We bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee and had issues with it on day one. Bergstrom has been dragging their feet giving us a response to our issues with the Jeep. I cannot recommend them to purchase anything a youth tricycle let alone a 60,000 dollar vehicle. My wife and I have been dealing with issues since day 1. Their lack of concern and follow up is disgusting. I truly regret stopping and purchasing my vehicle here.

Jim and the team did a great assisting me in getting a brand new Ram TRX. It took about 6-months for the factory to build, but worth the wait. Bergstrom didn t over charge either and actually discounted it as their a volume buyer. Highly recommend them and the truck!

Had a tire sensor go off on our Volvo. Saw the Bergstrom sign from the highway so we pulled off. We pulled into the service area to ask them to fill our tires as they were at 30lb and needed to be 35. The employees dropped what they were doing and took care of us. Headed to a funeral up north so the quick service was much appreciated!

Thank you to Bergstrom of Kaukauna for helping us get our dream vehicle! We ordered this beauty with the help of Brandon Koch, who was absolutely wonderful to work with. He was so personable, easy to talk with, helpful and knowledgeable. With it being our first time ever ordering a brand new vehicle, we were unsure of what to expect but he was beyond knowledgeable about every single detail with the vehicle order and gave us great recommendations to customize the vehicle perfectly for our family s needs. In addition, he did an awesome job and updating us as the vehicle went through the steps and came closer and closer to coming home.We also had the pleasure of working with Mike Marvin during the process and he also was excellent to work with. What started out as a quick test drive to see which vehicle I wanted (out of two), turned into driving the truck off the lot that night. Working with Brandon Koch was a pleasure and he made sure everything went smooth. Was able to get the truck out the door, with the help of Brandon and the detailing team, in a matter of 5 hours. It s been a week since I purchased it, and Brandon has stuck to his word of reaching out to see if I am still satisfied with the purchase and helping with any questions I have. Brandon Koch helped me find the perfect Jeep Wrangler that checked all of my boxes. He gave me time to think my purchase through and helped me navigate the trading/buying process with ease. As a person who doesn t have much experience or knowledge in vehicles I was relieved to have someone patient and kind to help. He even went the extra mile to pick up a wrangler for me from Appleton, which ended up being the jeep I purchased. I even got to take it home the same day after a lengthy process. We bought an almost new Dodge Ram Big Horn truck. Our sales person Brandon Koch helped us and was a pleasure to work with. He spent time answering all questions and showing us every detail about the truck then answering more questions. Place the joke We bought our 2020 Jeep Compass through them and not even a month after we had it that it's we had to take in because it was out of alignment when they sold us it And before we even got home with it the day we bought it. One of the tire censors came on and then when we take it in to get serviced, they keep it for 3 weeks. And won't return no phone calls. When we try to call and see the progress on it. And then we get it back, and then they tell us that there's a transmission line leaking Now the Headlights don't work horn don't work and come to find out. It was also in an accident that and they never told us that when we bought it so I wouldn't recommend it at all. Definitely not trustworthy

I took my vehicle in to have my struts inspected, camber, and a noise when turning. I dropped it off at 7am. on Thursday and never received a call that day. I called multiple times over the next week, leaving messages with no callbacks. I called Friday night and left a message with the general manager inquiring about my car. Mind you, this was the second call to him over the period of a week. Apparently, they were trying to text all results found along with the quote for the go-ahead to repair. I stated I never received them, and they said maybe you were out of the area. In Green Bay, OK, but what about the messages I left and no callback. No response. Finally, I picked the car up almost 2 weeks later and noticed the miles in and out were the same. Didn't think much about it at the time until I got to Green Bay and here a noise when turning. Called the general manager (only person) who would call back and left a message. Service manager called back very quickly and said to bring it back, and they would look at it ASAP. WAITED 1/2 hour when I got there when the so called Service manager asked me to take it for a test drive with him. I drove 20 feet and turned right in their parking lot and clear as day. He then states, they were listening for a clunking noise. WHAT! 1ST THING ON THE SERVICE STATEMENT WAS NOISE WHEN TURNING!. I then asked told him about mileage in out matching. He said we took it around the parking lot. How do you diagnose struts with a short drive and still not hear the turning noise. Just more excuses when asked. He never once apologized or offered any gas money for my trip back. Too bad because I did like this place.

