Amazing service, I'm a Canadian driver lately I had problems with the check engine light I stopped at several Freightliners but after 1-2 hours of driving light flash again. I had no appointment I just stopped at 1 pm and asked Phill for help. Ben is an amazing mechanic, he found the problem, one faulty sensor and fixed it right away. Very clean facility and, a very friendly start. Highly recommend. Thank you

Our DEF pump went out while we were passing through. We called from 5 minutes away hoping they weren t terribly backed up. They not only got us right in and diagnosed within an hour, but they had multiple replacement parts in stock and were able to get us back and on the road within 7 hours. The service rep, Phil, and everyone we talked to were extremely courteous and professional and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable while we waited. 10/10 would break down here again.

Quality before Quantily, that is here, staff is great in the service department, Also the technician are wonderful, they just don't make a bill before letting you know what's going on frist. That, is very important for Owner Operator. Tks guys...Keep it up, Also, my personal technician was great.

After bad experiences elsewhere, stopped in to see about buying a Rig! Chad took the time to review inventory and get financing started! Chad worked with hubby thru everything! He helped to get PM ready, worked to get signage done and company titled/tagged!

Went in for an issue with the truck, was in and out in the same day. Friendly and helpful staff, they got right on the issue. The facility and driver room very nice and clean. Will definitely come back for any issues and routine maintenance.

Had a great experience at this location, took my truck in for a DEF low pressure repair and mechanics and service staff went the extra mile, without me even asking they took care of old recalls and also repaired another issue that was covered under warranty. All in one day! When i had been previously turned away at another dealer back in Texas. Nice staff! Excellent service all i can say. TrucksForYou unit 610.

Exceptional service. Fixed my issue completely that I've been having for the past 5 years, one of those electrical issues that's on and off and no one since has been able to fix. It took all day but they got it done, thanks Truck Country!

This is a great place to get your truck fixed. They do awesome, quality repair work. The staff is very friendly and polite. They have a very nice drivers lounge with a good selection of food. They only concern is the time it takes to get your service work/repairs done. I've been here four times now and each time it took a great deal of time to get my truck fixed (One time was major work so that was to be expected). But otherwise it's one of the best places to get your service work/repairs done!

First off I give the tech guy Jacob 5 stars. But the actual business 2 stars and this is why. Got here at 6 am with def issues. The first 5 hours that they worked on my truck we had to sit outside on the grass and parking lot with our 3 dogs while Jacob worked on our truck. Because the business is not pet friendly at all! Sure they have a driver's lounge but what do you do with your furry kid? They don't even have a gated area you could put them in while they work on your truck. Not even a bench to sit on while waiting. So after lunch while we waited for another Regen to be done I was finished sitting outside on the parking lot with my dogs. I sat in my truck and unfortunately my older dog did nip at Jacob and caught his hand. So yes he did bite him when he reached into my truck thru the window. He had never bitten anyone so I honestly didn't think he would. Lesson learned in many ways. Now I have to have him see a vet and quarantine him for 10 days to be sure he's all good then see another vet to prove it. Waste of time and money for a dog fully vaccinated but whatever. So if you need your truck fixed don't bring it here if you have dogs...Im sure they don't mind losing any future business from me but as a pet friendly driver I sure do warn all you to stay clear of here. Also fyi 3pm and see are still here.

I had to have an injector replaced and overhead done. George jumped right on it and had the repairs done in 4 hours. Thats awesome service. Karl the night foreman was great to work with also. Everybody I came in contact with were very nice. Thanks

Absolutely love this place! They gave me a great deal on a truck and keeping me up to date. Super friendly and professional. Buying my next trucks from here period.P.s. if your buying a truck walk in and ask for Chris, he knows what he's doing and well get you the best deal. He lined up a couple of trucks for us and he helped us choose the BEST.

