I was driving through Juneau and had bad flat tire I was attempting to get pumped up at the gas station. When I noticed the hole I quickly jumped on google and found Joe s Auto, thank goodness for that! Joe was super kind, plugged the hole and got me on my way back home. Joe was great! I d absolutely recommend his establishment if you have repair needs! Thank you again!!

I had an excellent experience at Joe's Auto Services. The service was above and beyond. I can't say enough positive things about it. My vehicle was repaired in a very timely manner. It was done within hours of me dropping it off. I was shown the bad hub/wheel baring, and everything that was done was gone through with me in detail. The price was more than reasonable also. I will definitely be back the next time my car needs repairs. I will also recommend Joe's to anyone who needs work done on their vehicles.

My husband and I have been going to Joe for years and he is the only mechanic that I've ever gone to that I trust 100%. He always calls before he does anything on our vehicles after he's inspected the problem. I needed a tow once and he took excellent care of myself and my car. He's a genuinely good guy that does good work!

I was blown away by the service here. Joel went truly above and beyond to make sure my car was diagnosed quickly and taken care of in the correct way. He was very honest with me and great at keeping me updated. I would recommend this shop to absolutely everyone.

Car broke down and had to call Joe for a tow and repair. Excellent customer service and very quick turnaround at reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Nice guy Joe replace my water pump thermostat and wiper sprayers had my vehicle towed there water pump burnt out got me in Fast and got the job done for a fair price
