I could not be more impressed with Action Auto Services. In an extremely timely manner, there was an extreme amount of repairs done and the car runs better down the road than it did when I bought it.. communicates all necessary needs for repairs, and allows me to choose which ones I desired at this time.. I did them all, but they made the vehicle safe to drive again. Thank you for everything on my 500. Way better than buying new. If you are reading this do NOT take your vehicle here. My close Family took their car here and they will extort you for every penny you have. The car was essentially held for a whole month with minimal updates. They promised a loaner car and that fell through mutiple times. After getting the car worked on the final price was over $1000 over the estimate they initially gave us. Please don't take any car here you care aboutService: General repairs & maintenance

When my 2014 Ford Fusion needed a new engine, Ed and his team not only delt with my warranty service but went above and beyond and disputed the claim when he thought that should they should cover more. They got me an extra $1000 and I couldn't be happier with the service they provided.

Had a new windshield washer line put in bc it broke...less then 30 days later it broke again and they told us if its a defective part u pay again. Which is garbage bc they shld replace thru company warranty. They install cheap parts and charge at least double what my other shop has charged me, and he uses quality parts, and I haven't had a single issue since going there. With my work truck, duramax, or wife's vehicle! Paid 340 dollars for this part to be fixed and basically wasted it. I wldnt go there if someone else paid my bill for me. It's a given I'd be going back. Had my 3/4 ton in for pitman arm and they never even tightened the bolt...if it wasn't for my other shop ida been pulled into traffic or ditch as it part of steering components. I'd rather pay my 8 year old son to repair it.

Very very disappointed. Had gone there in 2018 and received excellent service but I cannot say the same for 2022. Took it in for an alignment and while on a test drive something broke and I needed $500 more in repairs. Then it's not aligned properly because I had a suspension part not in specs. Instead of telling me to replace that they aligned it anyway and it pulled to the right, so I had to go back for a second appointment and it still wasn't right and they wanted me to come back for a third.. didn't even cover the second one which I thought was under warranty from the first one? Apparently there is no warranty.. in my opinion accurate alignment is the only facility in the valley that can be trusted 100% to do the right thing. I gave them every chance to make this right before I posted this review.

This locally owned business has been by far the best automotive shop I've ever been too. They always get back to you in a very timely fashion, keeping you in the loop On the status of your vehicle. My 2000 Beetle and my 2003 Mitsubishi have never ran better thanks to their hard work and knowledge. We will continue to bring our cars to them for all our vehicle needs and highly recommend!!Services: Transmission, Auto detailing, Battery

Great, reliable, reasonably priced service. I've used Ed's service off and on for a little over 4 years for both mine and my son's autos. Twice now he's squeezed us in on very short notice. Good Stuff!!

A really great lil shop with welcoming professionals to aid you in your automotive needs. Went there for a break line job and was won over with the kindness and knowledge of the staff. Great place if your iffy about being jerked around on prices and services. Over all i will be going to the action auto team for my auto needs

My 92 Crown Vic needed a Y pipe. It was fixed while I waited with the little dogs. They found a gas leak. I asked if they could temporally fix it and they did at no extra cost and I asked for a quote to fix and they gave me one. Honest and reliable. I drove an hour to have my car serviced here. The only thing I would do different, is bring treats for Riley and Schroeder!

Honest service with quick responses. It is hard to find a mechanic you can trust, My father and I bring our vehicles here when we don't have time to do things ourselves. We have had nothing but good experiences here thus far.

Picked this shop because it was local. Dropped my Jeep off with multiple issues and they called me 6 hours later stating it was ready for pick up. I was expecting my Jeep to be out of commission for a week. They were fast and friendly.

Was losing air in a tire had to stop twice to add air stopped at Van Zeelands in Appleton, they could honot help only one tech on duty. So I asked if anyone could put spare on I was told I could leave carthere would be done in a couple of hours really I travel for work was working at the time. So I stoppedat Action Auto waited 30 minutes they plugged my tire and was on my way. They were busy but fit me in. Where would you go?Thanks Action Auto!!!