Well, well, well. It appears that the service manager is going to get another 1 star review. Everything was fine until i got back in my truck when leaving and as I was pulling out of the lot i noticed the top of the steering wheel had some damage. Note that i had my drivers side visor looked at as it was broke. I had an appointment in GB, but made a 180 around the roundabout and came back to the service department to show them. That's when things went sideways. The guy that I assume is the service manager came out and immediately told me that the damage is old and he can tell. I assured him that I drive this vehicle every day and I would know if there was any damage to the steering wheel. He continues to state the damage is old and "he's not calling me a liar", which at that point he is calling me a liar. Instead of looking for possible remedies to the situation, he just continued to say it was old and no one did anything to cause that damage. Well, I own a small business and I can assure you that when employees damage things oddly enough no one did it and no one knows where it came from. I wonder if the service tech used something to leverage on the steering wheel to hold up the visor? That might be a realistic reason for the damage. I can assure you that I will never do business at this location again. I just bought my truck there and that's too bad for Matt the salesman, because he was great.

Amazing customer service to take care of my Durango. Constant updates to let me know my status and the progress on my Durango. Thank you so much Christopher Larson and Daniel Ross for going above and beyond when the repairs and parts were taking longer than expected. It s difficult to find great customer service these days and these two guys nailed it! I am so happy to have my baby back!

We had a tire go flat on the interstate on our way to a funeral for a family friend in the middle of a 2-hour drive. Luckily Stephanie was able to align a service tech to get the tire plugged and get is out the door in less than an hour. Your expeditious service is greatly appreciated. Thank you! We had been looking for a particular vehicle for our family for 8 months. Brandon Koch helped find and secure a vehicle that checked all the boxes. He conveniently dropped it off at our place of work, making it easy and convenient to test drive. He held the vehicle for a few days until we could make it in to purchase. On day of sale, everything was readily prepared. Not to mention, he was very accommodating with our kids- saying he was the nicest guy ever! We would highly recommend Brandon as it was a positive experience start to finish.

Service Manager told me leave a good review but I just can t. I ve spent over $10,000 here on repairs over the last year or so only for them to not fully diagnose issues with my Jeep. They clearly left a dent in my roof while repairing the sunroof while he denied that it was their doing. He admitted that they didn t fully diagnose my car but then went to say that if anything did happen such as the dent, his mechanics are truthful and trustworthy and would have told him. Don t buy that. Not good customer service. I am missing a grille fascia, as well. It was there prior to service and missing afterwords. Their multi-point inspection skipped out two chips in my windshield. I knew they where there but that s not the reason I went to them. I know they were from rocks. But when something is obviously missing or damaged. I m not out to get money. I simply wanted them them to repair the damages they added to my vehicle. Obviously, they aren t as thorough as he thinks the mechanics are

Had a tire go flat on the highway on my way into work and closest place I could get to without probably needing a tow was here. And it was a last second roll in and they squeezed me into the schedule and got me in and out in maybe 30 minutes and the tech I worked with was very nice and honest that it could take awhile. I don t remember his name but, great guy and great service 10/10 would recommend the service center here. Also saved me money and time by working to patch it up rather than just slapping a new tire on which I appreciate quite a bit

I had a great experience with the service department when I took my Jeep to the Kaukauna location for a tire rotation and oil change. The service was timely, and Daniel, the service manager, was extremely helpful in resolving an issue with my warranty. Added bonus the lounge area has refreshments while you wait! I left with a smile!

Shawn Mask promoted their tire sale! I contacted him right away and he was super quick at getting back to me! Preparing to leave for a work trip I needed a appointment on a exact day & time that was literally days away he got me scheduled the exact time I needed! All 4 new tires-I do not believe they were stock as I knew exactly what I wanted. Also got a alignment. I was able to sit in there really pretty waiting room and work virtually and he had me on my way to my scheduled appointment! Side note: They have really nice clean bathrooms I have been very loyal to another shop for YEARS-15+ he saved me a ton of money,communication & service was flawless and they even washed my car!! Would highly recommend working with Shawn-he was awesome!

