Cody was awesome helping us find a SUV that we liked. We went to Gustman's with three vehicles in mind, then Cody suggested the Buick Envision and we fell in love with it. After the first week I still love it. Thank you Cody!!

While Gustman tried their hardest at figuring out what was wrong with my car they just couldn t peg a for sure reason. The auto tech was great. My issue cane after when part of the reason my car went in was for my sensors on my tire pressure gauge was out on one tire and I know the other 3 were low. I asked to have all 4 replaced. They said only 2 needed them. Unfortunately not even a week later another light for battery dead on the tire pressure sensor came on. When I called to ask if I could get a discounted rate on labor because my car was just in for the same thing, the gentleman on the phone stated there was no documentation of that and I ve already recieved $1700/40 hours of free labor for what my car had been in for the last month. To which I replied, the issue isn t fixed. (Mind you I didn t ask to not pay, their auto tech OFFERED IT because they couldn t figure the issue out! Also I paid for the pieces that were fixed, and my warranty did cover parts and labor too!) The gentlemen then stated We offered you a solution to which you denied. Um yes for the time being because I don t have an extra $2500 for a maybe fix. And another tech I spoke with even said there s no way of knowing this is it but it could be. That s what I ve heard for the last year. Again I appreciate the auto tech that worked for a month trying to figure out what was going on with my car, I didn t like this gentleman on the phone giving me attitude as if I demanded not to pay the labor when I didn t ask for that specifically!

Pat was one of the best salesmen we have experienced since beginning our vehicle search back in June 2023. He answered all of our questions, went in depth of vehicle features and we left knowing we got a good deal and an excellent vehicle! Everything was painless from the test drive, paperwork and driving off the lot. I would definitely return when we need to get a second vehicle!

I thought the negotiations were fair. I had to drive 3 hours to get to Gustmans and appreciate that we didn't have to spend hours doing paperwork. The salesperson {Aaron Nagan} went over all the functions of the dash and radio and most of the other features and that was very helpful. Very happy with the truck and the dealership.

I used to go to a larger well-known dealership in our area. Needless to say I have been less than happy with my treatment over multiple occasions. Decided to finally try gustmans. Wow! What a difference in the way I was treated. So happy to be heard and taken care of. Not just blown off ,and left with take it or leave it attitude. Very pleased with gustmans.

Other than having to wait for fifteen days to get an appointment, the service was good. Sam in service did keep me informed of the progress on my truck. Two parking sensors failed because the paint bubbled on them. Of course it was not under warranty which also bites.

Just purchased a 2024 equinox. Our salesman was Aaron Nagen. Received excellent service from management, salesman and finance. Will definitely be back.

Everything went smooth and they even did some trading with other dealships to get the car we wanted. So far pretty happy with the car the total of 20 minutes of drving it. I'd say my only issues with this transaction was they try to up sale multiple things off on you and extended warranty off on you. Overall good experience here at gustmans.

This was possibly the best overall experience we ve had purchasing a vehicle! The salesman, Matt Rollman, was absolutely exceptional in seeing to all of our needs and concerns during the purchasing process. The follow-through has been fantastic and we are looking forward to working with capital Gustman Again in the future for our next vehicle purchase. We will gladly recommend all of our friends, family and colleagues to utilize Gustman for their vehicle purchasing needs.

I went in for my first oil change on my new car. I bought it at Gustmans. I pulled in at my appt. time and I stood outside my car for about 4 minutes before anyone acknowledged me and came over to have me sign papers. There were to employees talking casually to each other and another young man that was at a desk area. A man came out of the office and then asked the young man to take care of me. This is not knew. I was treated rudely while I was in the process of buying the car. I will most likely find a different place to get my followup care done with my new trailblazer.yvonne OKane

Came in unannounced because my right front tire was low. As always they fixed my tire and sold me a new battery for my truck. Great customer service. I would never change dealerships.

I brought my car here for a buzzing speaker. I did not buy here but never want to go back to the dealership I did purchase it from (see Bergstrom s). I could not be more happy with the service I was provided and the care they took with such a trivial issue. When the time comes to get a new vehicle I will be going to Gustman s.

We brought in our Chevy Bolt in because it was tripping breakers and started smoking. Service said they tested it with their own chargers and then also tested ours and nothing was wrong. We brought it home trusting that it was fine and then it continued the issue. I called the manager and the only thing he had to say was that there was nothing wrong with the vehicle and that it must be our garage. Our garage has been tested and properly wired and nothing else trips our breaker. Manager would not help us further and would only say it was on our end and that nothing was wrong with the vehicle. We brought it to Van Horn where we bought it from and they immediately found the same issue.

I had the misfortune of hitting a deer with my GMC Sierra. Caleb at Gustmans made the repair process go smoothly and effortlessly, working directly with my insurance company to insure it was repaired properly. Paul performed excellent work on making sure the repair was as good or better than new. This is yet another example why Gustmans is my dealer of choice.

I bought a 2008 Cadillac CTS. I saw it on the lot on Sunday. I placed a deal request in the online ap. I came into the dealership on Monday at exactly the time I had scheduled. Matt greeted me as I walked in. He had the car ready and waiting for me to test drive. He assessed my trade while I was gone. I came back, told him I wanted the car. we talked and came to agreement on the numbers. I was already pre-approved by my Credit Union on the purchase. So we set up delivery for the next evening. I came back with my wife for delivery and it went very quickly. Matt did an awesome jobe going over the many features of the car. The delivery experience was everything you would expect, and more! We are loving the car! We did have one hickup though. 20 hours after leaving the dealership, the check engine light came on. So we got to test-drive the service department too. I called the dealership at 20 minutes to five, told the man on the phone my problem, and without hesitation he said come right over! When I got there they handled me in first class fashion! They had a loaner waiting for me. I was in and out in under 10 minutes! Next day by noon, they had the problem found and solved! Stopped after work, turned over the loaner and was gone in 5 minutes! Great job everyone. Thank you!!!

Came in for an airbag recall. Overall, happy because it's done and no issues so far. On the phone I was told 30-45 minutes tops, but it took over an hour. The waiting room could use some additional amenities, a couple of sodas and snacks would be nice. Two books on a table in an empty room was pretty sad for a kids room, it wouldn't take much to make it a nice space. I liked the paging system to notify you when your vehicle is ready