I've been here 4 days for minor repairs. Every time I ask, it's one more excuse as to why they aren't finished. Complete incompetence. After 3 days of patiently waiting, I'm told they ordered the wrong part! I will go out of my way to get repairs done elsewhere.

Went there when my tire blew and my spare was flat. Air pump at the nearby gas station was out of order. They were nice enough to let me use thier air pump to get my car working. Very nice and helpful people that I talked to!Thank you Truck Country!

Always have had good service here. They stayed overtime on a Saturday night to replace the engine computer in my truck, as there wasn't a hotel room to be found anywhere due to the Packers home game on Sunday. And I like the large viewing area upstairs that overlooks the shop

Professional people work here. It took over a week to get my specific part, but once it arrives, two hours of labor and done. They have a customer lounge with coffee and vending machines available. Large flat screen satellite tv as well and outlets to charge your phone.

Well they got me in quick, I needed an airline replaced, an it got done,,,,but it was 2ft too short,an I was told that was all they had in coil air lines,no mention of any other options,which I would've been more than open to. Before I got out of Wisconsin it had to be replaced. Thx y'all

Overall the place gives you the sense they want to get things done quickly by using the word "express" on everything, including their posters. Express means 2 hours to just diagnose the problem then could be a day or more to fix the problem. Maybe it's not enough mechanics or too much at once but expect a long wait.

This place is amazing, I'm o/o and they stand behind there work. Had an issue with something they did and it was wrong however they gave me a credit for the bill I had to pay while getting it fixed somewhere else. Not many places will do that. They made a mistake and owned it!! I will keep coming back for ever

The service here was excellent!!! They had my truck diagnosed and properly fixed within 8 hours.The entire staff is professional and Curtious.I knew from the time I walked through the door that Truck country freightliner meant business..There garage floors were as clean as floors in a house..I could go on and on but won't, I do know one thing, Truck Country Freightliner will always service my truck!!!I had my truck at a Freightliner dealership in NC to fix the same issues and deal with regen issues and on guard issues. They had my truck for 11 days and never fixed the issues with on guard because 3 days later my in guard was disabled again.. Plus truck country found a wire that was bad on the regen system..and the sensor/ eye in the bumper was defective so they replaced it.. Remember the dealership in H. North Carolina could have done this as well, but chose not to and still billed Freightliner $3000 and charged me almost $500 for the regen cleaning.Truck country diagnosed and fixed the issues in 8 hours...Thank you Truck Country Freighliner......

PLEASE BE AWARE!! Make sure they fix what You paying for, and set your total bill before getting your truck in the shop! Went in for a vibration problem, and went out a week later, with still the same vibration(no fix) and a $900 ,, diagnostic fee bill.when i said that i am not agree with that bill, and my problem not fixed..,,they quikly run out and locked my steering wheel with a club.saying that my truck does not leave the dealership if not paid. Missed a week of work, spent $200 on motel, $600 on food with my codriver. $200car rental and they did not even call me once to let me know what is going on with my truck! Getting ready my papers and all the pics for a small claim lawsuit hopefully to get my money back, will see how its going to end up! Just a bunch of thieves on the big road!!!

Bad experience every time. First NO customer service! I have to ask after standing at the counter for 20 mins if someone can help me. Then every time they give me the wrong part. As a truck shop if I give you the make, model, Vin #, and year of my truck I should not be getting the wrong belt and pully 3 times! I will NEVER GO HERE AGAIN!

Had an issue with my truck, got inside shortly. Diagnostic, than discovery of problem and fixing and than diagnostic again, took them barley 2 hours and problem was serious. Fast and professionally that how they did it! Thanks!

Drove into shop with known problem to Semi. Told Mechanics and they charged me 2 1/2 hours of diagnostic work. This happened over the course of an evening and a morning of waiting. Proceeded to Peterbilt in Green Bay. They charged me $120 to put the part the part in. Does that make any sense to you? Made a complaint with Manager at Truck Country and he did not really care. I will be telling everyone I know about this service.