I've had my vehicle there 3 times now and it's still not fixed. Now everyone knowledgeable about the situation has been unresponsive. It is my interpretation that they want to wash their hands of the situation by simply ignoring it. I've already paid them $1145 and they want another $700 from me for a vehicle that is not fixed. The car has more problems now than when we dropped it off. All they had to do was program a PCM. Instead they replaced the PCM we installed, replaced the transmission solenoid then programmed it. Since then the car has had nothing but problems. ALL new problems that did not exist before dropping the vehicle off. The customer service is non existent. NOONE in the service department answers phones call, replies to emails, returns phones calls, or updates the customer. My vehicle was there for over 8 months. Everytime they told me it was done and I went to pick it up, there was more problems. They have no quaility control because if they did they would of noticed these problems on a after repair test drive. There is so many more details but it would take typing a book to explain. Do not bring your vehicle here for service. You will be severely disappointed by the lack of customer care and inexperience of the repairs.

Derrick B. helped me purchase a vehicle when I was torn between three extremely different makes and models. He was able to have cars I was interested brought to the dealer that was most convenient for me and kept me updated the whole time. He s very laid back and willing to go the extra mile. Within a few days of having the car, one of the windows was malfunctioning and I schedule service for a week from then. I asked if there was any way to get it done sooner, and Derrick made it happen. He even gave me a lift back to work 20 miles away as the shuttle wouldn t get me back before my lunch was over. The pricing is set and there is no negotiating, so it was a very painless process when it came time to actually talking numbers.

A dishonest business with questionable mechanics. A few months back I brought in my Chrysler 200 to have my wheel's lug nuts and studs swapped out with lug bolts.The service advisor said it'd be easy and quick, and to sit tight until they're done. That's it.About 40 mins later he came and got me. He said I'd have to take a spare vehicle home.Apparently the mechanic had difficulties removing one of the lug studs, and even went as far as to try torching one of them out, and in the process, broke my wheel hub, which is a $300 part.At no point did the advisor or mechanic let me know what was happening, or ask me if I wished to continue, given that if they continued, they could break the wheel hub.Despite all this the advisor tried to charge me $400+ for what happened. I was furious. To save face he even said "You were aware of the risks", which was a complete lie.After going back and forth with the advisor over text the next day, I was fed up and agreed to pay $300 total, just so I could get my car back and move on with my life.Not only was the advisor dishonest, the mechanic should have known to ask if I wanted to continue the part swap.Very dishonest business and clearly incompetent on the mechanic side. Never going back to these guys.

Brought my vehicle in to get serviced. Took almost two days for my vehicle to get diagnosed with bad struts. Once I get my vehicle back and look at the paperwork for the service, it shows that there was the same amount of miles on the car from when I dropped it off to when I picked it up. That tells me this vehicle wasn t driven once from the moment I dropped it off to when it was picked up. How can you diagnose a problem without driving it?The Vehicle still has problems that a test drive would have revealed. Anyone who s thinking about even stopping here to look at cars, or have your vehicle serviced, DONT DO IT! GIVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY TO PEOPLE WHO CARE!

You wouldn t think you would have to practically beg to see a car, but I did. And never did end up seeing it. Called before it was available , was told by Matt it was gone to another dealership getting detailed, which was a lie because I was standing next to it in the parking lot. Then had my mom inquire about it, where she was messaged multiple times to test drive it. Meanwhile no calls back to me telling me I could drive it or it was back from the other dealership . After 2 unanswered voicemails, Matt finally emailed me 3 days later saying it was already sold at another location, and had to have its bumper painted and took longer to get back. Super confusing as he offered my mom multiple test drives in it and didn t even bother getting back to me. And there was nothing wrong with the bumper. I have photos I took the day I was standing next to it. He asked me if there was another car he could help me look at, oh now we want to help me?! I told him no. He offered one out of my price which I declined to see. It s cool, I ll go elsewhere
