Alignment service was great, pretty quick, and the car doesn t shake on the highway anymore. I was sad you don t give out the little spec sheet with the alignment details, I always liked looking at those, but no big deal. Thank you for doing good work!Update: Got the spec sheet, and the service tech found an issue that was missed during the initial alignment, so they made additional adjustments at no charge (as they should have). I m pleased they admitted to finding the additional issues and did the right thing by fixing them. Overall I m happy with the service, but would recommend adding a step to your process to have a tech go over the results with the customer so there are no questions later.

We've used ATF for many years, and they've always been good to us. They're honest, and when a serious issue arises they got us in right away to look at it. They let us know exactly what needs to be fixed and what doesn't. I trust them and would recommend them to anyone.

Chris and Ryan always listen to me and never disrespect or disregard my concerns. Given that I m an older woman I have never felt that they have taken advantage of me, but quite the opposite do their best to make sure when I drive away my car is safe and given the intention it needs. I value their honesty and integrity in all our interactions.

One of their branded cars was going south on hwy 41 almost caused an accident. Speed limit was 70 and they were going 50 something at least. Did not make any attempt to pull over to fix any problem and the weather was fine, still light out too.

I can t thank you enough for how well I was treated and how quickly my car was repaired Ryan is a really great guy, and he made sure everything was communicated to me in a timely manner. 2nd post: Turns out they possibly missed lubing/greasing new tires for install. Tires were dry and 1 ended popping. Oddly not covered by warranty. Offered a new tire for over $200, after spending over $800 for a whole set. Got a brand new one put on somewhere else for $150. All this changed my opinion on them, going from 5 to 3 star. 3 star only cause they didn't mess up my oil change or would been 2 star.It's not in everyone's budget to go buy $800 tires & they not last & just pay another $200 like it's no deal.Original/first post:Called them up for new tires for a 2014 BMW X1. Scheduled and got us in fairly quick. Good pricing for tires and service. 4 set all weather (65kmi) tire for AWD/just under $900 included labor & disposal as well.Guys were friendly, informed us some concerns. Did not try to force more purchases on us. Work was done in a few hours and all seems to be working as should.Would recommend.

I know I can always depend on ATF to get the work done correctly in a timely manner. I love how they do not push other fixes. The documentation given after services are completed is super helpful.

Always am pleased with the service I receive at ATF. I trust that they will care for my car as they would their own. They are reliable, hard working, knowledgable and patient with each customer. Quick and fast, always enjoy going there to get my oil change. I also went in to get my struts and springs fixed a couple days after my oil change. They finished the job within a day, kept open communications with me and heard a noise coming from the back of my car. The first set of struts came defective but they were able to swap them out quickly and I was able to have my car the very next day. I enjoy bringing my car here as they take good care of their customers. Thank ATF

They have helped me so much since 2019 with all of my vehicles. They've been more than honest with me when I could have been "ripped off" easily anywhere else. They get the with done, fair pricing, and they know what they're doing. I definitely, highly recommend!

A great place to do business. Clean and very knowledgeable personnel at this business. No damage while installing slicks on forged rims. They were also able to put a race wheel alignment on my 2018 Camaro SS 1LE.

The guys at ATF are always super helpful and professional when we call or come in. They are honest when it comes to whether they can fix a tire issue or not, usually up front. Definitely recommend! We will always return for tire problems!

We just had our '76 MG midget in to have a starter replaced. Luck would have it the found a rebuilt with 5 minutes and we got it back the same day! Ryan and Gia are so knowledge and customer service is top notch! Friendly staff, timely service at a fair price for oil change. Didn't try to upsell additional or unneeded work. Walking distance from several places to eat while waiting. Tire prices appear a bit high. No experience with other services.

I needed an oil change and a tire rotation. It was easy to schedule an appointment, and the staff was great to deal with. I could tell the technician was doing a thorough job of checking over my vehicle, too. I'll be back again for service!

I noticed on my way to work that one of my tires was low on air. After I got to work I noticed there was a nail in it. I called ATF on a whim knowing that s where I got my tires and they were able to move some appointments around to fit me in that day. Dropped my car off a short time later and they had my tire repaired by end of day. The customer service is fantastic!Service: Tires

I have taken my vehicle to ATF for a few years. Every person I've worked with there has been great! They're always able to easily explain my problems and walk through what the best option is for me. Most recently, they got me in quickly for a wheel bearing and brake job and I had the car back same day. I had another noise shortly after getting the car back, I was able to bring it back right away and get that cleared up quickly. They're very flexible with after hours drop off and pickups. I absolutely trust these guys to take care of me and I appreciate that I've found a garage I feel comfortable at.Services: Tires, Auto brake repair, Tire rotations, Oil change

Great to work with. I have a car and truck with over 200K miles and they keep my vehicles running great! I drive 1 hr to Kaukauna to have my car and truck serviced and maintained. IAvoid this shop.Had truck in for front joint. They fixed that. They give it back with no inspection and the brakes grinding. Now I need all 4 brakes. They didn't even check that Even though they have to remove one to fix the other part.

I had a car there and the service on it was done good. No complaints. Highly recommend going to ATF Tire. Been going there for years and no complaints. First time at ATF and was extremely satisfied with my experience! Was greeted and served promptly upon arrival. Very professional and clear line of communication through out the process. They took care of my step daughters car and left me feeling confident that she will be driving around in a safe vehicle. Will visit again!
