paid. They do NOT have a cash register, or any way to recieve money, i had to zelle and cash app them money, very unprofessional for a "buisness" to have no way but drug dealer apps to pay, and finally about drugs, the 4 times ive been there 3 of the times was a very strong smell of Marijuana, not the smell of pro's working on cars. Do not trust these people

As we all know in life when you think things are going well, your car will throw you a curve ball. I m so appreciative of 3 Kings Auto. Tonio and the workers were very professional and prompt on helping me with a problem with my car(that mentally, emotionally and financially I was not prepared for). As adults we sadly know, cars are our lifeline to work and to bring our kids and to school and us adults to work. So it s good to know there is a shop in town that is reliable. So I would definitely suggest going to 3 Kings Auto if you re looking for car services in the Kenosha area.

Nice shop to bring your car to. Communication is on point, the prices are extremely competitive!I brought my car here for brakes. A few weeks later a bolt broke off on one of my calipers (clearly not their fault) and I brought it right back here and they were able to see me right away and fixed it without any issues. Real outstanding group of fellas. Highly recommend!Service: Brakes

Fantastic service and pricing! Transparent with pricing. Saved over 100 of what the are competitors quoted me! I was able to get an appointment next day for a set of brakes and rotors. Will definitely be back!

I can't leave 0 starts, because 1 star is even more than they deserve. My nightmare started when I brought my vehicle here for a turbo replacement, which they assured me was no problem. I made a deposit so they could order the part which was almost $1200. He said a few days to a week. A week goes by. I get no update. I have to call. They don't answer. I finally get a text 8 days later telling me the part arrived the prior Friday and they would start working on it. Another week goes by. Nothing. I call again. No response. I get a text saying they part came but it was missing a hose or something..so they had to order that. Another week. No update. Do you see a theme here? I at one point, physically went to the shop, which was empty, except for the owner. No mechanic on duty. The owner shows me my car, lifts it up on the car lift..showing me the half installed turbo, and telling me how his mechanic doesn't have the right tool to finish the install because he can't reach a bolt. He also said his mechanic had to go out of town for mother's day, and had not returned. Later on, he said the mechanic was having a family emergency.. fast forward, I ended up having to have my vehicle towed a month later to another shop to complete the install. The other shop stated they broke one of the parts, and had to order another. They also said they took apart parts of my vehicle that did not need to be taken apart. My vehicle now squeaks and rattles. It did not do that before this happened. And now my engine light is back on...so my nightmare continues. Please don't bring your vehicle here. I wouldn't trust them to change a tail light. .Service: Supercharger/blower/turbo installations

These guys are a joke. Never go there!! Cost my son $900.00 to have a real mechanic fix what they did.Worst experience ever!!!! Look at their tool boxes!!Have the stuffs on the ground.They should be embarrassed to call themselves mechanics.Real losers.Service: Electrical

Brought my Hyundai sonata in for brake work when they were done the whole car shook at any speed also now abs light comes on randomly during driving but they say not their issue it helps if you put all lug nuts back on passenger side and actually tighten themService: BrakesService: Brakes

If you need auto repairs I highly recommend 3 Kings!! Josh and Tonio are running an honest business, and they have my trust, 100%! I will go straight to them for any future repairs I may need! Great work, affordable pricing!! I m so excited to have found 3 Kings. Also, for those that may not know, 3 Kings does emissions testing!

This review is specific to emissions testing. The new setup for emissions in WI often leads to having to stop at multiple places. Either a place isn't doing them that day or are busy. I have stopped in at 3 Kings 2x now for an emissions test. The guys here are always helpful, know how to use the system and willing to drop what they are doing. Very much appreciated.
